You know, as the GM, you would typically let your players know that the OOC is up. How else are they going to find it?

Name: Rhone Valint

Race: Human - Sudalian

Race Description:

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Weapons: Maybe a pointy stick that he picks up? His master doesn't exactly trust him with weapons.

Skills/Abilities: Rhone has been a slave most of his life. His skills consist of the things he was taught and made to do, such as labor, farming, raising animals, and building. He was a field worker. Rhone picked fruit; birthed, raised, and fed livestock; built sheds and shelters around the plantation; and occasionally worked on things inside the house.

Appearance: Rhone is 5'8" with light brown skin, brown eyes, and black, curly hair. Most often than not, his hair is covered by his head wrap. It's usually messy and unkempt under there. On his chest, Rhone bares the crest of his master: A dragon holding a shield. Once sold, the brand would be marked over and he would receive a new one.
Rhone is a muscular man, having worked most of his life. His feet are dirty and rough from lacking shoes for many years, and his skin sports scars from occasional beatings.

Clothing/Armor: Rhone's list of personal belongings is depressingly short. All that's his are the clothes that he wears, which isn't much to begin with. With what is essentially a modest loin clothe wrapped around his waist, and a head wrap to keep sweat from dripping in his eyes, Rhone wears very little. He doesn't own any shoes, gloves, shirts, pants, anything. All that's his is what was allowed to him.

Backstory:

Rhone was born in Sudal during a time of prosperity. As a child, he never truly appreciated it. When he was 9, the war began and his people slowly lost everything they had. His family was torn apart, his father killed in battle, his mother taken away, and he snatched up by slave traders. A child wasn't a very valuable slave, but he was old enough to do basic work. Rhone traded hands several times before finally ending up on the plantation, around the age of 20.

He worked the fields day in and day out, but his master wasn't as bad as some. Rhone would get the occasional whack with a stick if he did something wrong, but it was nothing like taking a whip onto bare flesh as he had done in the past. He slowly grew used to his live there, but never enjoyed it. It wasn't until he met the master's daughter than he became more interested in the farm.

She was a beautiful young woman, but far out of his league. When he finally got up the nerve to speak to her, she quickly reported it to her father. Rhone was beaten and quickly sold for his bold misconduct. Currently, Rhone finds himself in the slave market at Estermere. He holds little trust for 'pale skinned' people, such as his former masters.
I don't typically like doing that kind of thing. There's only a couple characters that I feel like I know enough about to use like that, and you have both of them off limits =P I really wouldn't mind making an alternate universe Hawkeye.
hai :3

P.S, @Metronome, really? Sudal and Quirek? From last time? I'll tolerate it for now, but please refrain from making blatant (SORRY) copies from previous roleplays. Either way, are accepted. Prepare to be added to the charrie roster.@vietmyke, accepted. It's a crowbar, btw. :)

Well I figured since you abandoned the last RP after two whole posts, I figured I'd use the idea again =P It was a good concept, why waste it?
Name: Elijah "Eli" Sanders
Age: 34
Gender: Male

Personality: Eli has a good heart. He's a kind and gentle man, usually willing to give anyone at least two chances. He enjoys the company of other people, even if he isn't talking to them. Despite the hard times he's faced, he's almost always willing to share what he has with someone who needs it. He can be a bit of a doofus sometimes, but most people are at one time or another.

Skills: Unarmed fighting and hunting are his two best combat based skills. He's a very skilled marksman, having mostly taught himself how to use a bow and arrow and throwing knives.
Aside from defensive skills, Eli has become something of a skilled tracker. He's learned to hunt for food, using his sharp eyesight and knowledge to find paths where most couldn't.
Due to his hearing impairment, Eli has learned both sign language and how to read lips. He's gotten very good at communication; most of the time people don't even notice his disability. However, if someone is speaking to him and they aren't face to face, it'll seem like he's ignoring them unless they are shouting. Eli has around 75% hearing loss.

Powers: Has very good eyesight. Can see pretty well in the dark.

Appearance: Eli stands at 5'9" with a lean and muscular build. He has a tan complexion, brown eyes, and dark brown hair. His hair, a little past chin length, is almost always unkempt. With a lack of barber or razors available, the same can be said for his facial hair. He'll occasionally sharpen up his knife enough to shave, but it's kind of a hassle.

History: Eli was born in a labor camp, his parents struggling to raise him properly. When he was 10, there was a rebellion within the camp that allowed a couple hundred prisoners to escape. Eli was among them, but his parents were not. He was taken in by a few of the other slaves who had formed a small family. He lived with them until he was 20, learning new skills and surviving as best as he could.

Around his 21st year, Eli's adoptive family was attacked. The invaders found their group, which had grown over the years, and raided their camp. Most of the members were captured and returned to slavery. Eli was lucky enough to escape their grasps a second time. He ran into the surrounding cityscape, crumbling under time and abuse. One of the creatures gave chase, and managed to corner him. Eli took one of his knives and speared it through the chest, taking it down. However, the invader wasn't completely dead when he approached the gather his blade. It had just enough life to reach for it's sonic gun, used to control crowds from a distance. Up close, the sound of the weapon was devastating, and Eli was blasted at nearly point blank.

He managed to stumble away, confused and disoriented. A loud ringing in his head drowned out all other sound as blood dripped from his ears. When the ringing finally stopped, Eli found that his hearing had been damaged. Most sounds, unless very close, were muffled to him. Still, he was alive. Eli was nothing if not adaptable. He learned to deal with his disability with grace, and although it got difficult at times, he tried not to let it get to him. He spent of a few years on his own before finding the rebellion and joining up with them. He's lived with them for a couple years now.
I like superheroes, but I don't like playing canon characters.
Oh, nevermind. I saw Kid's comment from earlier =P
So where do you stand on OCs?
Hey whats up :D
