"It's not much but here" Ryu smiled gently pulling out the last of his food for Youmu and straw hat. If they weren't willing to work Ryu could try to make some money to support them. Ryu smiled warmly to each of them "I'm going to travel up towards the quests. I'll see if I can earn us some food and a room while you to try to find your friends."

It was a cold chilling feeling that Ryu might never see his son and wife again. A darkness like that could drown all hope if it was allowed to fester. In Ryu's mind it was best to keep busy, but before he'd head to the quest there were more important issues at hand. It seemed this culture lacked magic and disease had taken over the slums. Ryu was well versed enough in healing magic to cure almost any disease. It'd make sense to first try to heal as many as he could even if it meant a day without his dragon forms.

Ryu recoiled in surprise nodding grinning. The power was amazing, while not his style the Straw hatted man had clearly perfected the art. "do you see your ship or anything else interesting?" In that moment the the messages from the criers started to reach him. Ryu grinned happily "I think I'll head for that quest after the harbor. If I heard them right it's going to be a heavy reward for everyone." Ryu says grinning the fire in his eyes back.

It had been far to long since he'd battled monsters and demons, but first to finish finding straw hat's crew. The docks had a light house and getting an idea Ryu smiled "Hey luffy could we do what we just did over to the docks or is it to far?"

The wind blasting through his hair as Ryu flew through the air reminded him of flying with Nina. The thought however was short lived as an enormous comet came into view surrounded by blue light. The shaking of the tower nearly made him lose his footing. Ryu immediately saw the harbor pointing straight ahead excitement pumping through his veins. "If your crew is anywhere it may be over there."

Ryu shook his head to clear it taking the moment to search for other disturbances. There were several other smoke stacks across the city. It was possible most were from cooking fires. Ryu glanced a Youmu saying gently "Are you okay? That was a little disconcerting" Ryu himself was shaking and windswept having never seen this kind of power. The straw hat must be powerful to have that much speed and aim with his stretching.

Ryu shrugged fine with the nickname "I don't know but there are buildings here that we could use if we found our way to the top of them. We might even be able to see the harbor. Is your boat docked there if your a pirate?"

It wasn't a boat along the route of the Black boat, but if straw hat needed the help there was no harm in exploring the surrounding area. Ryu turned to Youmu curious "Have you seen the harbor or dock? So far you've known more than me." Youmu had shown she knew a lot more about the after life. It was possible she'd also arrived on a boat. Ryu knew nearly nothing about ships. He had only ever ridden on a mechanized boat on auto pilot.

Name: Mable of Orstwych

Appearance: A young woman with cold blue eyes and red hair. A worn reinforced leather armor wrapped around her.

Age: 22

Height: 5'8

Build: Muscled but plump

Weapon of choice: A longsword and shield with two throwing knives.

Amount of Yule currently in possession: 2205 Yule

Current items in possession: A weeks rations, Reinforced leather armor, An iron shield, two iron daggers, and a iron long sword.

Basic Skills: Basic Tracking, mild resistance to cold temperatures, and basic equipment repairs

Personality: Mable is brave but also aggressive almost to a fault. She will rarely refuse a challenge but values a fair fight. Mable is smart, but impatient refusing to plan more then her next four moves when considering an attack. IT should be said however that her main trait is fearsome loyalty to those she calls her friends willing to ride into any danger to protect them.

Occupation before joining the guild: Wandering mercenary

Basic origin story: Mable was a simple woman at first. She lived in her camp with her husband. Mable often would hunt clubbing enemies to death with her wood club and shield. Mable had been married at fifteen to her beloved and they spent four happy years together. The forth year however while Mable was hunting her mate went to the council. He made claims that she was barren so they granted him a second wife. In a month the new wife was great with child. Mable was repaid for her years of affection by betrayal.

In her rage Mable beat her husband to death before fleeing into the snowy wastes. A long time later when Mable was starving she accepted the offer of a mercenary band. They quickly discovered her ferocity as she beat individuals to death with her club. When it shattered Mable took up the sword. One dark night her allies betrayed her trying to sell her as a slave on the black market. Mable killed her once allies and headed west alone seeking there fabled lands. Upon hearing of the guild decided she'd seek out a family in the guild having heard they were loyal souls.

@Heap241 Thanks! :) I wanted to start with light armor and earn my way up to better gear and heavy armor. I'm glad the skills weren't to op for the start either
