A Heroes Calling (18+) Female's Wanted

Hello.

I'm looking for casual to high casual female writers who are willing to partner me in several ideas I would like to try. You must be able to post good quality, lengthy post, or at least be able to match what I give to you. I don't want to be posting three or four paragraphs and only getting two to three sentences back. I'm not too fussed about how frequently you post as long as you tell me if you are unable to to post for a period of time and I will do the same. One post a day is fine by me, although I do understand if you are unable to do so. Spelling and grammar aren't that much of an issue to me. As long as I can read and understand what it is your character is doing we should be okay. However, a certain standard should be met considering this will be casual to high casual. I hope my partners will talk to me and allow us to get to know each other via OOC, where we will also discuss the direction and condition of our roleplay.

This story holds aliens. Lots of aliens.

A small group of astronauts crash land on a planet not so different from our own. It has trees, lakes and seas. Cities, towns and villages have been formed by it's inhabitants. The planet however is not as advanced as we are on earth. It appears that they have yet to discover electricity and still use fire as a source of light. The inhabitants, an unknown species, are very human-like. They show feelings and emotions just like we do. Despite the fact that they are a pale green in skin color and only have four fingers and toes they could otherwise be mistaken for a human. So, our story will start when our group of astronauts awake and find themselves in the custody of said aliens.

My partner and I could play both the part of an astronaut and an alien. I will only be playing males however. Whether that be playing as a human or alien or both. My partner is free to play any gender they want.

Set either in the modern day or not so distant past, two treasure hunters set sail on an epic adventure to an uncharted island in hope to discover a long lost treasure. The pair can be rivals turned allies or perhaps they could have a personal history. We could have them start off on separate journeys only to bump in to each other when they both get in to trouble on the island. Maybe they are forced to work together before their journeys begin. However, they must put aside their differences and work together as they are not alone on the island. Other treasure hunters, pirates, mercenaries and thieves have also traveled to the island in search for the treasure. As a fantasy twist, the island is home to magical and mythical creatures. So, as well as trying to stay one step ahead of the pirates and thieves, the pair must also avoid being lunch for man-eating plants, larger than life creatures and gigantic bugs and insects. Regards to the treasure, I was thinking that after all the shooting and life endangering acts it turns out there is no treasure, just a rusty old lamp containing one last wish!

This is sort of based on the video games Uncharted with an added element of the Journey to the Center of the Earth movies. I want to keep it as original as possible however. My partner will play the role of the leading female who will accompany my character, the leading male, on the island.

This story will portray how two snobby, wealthy teenagers party their way through a summer before their last year at university. It will show how the two friends who have known each other since they can remember have booze and drug -fueled parties in their dorm rooms aswell as in the local area where their university is situated. The boy is a womanizer but good-hearted. She, an unlucky in love, bookworm who likes to party. I want the pair of them to eventually admit their feelings to each other which both felt would threaten their relationship and friendship should they let the other know how they really feel. This is sort of like a coming of age kind of story.

Marcus held Claudia's soft, gentle hand as he guided them on to the floor and in to the crowd of nobles who were already dancing. They took their positions, holding each other in the normal dancing procedure. Marcus' eyes fell upon Claudia's and for a moment it felt like they were the only two people in the room. The music fell kindly on Marcus' ears. A slow rhythm, which Marcus was grateful for. As much as he had quick feet on the battle feet, the ball room was a completely different ball game. They slowly and gracefully glided across the floor, as did several other revelers. And, although, Marcus felt it was only the pair of them in the room, he could feel the onlooking glare of the onlooking senates and nobles, as they looked on with a mixture of smiles, shock and surprise on their faces. He could also sense the watching eye of Caesar looking down on them from his chair.

Marcus wanted to say something to Claudia. This beautiful specimen who held his shoulders' like no-one had before. He too was careful with his grip on Claudia's waist and made sure he didn't hold her too tight and damage her delicate frame. But for the life of him he couldn't find the words to say something. He could have said anything. He could have complimented her on how she looked, or how her day had been so far. Instead, he settled for something he would later curse himself for.

'I was sad to learn of your fiancee's death, my lady. I mourned him.', said the General with a sympathetic look on his face.

He immediately cursed himself. He hoped he had not brought back any grief or sadness to the woman in his arms. Brutus did not know what it was like having lost a loved one. For he was from an orphanage and never really knew his family. However, he knew what it felt like to lose men on a battle field, and he classed his soldiers as part of his family. So, he could only imagine what pain she went through, or even still going through, having lost the man she was betrothed to. After he finished cursing himself inside, Marcus focused back on his dancing and hoped he didn't look like too much of fool in front of the spectators watching them.

Name: Lem Bloom

Age: 26

Position In Tribe: Archer, soldier

Skill:

Archery: Lem is a highly skilled archer within the Oakheart army. His talent with a bow and arrow are immensely admired by lower-ranking archers and he is considered to be amongst the best of his profession. He has since been handed the role of a 'training officer' for archer recruits in the army.

Swordsmanship: Though Lem only has the basic skills in handling a sword, he much prefers to use a small blade or throwing weapons.

Agility: Speed is something that Lem can be a associated with. He is very light on his feet and can also scale heights at a fast pace.

Personality: Lem can come across as a little arrogant and vein. His self-confidence and over-assertiveness has often landed him in hot water a few times in the past and has often been his downfall. Despite this he is still considered a hard working member of the tribe. He will not hesitate when given an instruction and will carry it out the best of his ability. Though, it may not seem he takes his work serious enough at times, his dedication to the cause is doubtless.

Weapon: A bow made from the branch of a yew tree. The arrows are also crafted from a yew tree branch, tipped with leaftonite heads. Sparrow feather's complete the making of the arrows.

Family: Born in to one of the more wealthier families of the tribe, Lem had a reasonably good upbringing. His father, Ringard, a former politician of the High Council, is a highly respected member of the tribe. Although he is semi-retired and enjoys the finer things in life he still likes to get involved in the Council from time to time. Lem's mother, Herriette, is a house proud Watcher, who's hobby's are to help with the cooking of the feasts for the seasonal festivals. The Bloom family also consists of their four daughter's ,Gretchen, Coral, Rosetta and Daisy, who are all older than Lem, who is their only son. Each sister has their own role within the tribe, though they all now have infant Watchers to nurture.

Bio: As mentioned above, Lem, along wth his four sisters, had a reasonably stable upbringing, He was taught how a Watcher should behave and learned of their culture and heritage. From a young age Lem was fascinated with the power of the elements. He was most intrigued by the element of fire and learned the basic spell of how to cast small bursts of fire. He enjoyed lighting up the candles around the family home and the lighting of the logs beneath the stove in which to warm the stew. This was as far as it got regarding the elements of magic, as his attention quickly turned to that of mastering a long/short bow, when his father gave him the gift of a small hunting bow on the eve of the Festival of Frost. Since then, Lem has become one with a bow.
