Can't say I care either way, but I would probably be more inclined to pay attention to the OOC (and participate) if there was a little less banter and a little more meaningful conversation, got to get the balance right and all that.
The god of RNG is not with you this day.
*Cracks neck and back* This old bag of bones is back. Got caught up in a lot of crap IRL that I had to deal with.

And here I was thinking you'd just been scared off by the untapped potential of RPG.
That's great, but good intentions don't make an RP work, you have to invest loads of time or delegate, those are the only options really.

Silly LeeRoy, you need a lot of spare time to start up something like this. You might want to wait until you're able.
As Sigurd’s mind drove him to do no more than distance himself from the great strength of his enemy by any means possible, Gigue’s machinations were of little consequence. He heaved the man’s great weight from his chest and rolled semi-rightward, his forearm and elbow digging into the earth just behind him. With an ungainly desperation the Northman dug in and then thrust himself backwards by driving his elbow into the ground and thrusting it forward like an oar, even as his rock arm dropped to his left side to further aid his flight. The end result saw Sigurd shimmy backwards on his back as Gigue himself settled into his new crouching position. It was not exactly quick, but the Northman’s flight was necessary, escaping the range of the larger man was paramount.

Sigurd readied himself to lash out with a quick kick if Gigue made a lunge for him, making it as difficult as possible for the man to gain a hand-hold on his leg. With Gigue facing the wrong way there was a good chance Sigurd could escape at last, as with another two oar-like ministrations he would be a whole body-length away from Gigue and safely out of grasp. At that point only would Sigurd be prepared to slide his legs underneath him and kneel, ready to propel himself up onto his feet.
Take your time, I got one more PM to reply to and a War-Pulse post I want to make while everyone is in the tower.

I'll start working on my own reply, probably be done by tomorrow sometime.
Some of my other main character in the works has powers slightly similar to fury, in that his soul is kind of loose in his body (thanks to taking a certain attack) so can flow out looking like energy (or how anime views energy) and it can flow out around him sort of like a shield. However, there's a ton of differences as well and he's lower tier.

In theory, fighting all of my characters (minus my too powerful ones) would be horrible for fury in that they can exploit his weakness of wearing him down unless you say they are all in the area at once and he just uses his strongest form from the start to smash them all before his shields go down.

Fury would literally eat your lower characters for breakfast unless they worked out his weakness. All the melee fighters would go down quick and feed him all the while.

I'd be reasonably confident taking on about fifty of your mid-tier characters with Fury, he's that OP.

However, one or two heavy ranged focus characters around his tier could bring him down pretty easy.
Isn't his face claim from Too Human? Oh boy was that game God awful >_>

Yep, Baldur. Brilliant story concept poorly executed sums up Too Human, the image is perfect and it also serves a decent double meaning for Fury himself.
I'm not saying he sits snuggly in mild powers by any means. I always have him listed in its higher end or the lower ends of high powered, such as in my fight with Daz. As for his knowledge in other schools of magic, he has no practical knowledge, but does his homework. Can he revive the dead or 'track life energy'? No, because he has no actual spell-casting ability in that class. But he would be able to identify necrotic magic on sight, and understands the principles behind it. That's essentially it. He never actually steps outside of his mastered areas.

And like I said, I have no issue listing him as high tier. I'm not masquerading him as though he isn't high tier, I just have my own reservations about saying he's outright OP in essentially all scenarios based on my experiences. Also, can I read Fury? Sounds neat.

Fury's in my CS deposit if you're interested. http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/79934-people-trapped-in-a-giant-melon/ooc
