I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Current Active Roleplays:
CURRENTLY UPDATING
The Elder Scrolls: Fruits of Contention
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - Crimson Skies (GM)
Escaping the Blight (1x1)

Roran Foley

Location: Where do you think?
Interactions: Uh... the room? I guess?

"Well fuck, am I late?" Naturally, the first word for Roran to utter in the atrium was a profanity. It was whispered while sticking his head through the door, but still, a profanity. As was normal for him.

As it happened, he was late - he'd missed the clipped speech by Agent Hill, and the majority of introductions. He did actually catch the tail end of Eva's, which was somewhat disconcerting as she described swords and battlefields.

"Jesus Christ - and here I thought I'd be safe in this place." Well, the girl seemed to have a sunny disposition, and with the lack of swords (visible ones, anyway) in the room, Roran entered fully, removing his sunglasses as he did and wincing ever so slightly as the light hit his eyes. The fluorescents overheard weren't that bright, but suddenly taking shades off kind of felt like any light was punching you in the face. Especially the sun - God, did he have a love/hate relationship with the burning ball of gas in the sky.

Looking around the room as he entered, he noticed more than a few different sort of people. Simply by smell alone - no, it's not creepy, but yeah, the entire room was like an... international buffet of smells? Nope, bad analogy - humans are friends, not food Roran.

There were about four aliens in the place - one being the girl who had just been gushing over swords, another guy who had pointy ears? Huh. A few others smelt different; maybe mutants? And then some smelt normal - the girl with the metal arm, (HOLY Fucksticks that's awesome), the guy skulking in the shadows at the back of the room, one guy who looked like he could bench press a truck... yup. Nice little bunch of diverse heroes.

Finding his seat, Roran cleared his throat and looked at the room with a smile; may as well get introductions over with. And there wouldn't be any holding information back either; if he was going to be working with these people, they deserved to know just what kind of freak he was.

The guarantee of not eating them would probably come as a relief to everyone too.

"Hiya guys! I'm Roran - also late. Sorry about that." He began with a low chuckle, Irish accent coming through nice and strong. He hoped to God one of these yanks didn't mistake it for a Scottish one (No, you'd be surprised how many people get the two mixed up, it's incredible.) "Uhh... technically speaking I'm a mutant. Mutated genes and all that, you know how it works. But the whole truth is that I'm actually part-Vampire. Super-strength, speed, fangs, and all that Dracula shit goes on. Well, I'm only part vampire, so I'm not y'know, going to be ripping throats out anytime soon." He paused then, running a hand through his hair somewhat awkwardly. "Well... the blood drinking part is kinda necessary for me to stay sane, but SHIELD keeps me well-supplied. So, basically, don't worry about it. And feel free to ask any awkward or stupid questions about it - I'm very happy to answer them."

At that Roran finally took his seat with a sigh of relief - hopefully no-one in the room was sharpening their stakes. At least he was honest, right?

There's your freshly dank meme of the day, and I shall get to work on my CS.

Maybe.

gon get me dat Eclipse leader spot bro
Welp, looks like ol' Rozie is going to have do some double-posting after all. Hope everyone likes their friendly neighbourhood Vampire Irishman!

The truest friends are the ones who'd arrange the perfect death for you. :)
Before Rhasha had time to collect his thoughts and go to the aid of Keegan (The Khajiit had winced sheepishly upon seeing the bolt in the Altmer's arm... a poor choice by himself. Should have left the damned crossbow in the boat.), he was surprisingly reunited with his eldest sister. And quite a surprise it was, considering it had been a good few years since the pair had seen one another. Regardless, La'Dansharr had thrown herself upon her younger brother with a hug and a smile.

"I thought I told my baby brother to keep himself out of trouble?" She had purred in greeting, pinching his cheek as she had when they were cubs. Slapping her hand away gently, Rhasha couldn't bring himself to scowl at her, even despite the somewhat gory appearance she had made. As was natural for an assassin, he mostly saw her when she'd killed some poor soul nearby. It wasn't like she could just drop in for tea, after all. Especially with him travelling with the twins for the past few years - Rhasha was the only one in the family who was aware of La'Dansharr's vocation, and the pair of them were quite happy for it to remain as so.

"As you know Dansharr, trouble seems to follow this one. And his family, it would seem." He replied with a chuckle, looking pointedly at the dead Armigers surrounding them. Laughing at this, La'Dansharr walked back to the other assassins, flicking the youngest one - Aretino - in the face lightly.

"No trouble for us, dear brother. Just our job. If our little cub can remember to actually do his job, that is." Said in a somewhat scathing tone, Dansharr's eyes darted towards her leader. "No trouble on your little trip out, I trust?"

At this, Rhasha'Dar's attention was brought towards the injured, and he rushed first of all to Keegan, uttering a humble apology for his short-sighted move with the crossbow, and finishing the healing which Sadri had started.

"Huh." This was Roze's first reaction to seeing the carnage on the beach, wringing out the sea-water from her hair as she watched on. "Glad I decided to stay on the ship now. I think if this shoulder took another injury it'd fall off."

As it happened, nobody had to abandon ship. She did get wet, but that was just to help patch up the hole in the ship with Tsleeixth. With Rhasha's handy potion and a quick water-breathing spell, she'd had no issues with that particular job - she'd felt worse for Sadri who'd been hanging out on the outside of the ship dealing with the leak. Further sympathies were directed to Kattun, who had a less than graceful fall onto land in his rush to get to his Khajiiti companion.

"Ooh, ouch. Heard that crack from here. I guess you've got your first patient on the day, Seb." Digging Sebastian lightly in the ribs, he darted a dry look in her direction.

"Let's just hope I get the chance to - most people don't walk away alive from the Dark Brotherhood."

"Wait, what? The Dark Brotherh- oh, right. Those guys." Frowning slightly as she regarded the four, black-and-red-leather clad assassins on the beach, Roze and Sebastian made their way off the boat with the others. "You haven't pissed off anyone rich or important recently, have you?"

"Probably. But not enough to warrant an assassination. I'm hardly that important."

"Aw, don't feel bad. I'd have you assassinated." She replied in a sweet voice, gaining yet another withering look in return from her Nord friend.

"Gosh, I feel so blessed." Pausing at the dinghy where the injured Kattun lay, Sebastian went about to healing the broken leg while Roze collected her things. The potion was beginning to wear off now, and with cold water and freezing air still clinging to her, Roze's teeth were beginning to chatter. Throwing her heavy cloak on and retrieving her bag and quiver (Keeping the latter and her bow firmly in hand; there were still Armigers limping about, after all), Roze spotted Solveig and Sagax nearby, jogging over.

"Damn girl, from what I saw on the ship, you could have wiped out these bonemold arseholes and the assassins single-handedly." She said with a light laugh, which dwindled somewhat as her gaze found the assassins once more. "Speaking of... any idea why they're here? Maybe a Khajiit got tired of the Cat-Kicker at last?" Said with a shrug of the shoulders, Roze looked back to Solveig and Sagax. "We can always hope, right?"
Doing a post now guys. :)
@Eyeris

Love her! Just a reminder that the changes can't go on 24/7, as stated by Tonks. It'll fade after a while, and I highly doubt conscious changes would stay when she's asleep or unconscious.
Ah, with third years the ages will be between 13 and 14, if we're going off modern school years.
@Dethran

There's my Roran that needs an intro, but I was going to wait for someone else to go first. Y'know, to avoid double=posting and all that.
@Saarebas

Hope you do well at army camp! And I'd be happy to continue on this RP along with everyone else. :) Hopefully when you come back you can join back in.
