"Oh no worries." Jynmi said, taking the offered hand. "Happens all the time. The important thing is that nobody, with emphasis on myself, ended up with any new holes on their person, or clothes. God, the amount of money wasted on clothes is a shame. Anyways, where was I?" He dusted himself off and looked around the room. "Oh yes. As for Mr. Glimmer, I'm working for a client too. Probably know less about the man than yourself, other than the fact he's enough of a person of interest for someone to be willing to cough up private investigator money. A bit of a surprise seeing someone else looking for him. Never had any competition on a case before."
He looked around, frowning like a fat man in a candy store right after swearing off sweets forever. "Sadly though, it doesn't look like we're the only ones that are after the guy." His frown deepened ever so slightly. "Someone else is too, and their way ahead of us." He turned his attention to the dog, or wolf, potential man mauler, whatever it was, and thought about how the dog took a few seconds to think over whether or not he was trustworthy. "You're pretty smart right? Smell anything odd?"
