Orren growled when some person, a human by the looks of it, got in between him in and the fairy. They started spouting off stuff about some festival, and guards coming after them. Orren had half a mind to let them come; he was pissed off and going on adrenaline. He turned back to the roach to see that it had shrunk back down to bite size. Orren was just about to raise his hand to smack it when it darted off through the air. He growled.

"Fuck this," The Talgan grumbled. "I'm out of here." He turned his back to them and began to storm off.

I watched Pacific Rim last night, and it was pretty cool. Been thinking of making an RP for it, but I feel like we need a twist. Since I love alien plots, here's my idea:

Years in the future, Earth finds itself locked in war with a giant, hostile alien race. By this time, humans have traveled far and deep into the universe, befriended several races, and have made a sort of universal alliance. With humanity in danger, they call on one of their allies, the alien planet of Talga, to come help. Here's the catch: Talgans don't particularly like humans. Their cultures are so vastly different that the two species don't get along well in person. However, Talgan gets a lot of its resources from Earth, and vise versa, so they feel as though helping to save the planet isn't really an option.

Talga and Earth worked together to create the Jaeger program. The Jaegers, as you probably know from the movie, are giant battle machines. Here's the catch: In order to make the Jaegers work, a Talgan and a human have to work together. But not just any pair will work; they must also be Drift compatible. Because of this, finding a decent pair of pilots is rare. So rare, in fact, that when found, the pair is given little choice over whether or not they want to work together.

Hopefully, you can see where this is going.

Rules:

I'm open to a mxm or mxf pairing, but I'll be playing a male either way.

I also plan on playing the alien.

I mean this isn't a zombie apocalypse or anything.

Crooks and villains may be assholes, but they like nice things just like everyone else.

I can't image the guys who took over Las Vegas would let it be turned into a total shit pile.
Having waiters doesn't make a high class restaurant.

Sonic has waiters.

And so does Waffle House.

A waiter doesn't have to have a suit and tie on. They're just the person that shows you your table and brings the food out.
