Delete sphere Jimmy can create spheres of blackness, up the size of a beach ball, which, when detonated, removes anything inside(matter, energy, and some types of magic) from existence. These deletion spheres can be fired from hands with single shots or rapidly like an automatic weapon, or If Jimmy has enough time to stand still and focus, he can bring a sphere into creation right over his target. Jimmy can choose when a deletion sphere is activated, or set up a sphere to detonate after a certain amount of time/ distance has passed. A sphere that isn't activated acts like a regular projectile. The smaller spheres, about the size of .22 bullets, can easily exceed speeds over a hundred miles per hour, and the larger ones, the beach ball sized ones, can move up to forty mph.
Personality: ITs not difficult to talk with Jimmy as he's open with people and has an easy time being empathetic with others, or at least that's the impression he gives off. Don't be fooled though Santiago at heart is an introvert, and keeps the majority of himself hidden. Too much time with others drains him, and makes him irritable. He's a strange combination of idealism and practicality. He's also extremely emotional but tries to control this problem by resorting to the strictest forms of logic he can manage. He prefers the company of animals and loves to read and write.

Just to be clear, is there any limits to what an aethercaster can do? I mean from what I read in the description the abilities are pretty much open to whatever you can imagine, and the only downside is what happens to the mind and body thanks to the power flowing through the person. Specifically I'm thinking about the ability to effect the physical world with willpower(telekinesis(basically)).

Cool. So if I'm correct the aehtermancer is free so I'll get started on a character who uses that manifestation :)

malmshodes you got her. also, I'm thinking about adding Elemental forms to everyone. if that changes your minds on who you wish to use, just inform me and I'll change what character's you're using. just having problems with Finding Elemental forms for every character.
Edit: I may change Luna's power to Shadow Manipulation since I 'm having a hard time looking for a Void Elemental form.

Question: electrokinesis is a really-REALLY big area of manipulation. Are there any limits you'd like me to put on it?
This is what I thought I posted earlier which I guess didn't go through for some reason.
I kind of like the idea of it Almost being a random occurrence. My idea was someone, or something was causing problems in the multiverse and that was leading to rifts where things just sort of spontaneously went from one plain of existence to another.
So the actual quest would be really simple. Hmmmm... What if the guy was attacked by some kind of bandits. The thing is he doesn't really know what they stole since it was kind of like a storage war scenario were he bought all the stuff from an unpaid for storage locker and then one of the people who lost the bid took everything. He doesn't really care about what's in there he just wants us to get the stuff back from whoever stole from him(He plans on getting revenge on his own.) Since he doesn't know what's in there he won't care about the devices we'll get. Idk I just like this idea because I can't think of many ways our characters would get devices like the ones were talking about as a reward for a really simple task.

Before that, we need to establish how and why we ended up in the hubworld. From there, maybe someone who maintains that place or the one who brought us there would issue the starter quest for us to do in order to obtain the device as a reward.
As for the quest itself something simple enough for us to complete without any major trouble. I'm thinking along the lines of "treasure hunt" of some sort for the NPC, or a basic test to prove our worth to the NPC.

to be honest, Mimi's powers are not that different from electrokinesis. the only diffidence is when Benjamin creates a lightning storm, she can actively control all the lightning in the storm. I wanted it to be that each character could change into an elemental that represents their power, But I'm still trying to think how Luna would do that. as for Luna, it's not really like a vacuum. it's more like: say a rocket is heading towards her. she can just lift her hand and the rocket would be absorbed into a void that looks like ripples in the air as though someone threw a stone in a pond. she then can open a second void to let the Rocket out towards her enemy. not sure if it makes total sense? I might change Luna's ability.
