Willy's character washed away, Anna just melted into a puddle, so you guys are presumably facing off with a fair distance between you.
When's the map changing?

The silent type is played to death.

Not on RPG. The wise cracking Anti-Hero is the flavour of the month.

Not sure what that has to do with anything. I was making a statement.

Then you quoted me incorrectly in your statement.
Actually, a completely silent warrior with a huge sword is definitely more terrifying. I can't think of any other characters in Arena at the moment with the same dynamic. You might find it boring, that's your opinion, I know I'd be unnerved by something that inhuman attacking me, or even fighting alongside me, however. That was what I was hoping to create, sorry that it was so adverse to your personal taste that you feel like lecturing me on creating a better character.

So it does depend on the character.

A simple yes or no would save you allot of time you know.

Simply reading what people are saying would have saved you time originally as well, subsequently saving me time.

That would largely depend on the character. A knight wouldn't demean himself by using sneak tactics after all. This is the major problem I have with arena. No one is interested in RPing there characters, which makes it a rather pointless exercise. I mean what joy is there to be had in winning an imaginary contest online. I mean it's not any gratification for me but Perhaps I'm just strange. Winning has zero benefit, but an interesting drama is at least something people will remember and talk about.

I was giving my point of view on Bita. From what I've encountered in regards to LeeRoy's characters and lore (in the current rankings I'd say I'm probably the most engaged with his stories) Bita is supposed to be the cold, highly effective counter-part to Kanitah and his more theatrical approach. I was also making that assumption of many of the things LeeRoy had said in the earlier stages of the fight, in regards to his characters attitude etc. Ultimately, Tordor and Bita both know they're there to fight, it's like a UFC match starting and you calling it a cheap shot for one of the guys to hit the other if they put their hands down and start chatting shit.

I think suggesting that 'no one' is interested in Rping their characters is a little short sighted, frankly. You have a peruse through any of my fights and honestly tell me all my characters are the same and I'm only interested in winning, at the moment you're just being insulting and I think you're wrong.

Hell, this is ranked, where that sort of behaviour is to be expected. There's always unranked if you want story to take precedent. For me, sometimes playing my character realistically requires me to be an asshole, because they're more interested in surviving than being nice with someone who may very well kill them. Regardless of if a fight is ranked or unranked though, I will always play my character out how I honestly believe they would react, I'd hope everyone else would do the same.
“We are here… to fight each other?” Anna was essentially talking to herself as she frowned in Bita’s direction. Behind her the young girl who was struck dumb all of a sudden was bowled over by her wave, causing her to slide away from the warring duo. Anna was trying to piece together what Bita had said, and came to the sudden realisation that the man was trying to explain things to her.

“So that is what he was trying to say… this is quite a distressing turn my day has taken.” Anna was evidently still talking to herself as Bita got around to posturing and telling Tordor her name in the background. Anna however wasn’t paying either of them a great of attention as she was want to do. She was always flighty even when alive… her death hadn’t changed that much.

However, the Spirit was beginning to see that the situation she was in meant that at least one of these two probably meant her harm. She did not like the idea of trying to fend off such obviously unnatural enemies without being in her natural habitat, but with no apparent options available (Anna having failed to receive the information on the option of surrendering) she still sought to prolong her unlife as best as possible. Her first step, to skitter away from the warring duo by collapsing into the puddle at her feet, her body eerily melting away.
Khan is usually busy at the weekend, on the other hand Khan may have fled after realising he gave IN pretty much the definition of an advantage on his attack, so T1 wise he should really have to take damage.

In which case, yeahhhh victoorryy
Bita's here because she was summoned, that's my explanation. By who? I'unno. But that's why she's here. She doesn't exactly know why she was summoned here to fight, but she knows that she was. I didn't give any details beyond that, so I don't know where you're getting 'a bunch of exposition.'

Khan's character gave the exposition, sorry, thought that was obvious.
