Hell if Sigurd comes out of this with a knife wound to the arm I'd consider that a success, plus Gigue deserves that much. Going to potentially suck for Gigue if he falls on his side though, with a longsword stuck in it.
Sigurd’s blade bit into flesh as he rolled and blood ran down its length in a sudden torrent that just as quickly thinned. Then, the tide truly turned and the Northman’s right hand buckled under the sudden stress as Gigue’s great weight muscled his blade backwards in his hand. He was forced to relinquish his hold before his wrist reached breaking point, leaving a weighty encumbrance in his enemy’s body as the blade had bitten deep enough to get stuck. The next thing Sigurd knew was the sudden weight of the massive man collapsing on his chest, forcing out what little breath he had regained from the take-down. The damage could have been far worse but Gigue made one small miscalculation, he had dropped directly down onto Sigurd’s stone arm and the plate the Northman wore on his chest deflected out the force.

Sigurd couldn’t wrestle under those conditions however, even if he held any hope of defeating the wrestler at all. The only thing he still had to his name was arguably his greatest weapon, his cursed arm. An arm with strength so great it was legend, adding to the mythology surrounding the warrior known as the Dragon Slayer. He was the Stoneheart and death for him meant death for his people. That was never going to be an option.

Sigurd’s right forearm sank into soft earth and with all his strength he turned his body clockwise, his left arm underneath the man rising swiftly at the elbow and effectively shunting Gigue up and to the large man’s left, with such force that Gigue’s weight would not be sufficient to stop it. Sigurd’s left leg had bunched with the knee up and suddenly pushed off diagonally rightward to further accentuate this instability, Gigue could truly be a master wrestler but he was running out of limbs to grapple with. With only an injured leg bracing him on the left hand side Gigue’s ability to stop himself falling off his precarious mount would be sorely tested. Even as Sigurd’s body twisted he did all he could to remove his head from danger, pulling it back as he turned, it was a token gesture but Gigue may have held on long enough to strike and it could turn an execution into a graze.

Presuming Gigue was thrown off the Northman, which was likely the only situation where Sigurd lived to carry out any follow up at all, his momentum would halt as he fell upon his right side and he would prepare to scrabble backwards, earning himself space to stand up and perhaps deliver a kick for good measure.

Option 2 also leaves Gigue face downwards, so in theory, he can get up to his feet quicker than Sigurd and just bum rush him with the knife as he's getting up; especially dangerous considering Sigurd is completely disarmed. Option three still leaves both of them grounded, but it also frees up both of Sigurd's arms without giving Gigue a definitive advantage.

Option three is my preferred move at the moment, for one it exploits an earlier wound (the left leg is fucked up) and it doesn't put Sigurd in a position where it's his helmet vs the knife. However Gigue could probably stab Sigurd's right arm as he fell, which would be unpleasant.

Screw it, might as well go with that, it's not like Sigurd is blessed with options but it's still better than I expected. If you'd had Gigue clinch with his right leg rather than rest it lovingly on Sigurd's shoulder Sigurd would be pretty fucked, that's how I dealt with superstrength in the Kanitah vs Fury fight, you can't refute the strength of your opponent but if your strength is comparable then your character's leg grip should be sufficient to keep them pinned.
Alright, i get it. If you're taking someone to the ground, god forbid you let go of them. But i'd say that options 2-3 are definitely better, since Gigue would be hellbent on finishing the fight as soon as possible, likely ignoring the pain and stabbing the living heck out of Sigurd regardless.

Exactly, we'd probably just get into an argument whether Gigue could take the punch to the balls, which he probably could to be honest. Also it's a low blow, and not really something that Sigurd would do.
Tell me all about them. You can trust Vordak. :^)

Technically I can, you can't really do anything about them until they're posted so at most it would give you extra time to think of follow-ups, though with your track record you take more than enough time anyway.

Basically it comes down to three options 1. Sigurd throws a backhand into Gigue's balls, which is questionable because I don't quite know Gigue's positioning, or 2-3 which are similar in essence, Sigurd uses the arm underneath Gigue to either throw him forward suddenly by lifting it (causing him to miss his mark and fall over Sigurd's head) or throw him rightward suddenly (causing Gigue to fall over Sigurd's right side).

The question is which is safer. The second option risks Sigurd's helm against the knife if Gigue adjusts, the third risks leaving Gigue in a position where he can still threaten Sigurd.
Hmm, this is an interesting situation. Been a while since I really debated my options, I literally have three moves typed out and I'm unsure what to go for.
Onto the upper abdomen, close to the solar plexus; his left leg would just be laying over Sigurd's right shoulder, relaxed.

OK. Well it just occurred to me that Sigurd's sword will be wrenched out of his hand because the blade is going to be stuck in Gigue's leg, so I'll be making a mention of that.
Anyway, to clarify what position exactly is Gigue in? He jumps onto Sigurd where? What happens to his left leg?
Basically any bending around the waist would aggravate the wound and any shock or impact to the body as a whole, it's not really life threatening but the pain of all the stretching and sudden jerking movements would be pretty bad.
