I loved those Castle Black spins. Thought they were great, mostly because of the sense of geography and scale and shit. It was super-impressive to see John coming down with Gren to meet Sam and fight Magnar while Allister was fighting Tormund and Gren was fighting a giant while Ygritte shot crows.

Fantastic work, imo.

Alcohol (and other recreational drugs): Ever write on it?

Some of you may remember what I look like when I post after taking certain prescription meds.

Alcohol though, definitely can help. If your brain is a machine then alcohol is grease. It's not like you want it EVERYWHERE, or TOO too much. But use it right and gears turn a little more smoothly. I get a lot done when I'm the right level of buzzed. The real downside is that then, I can't run out for tacos, and that's a pretty serious problem.

I meant in a meta sense, I feel like it was written that way for some wordplay reasons. Little dick obviously, middle finger slightly less obvious.

What is your theme song?

Don't have a theme song. But some of my stories do... here's one. It's not even really a good song, but it's *exactly* the right mood. Every time I hear it, it makes me think of the story, and every time I work on the story it makes me think of this song. If I made it into a TV show this would be the intro credits, no doubt.... The story is about a con ring operating out of a pirate ship, in a pretty badass airshipy, steampunky magic setting. I picture the main characters just rocking out dancing down like a crowded street, acting like total idiots while onlookers roll their eyes and occasionally join in dancing until it's like a full-on slumdog millionaire thing.

I just assumed it was because Littlefinger rhymes with Middle Finger.
