Honestly, now that around 400 or so pokemon have returned. You probably should try and play it now. Or look up the plot of all three stories.
Why not set it up so we do IOA every couple of badges, maybe the first time after 2 badges, the second after 3, and then the final events after the last 3 badges.

Rockstar also kept pushing it back with his guitar, soon the ball grew a bit too large and would explode in the middle of the arena showering both of them with electrical and psychic damage.
Which one was Cosmo again? Mike strongest two are obviously Mei and Cammy, though he does have a Lunala as well since he got one of the Cosmogs if memory serves.

Rockstar summoned an electrical guitar which he used to slam the lighting back its intense power getting stronger but slowly getting out of control too, it would ether hit one of them or explode and get them both.
Rockstar countered her Psychic with Overdrive and roared a challenge to her as he began to strum his guitar building up electrical energy around him which cracked with power as the lighting bolts kept changing colour.
