Well we're at the top floor, so going higher, at last by staircase. Is not really possible.

That's just the way I wrote it, if you wanted to be at the top floor then Judgement has effectively interrupted you at a lower floor then in order to find that even ground, regardless. Otherwise we'll just be sitting around in the castle for ages, because I have no intention of fighting you on a staircase, and even Judgement isn't that reckless.

Ultimately, this is your fault anyway, you didn't say anywhere in your post before mine that you were at the top of the tower, you just said you were in an oval room described as a 'high vantage point' so I interpreted that as a room high up, not the top of a tower with only one access point which you guys used, this is why you have to be precise with your posts in Arena, I can add whatever the hell I want if you don't explicitly state this crap.
Interview yesterday.

Got the job today. Boooooooooooom.

Noice
Fury drove himself into Kanitah with a crashing impact followed by the ominous splintering of bone. Blood splattered the beserking Fireen’s face and ran down his dark-blue mail armour as he gritted his teeth and delved deep into his energy reserves, which were starting to flag once again. He always was reckless with his power.

To the casual observer, Fury seemed completely in control of the situation and despite suffering minor injuries had done a serious number on Kanitah. However, somewhere back in Fury’s mind where he stored information he wasn’t willing to deal with, and it was quite a large vault of terrible actions and thoughts, was the belief that Kanitah could turn the tables on him at any moment. Fury had felt the power of his machine before, and he had been able to release his true power in the Unbridled form of the Void before in order to survive Kanitah’s true strength, here he was unable to draw the right motivation to follow suit. With that in mind, it wouldn’t take much for Kanitah to land a heavy blow on Fury and break his body, possibly beyond survivable levels. It was a bad situation, Fury needed injury and rage to unleash his power, but he was unable to muster the rage and any injury Kanitah inflicted on him could easily kill him outright.

So, there was only one option really available to Fury. He had to throw everything and the kitchen sink at the bastard before he counter-attacked. Launching Kanitah into the air was the perfect opener to such a high risk high reward strategy, because in the sky, Fury ruled. As his elbow made contact, Fury drew deep and sped after him, his left hand driving upwards in a fist to Kanitah’s body, as he quickly skirted around the man while in the air, throwing a right hook at Kanitah’s side even as the Fireen tried to get behind him. Fury’s attacks, if successful, would probably rag-doll Kanitah through the air, setting him up for the next vicious volley. Once Fury was behind him he would slam his left knee up, effectively driving it into Kanitah’s spine and shooting him up and forward into the air.

By this point, if Kanitah was still at Fury’s mercy or was just thrown to the ground by his knee would be difficult to deduce.
I have this weird image of Kanitah falling in a coffin position thinking about his wife making him dinner.
As a general reminder. We're in the central tower, the tallest structure on the map.

Yeah, the way I imagined it to avoid a stupid clusterfuck on the staircase was two access points at the front and back of the tower, you guys walked up the back part, we walked up the front part, and there's a short corridor leading to the room you're in. It was the best way I could figure to have relatively fair ground to start the fight, and avoid wandering around for ages until we run into each other. That means we're not quite at the very top of the tower, it would be possible for you to get back on the staircase and go higher.
I started our fight three days ago, actually, still no reply.
So what exactly are you saying is happening? Brennus is dragging his spear back and the head cuts your character's leg, as he retreats. Meanwhile he raises his shield for cover and her spear slams into the shield, by which point he has finished stepping backward and shoots his spear out again.

If I get this right your characters shield is in front of her leg or something at this point, causing my character's spear to get caught in some fashion as he drags it back? She is then moving her spear after it slammed into his shield and striking at his arm, which is outstretched because her shield caught his spear?

Seems unlikely without your character purposefully trying to capture his spear, which would be difficult.
You should have made Innue a little more aware of that, considering the reduced posting time limit you've overran significantly.
Added some backstory that I'm still working on as I get to know the setting better.
Khan, dont forget about my thick skin ability; gun shots dont barely even affect Hepheastus, so I'm not worried about shooting myself, which I think I can probably stop from happening anyways. It's dealing with the back hand that worries me; I'm going to have to get creative.

EDIT: Is it possible for me to interrupt his interrupt?

Interrupting an interrupt is -really- dependant on timescale, ultimately something's got to give eventually, you can't just keep flawlessly evading or negating eachother's attacks. You've set yourself in motion to launch an attack, you're not expecting it to be blocked or deflected in some fashion, so reacting to that follow up is entirely dependant on if your character has a realistically long enough time to comprehend what's happening and then act.

For example, in mine and IN's recent fight, IN committed to a powerful falling attack that relied on me being basically stationary, understandably I moved, but my character only moved with a very short period of time remaining before impact, effectively cutting off reactions to the move until just before it would be too late. That is why the first interrupt is most likely to succeed, and after that its more likely for a hit to be taken.
