Enhanced speed:
Mike's half alien blood grants him enhanced speed which makes him faster the average human thought not as fast as someone with super speed

Enhanced Agility:
Mike half alien blood grants his almost cat like reflects and agility making him able to both dodge and climb up objects with ease.

Enhanced Strength:
Once again, His half alien blood makes him stronger then the average human, able to lift up 20 tons with ease and is able to withstand most things though silver items seem to able to hurt him a lot.

Energy powers:
Due to him being Starfires son, Mike can summon energy orbs at will though his emotional stat is key to how powerful each of them cane be. Because of this, Mike tends to summon energy balls and turn them into Weapons. Mike prefers two handed energy weapon such as a bo Staff or a bow. Mike can channel his emotional power though these weapons to give them different effects. Red makes a flaming staff which can deal fire damage, while giving him fire arrows in Bow form, Blue is ice effect, Green is nature affects such as poison, and so on.

Expert Hand to hand/Weapon combat

Both his foster father and Mother trained him in combat, though he had inherited prowess from his father. Mike still needed a firm hand and eventually master all forms of hand to hand and weapon training though he still believes he had more to learn.

Normal Appearance: 
Costumed appearance: When he's out and about, Mike wears a black leather suite with a dragon emblem on the centre and back, he wear a white mask which goes around his head and ends with dragon like ears.
Bio:
Born to Richard Grayson (Better known as Nightwing) and Koriand'r (Better known as Starfire), Mike would already have great power forming within him. Mike was only a year old when he started to display his mother energy powers, but this made Nightwing worried about Mike future if he ever joined the JL or TT, is also made him fear for his young son safety since their were many villains out their that could find out he had a son. Nightwing had a plan that he could use but he needed to speak to Starfire about it and she agreed.
Nightwing knew he could not keep his son safe so he seeked out his own father Batman and told him about the situation, Starfire was also pregnant with their second child so Batman suggested letting him find a safe place for the children to grow up and he would keep their birth a secret from the rest of the JL.
Mike was taken to a older couple who had never had children, They were Jarred and Mimi Fertar known as the superheroes Dragon Strike and Moon Queen who would train him when he came of age. Mike powers can into full focus when he was 8 and his foster parents trained him to master his powers, Jarred trained Mike is athletics and gymnastics while Mimi trained him in forming his energy into weapons, Because she fought with a staff, Mike mastered the staff first but he also developed them to forming bows and swords as well.
His foster parents soon learned of a new group forming and asked Mike is he wanted to join them which he did thinking he could understand his powers better with other superpowered individuals as well. He would also be told about his long lost sister which made Mike determined to find her.

Extra info to be expanded in Bio: As a Half alien, Sashia already had access to some powers of her mother, however once her foster mun died in the line of duty, the ancient fox spirit that had chosen her, chose Sashia as her next host. This combined with the half Alien DNA in Sashia caused her to transform into a fox known as a kitsune.
Powers:

Enhanced Speed:
Having half Alien blood, Sashia has enhanced Speed making her faster then the average human though she does tire quicker in human form.

Enhanced Senses (Like Daredevil):
Sashia can sense things quicker then most and she has great eyes though they are fox like as a symbol of her position as the fox spirits host. She has great sense of smell being able to smell things from a mile of and her hearing can pick up even the smallest of sounds.

Enhanced healing:
Sashia body can heal a lot faster then a normal person can, she can recover from near fatal wounds in a hour and minor wounds are gone within seconds.

Kitsune Powers:

Form changing:
Less of a power, and act more as a connivance. Sashia can freely switch between her human and Kitsune form with ease as switching forms also allows her to heal from wounds quicker.

Magical powers:
Due to the fox being as old as it is, Sasha knows magic that predates many of the magic that are common. Sashia does not need words to control her spells only her thoughts. Although she has access to many Magical spells and abilities, Due to her still being rather young though, Sashia only really use Advance magic such as Magical bolt, Nature control and a very weak form of both lust and pheromone magic.

Super speed:
Sashia is significantly faster in her fox form then her human form as she can move and dodge at super quick speeds, though she can't use her magic while using her super speed as it difficult to focus.

Super Strength:
For a small girl, even in her fox form, Sashia is very strong and is able to punch though walls and metal with ease though stronger item injury her more then she puts a dent in them.

Super Agilty:
Sashia is as Quick and agile as a fox and can uses these skill to avoid battle and get to a safe point to cast her spell on people.

Super sense:
Is basically an upgrade to her Enhanced senses allowing her to find things a lot quicker and is able to pinpoint location with amazing accuracy.

Other/Hero Appearance:  She also wears a strange Visor which keep her face hidden and wears a set of powerful magical armour beneath her kimono to protect her from bullets and Knifes. 
Bio:
The second child of Nightwing and Starfire, Sashia showed a strong connection to the same force that her mother gained her powers from but much like her older brother, when her powers manifested stronger, Batman took her away and put her in the care of a couple which was a Superhero and a reformed supervillianess who had caused the JL many problems over the years. Her foster mother was the reformed supervillain Fox Saber who had been chosen by an ancient fox spirt to be her vessel. 
However, within a few years, Her foster mum lost her life in the line of duty.
The fox spirt stay with her mother until she passed away which is when it moved on to Sashia as she was the next chosen host as her mother had asked, Because of her half Alien blood, Sashia found herself change as she transformed into a nine tailed fox known as a kitsune in Japeness folklore. This new form gave her a whole new host of powers such as super speed, super strength and super agilty as well as access to all forms of magic from the ancient and old magic to magic that had been forbidden both in the past and in the present. Her father, despite his wife death, he kept teaching the young girl how to master her new powers and eventually told her about the new group that was forming which she agreed to join as well as learning about her long lost brother, who she hoped would be joining the new group as well.
Extra info: Sashia is a great cook and is always happy to cook up meals for her friends.
