happily married - My husband knows all about my RPing and is very supportive, and listens to me talk about it to an obnoxious level. I'm always open to new friends, but romance remains strictly between characters.
experienced - I've been RPing and writing for over 15 years and I have a minor in creative writing. I have a preference towards literate / novella style writing, but I generally write however much makes sense in the moment.
adults only - I'm in my 30's, as such I'd prefer to keep my writing partners of age because I tend to prefer darker and more mature subject matter.
roleplays - I have a preference for advanced small group RPs, but I'm open to anything that sounds interesting. I also currently have no 1x1 partners, but I'm open to the possibility.
genres - fantasy, sci fi, horror, superhuman, urban fantasy, cyberpunk, period, fandoms, romance... honestly, anything that isn't slice of life.
mature content - My writing usually has dark themes, lots of cursing, violence, and subject matter that could make some people uncomfortable. I personally have no triggers so my writing can dive into those territories. If you have triggers be sure to mention those to me upfront, please.
story > smut - While sex between characters is a great time, I tend to lean toward fade to black because I find actually writing sex / smut gets boring and repetitive. I find the more exciting part to be the build up. However, I'm open to it if it's relevant to the story or characters.

My name is Mjolnir, formerly from Roleplaygateway (also was known as Scar.-)
I've been RPing for over 15 years, nearly a decade on RPG before the site went down. With the recent death of my old site and the ghosting of my 1x1 RP friend, I've moved here in hopes of finding another great writing community where I can make new friends and create new stories.
I love fantasy, sci fi and anything fantastical. I love deep and emotional plots and characters for my RPs. I'm known to be long winded, rarely writing less than 1k words per post. I also rarely write just one character, often juggling a handful of various genders and walks of life.
