Serina nodded as she said "Well played but foolish". Charmcaster smirked as she put her wand away and flexed out her hand as her eyes glowed bright blue. She stopped the tornado before slowly closing her hand as the tornado slowly began to reduce before turning into a massive ball of blue flames which she smirked at before slamming the ball into the ground which caused the entire arena to lit up in blue flames before vanishing.

Charmcaster then pulled out her wand and then challenged Hibiki to make her next move, To everyone, they would be wondering what Charmcaster had done but Mike, Shinranui and Jen would see the blue flames all over the arena, the moment Hibiki touched the ground, she would be burned by the flames.

"Predicted" Selina said with a smirk before she snap her fingers, suddenly the entire arena erupted into will a wisp flames as Charmcaster reappeared spinning her wand round before finding Hibiki in the speed force as it would erupt into will a wisp flames too to see Hibiki attack cut by half.

Notes on Rage forms/Mega forms of experimental pokemon

I feel I should of posted this earlier but honestly I did not expect to see Mega Hibiki this early in the battle.

Rage forms are a version of Mega evolution that pokemon that have no mega forms, the rage form is more or less stated in the name, however when a experimental pokemon goes into rage form, they lose their perspective of friend or foe and unleash devastating powers very close to that of Mewtwo when he went on his rampage, many of the past expermental pokemon destroyed themselves in this process.

Gileta is an exception as she has no rage form to speak of, instead she's just naturally far more powerful then her sisters, she actually has credit for being able to defeat all four of her sister when they were in rage/Mega form without any help from anyone. Because of this, Gileta is consider the most powerful experimental pokemon at least of the poachers experiments. If Hibiki, Charmcaster, Zerina or Gardivior ever lost their minds, Gileta would be the one to stop them.

Zerina has anger issues so she tends to go into rage often, though Selina is always there to stop her and Charmcaster is considered the calmest of all the experimental pokemon so when she go into Rage mode, its always going to be devastating unless Gileta or Serina can calm her down.

Since Hibiki has a mega form, she does not have the same issues with rage as the others but she's still not immune to the effects, as Selima stated, Hibiki is now a ticking time bomb ready to explode, if the battle draws out too long, Hibiki will lose her concept of Friend or Foe and just attack anyone who is nearby, including her trainer. Alexa had a scar on her face from where Hibiki scatched her when she was in mega form too long.

Selina and Charmcaster both smirked as they saw Chuck activate the mega ring, "So predictable Hibi" Charmcaster said as her trainer echoed her words though hers were at Chuck, "So predictable Chucky".

Being that only one of the Hibiki were real, Charmcaster had figured out the real Hibiki after she had used her attack. The attack would hit Charmcaster sending up smoke all around them obstructing the view. When it cleared, Charmcaster had vanished.

Selina touched her own z band before reviling a red gem with Charmcaster symbol engraved inside it, "You know, that was a dumb move activating your mega this early. You and Hibiki are now on a timer, and you've only dealt a little damage to Charmcaster. I won't activate her special form yet as I know she'll be pissed off if I do, but how long will Hibiki have before the memories of everything the poachers did to her, cause her to lose control of her powers and turn on you instead?' Serina told Chuck, ensuring only he could hear her and not the crowd.

Gileta pushed a switch on her outfit to change it slightly to have it now match Mega Lopunny colors now.

With Telekinesis in affect, Charmcaster smiled as she watched Hibiki go in for more feniting before wait for the right moment before unleashing Mystic fire all around her to get rid of the after images and to hit Hibiki as she moved in on the attack.

Charmcaster eyes flashed once more as she avoid the attack and blew a kiss to Hibiki as her way of apology but also reminding her, that this was a semi finals match and both their trainers desperately wanted to win so they needed to pull out all the tricks to do so.

Charmcaster had always been the least competive of her experimental sisters, wanting to have fun more then win. Something that did reflect in Serina, who was smiling as she enjoyed battling one of her friends, not having many growing up due to her Siblings and her mother.

Charmcaster smirked and her eyes flashed once more as she used Telekinesis to make Hibiki easier to hit, before she would unleash Mystic Fire from her Wand.

Charmcaster eyes flashed as she read Hibiki mind and quickly span round so that Hibiki dark move hit a barrier before using flamethrower.

With Hibiki in her fighting stance, Charmcaster nodded to her and removed her head from her wand wiping the tears in her own eyes away before taking up her own fighting pose, the wand crackling with energy. "Don't disappoint me here Chuck, we've trained with Sensi and Silvally for days" Selina said with a smile before she began the battle with Charmcaster using Psychic.

So just to put it in perspective:

Charmcaster was part of a family of 13 siblings, she was the second youngest of her family, the poucher killed her parents first before kidnapping her and her siblings.
To tell them apart when they were younger since they looked alike,the parents gave each sibling a large stick that had a Zodiac symbol caved into it which would remain on the stick and as with all wood when the stick would start to wilted away. They would have a necklace created with their symbol.

Charmcaster was forced to watch as each of her sibling were experimented on and as each of them died a slow painful death apart from two, Charmcaster and her youngest sister, however while Charmcaster survived the experiments with her mind intact somewhat, her sibling did not and her mind was broken beyond repair.

Charmcaster heard of the terrible things the poucher would do to her broken sibling and did not want her to suffer like that, so to spare her, Charmcaster did what had to be done and caused a massive explosion destroying the base she was trapped in. Taking the lives of the pouchers and saving her sister from a terrible fate, though she stayed with her sister in.her final moments.

Once she was free and had buried her sister, Charmcaster carved all her Sibling symbols into her own wand to never forget them and as a way to promise them,vthat she would seek vengeance upon those that hurt them. She would later meet Serina, Zelina and Gilata who had all suffer because of the pouchers and join Selina on her crusade.
