Dingo, No see the ward is blocking magical access. Supernatural means or creatures can't pierce it. I thought Rift Hound was just a Metahuman? Regardless, I don't believe entering on his own would be very smart.

Hmm, I think we might all be good to do away with all the uneeded fluff in posts, substance versus length.

Leonerdo, he definitely did some damage but consider there's somebody who could freeze him in his immediate vicinity :P Also he probably injured some civilians.

Archmage, I'm thinking her kinetic charge is the most egregious thing. But I've talked with other players and I believe we've straightened the issue. Maybe it could be more like biotic charge.

I'd say she be pretty good use in either situation but probably have more utility in the Prison break. Plus some NPCs are in trouble. And hopefully she stays nice because we have something of a dearth right now of nicer people.

Also Abysee if you could help me find a larger version of that GIF that'd be great :P

That's the thing though now that I think about it I may have allowed some characters to be too powerful, we'll just have to see if that's the case during roleplay.

Well the majority of the escaping inmates would be normals. You'll find a lot of named villains inside and I'll decide if you hit or take hits from them. If you wish to make up a minor villain or two with random powers that's fine too but don't go overboard. And if I'm correct since Emmanuel derives his powers from his god wouldn't he be weakened?

Upon reflection we may need to tone down power levels depending on if they beat all the villains too easily.
