oh right. I just associate hammers with SM's. The armor would slow you down to the point where it isn't to convenient for a moving party, granted you have atleast a car. But you will likely spend most your time outside that armor. Just a heads up.

The idea is that it's hydraulic assisted so it can just about maintain an ordinary human pace, but it has a small battery by necessity so it can only be used sparingly. Erik was designed to be a support character predominantly with a few moments of flagrant badassery when he can get into the thick of it with armour on.

I see how it is, I hook up with the Cowl and suddenly everyone wants in. Typical.
Oh. I Missed that!

D...Did you just make a space marine?

I was going more down the ramshackle brotherhood of steel route, too much fallout recently.
By the way Hellis I put up a character pretty early on you might have missed, not sure if I've seen any feedback on it yet.
Also, @Athinar I'm not ignoring you but I'm not taking any more ranked fights at the moment. I know Enki was looking for a fight in general, so you might be able to ask them, don't know about anyone in particular interested in ranked combat though.
They'll care when you assault them with historical fact via a book to the teeth.

Sadly that's the only way for historical revision to permeate the mass-populace and break down common misconceptions these days, as academics care more about climbing to even loftier heights atop their ivory tower while post-modernists circle around firing off pot-shots with paint-ball guns.

Even as the book comes whistling in someone will conduct a Derridean deconstruction and the book will burst into flames.

what is history?

HISTORICAL ACCURACY, OLD CHUM.

No one cares about the history any more...

A HISTORIAN SHOULD KNOW BETTER!

Why? It was the British Royal Army that burned down the White House.

Way funnier to say the Canadians did it.
Well, we could always just use the Nexus of Worlds, it's perfect for things like this. Alternate dimensions and times basically feed into eachother as the Nexus has grown unstable. My character can be thrown forward in time, Vordak's backwards. What does your character do Pollen? Don't suppose they might be hired to investigate some unsavoury characters appearing out of no-where?
I haven't a homeworld for him yet; he may as well be native to far-future Earth, should it be required.

Here's another question though: by the looks of it, Melon's character comes from an Earth where magic is existent; my character (surprisingly) does too. What about Pollen's though? Would that be a common point, or does their character come from a more mundane version of the exact same planet, without magic? The tear gas and flashbangs do give off a technology oriented vibe.

My character comes from a very low-fantasy world, basically our world, as far as the lore is concerned only he and his sister actually have any powers, and they don't go flaunting them about.
