Appearance: Xander has a slim, yet athletic build; a body not fitting of wielding a large weapon. His fingers are noticeably rough, and his eyes have a sharp look.

Font: Undefined Exhaustion – (Upon activation) Xander cannot be exhausted by physical conditions (ie. he cannot run out of breath) aside from illnesses and forced status ailments. He can still feel pain, muscle tensions, and be knocked unconscious.

Weapon: Large Broadsword – As the name implies, a large broadsword. There seems to be nothing special with this weapon aside from its immense size and simplistic shape. It is his mother’s first weapon to be carried into war and, despite lacking a flexible secondary form like most weapons, fits Xander’s tastes the most. The tough broadsword has a bigger history than Xander’s entire life, and he plans on rewriting its background.
Personality: Xander feigns ignorance almost all the time. Preferring to help or interact without garnering attention, he tends to remain at the sidelines of conversations while eavesdropping on anything that falls into his sense of hearing. Despite having a slew of interesting emotions within him, he tries to play his imagined, ideal role of the perfect warrior- silent, obedient, and cold enough to keep others awake . Xander strongly believes that strategy should be the key to winning battles, and blames it for his inability to become the best due to his lack of talent in it. The combination of his Tarcan nature and his personal nature in general unknowingly makes him drink a lot of water.
Due to his nature of acting cold in the face of the public, his actual nature only shows up when he is initially interacted with without the usage of words. He disregards religion whenever he actually talks to someone and will usually respond in the bluntest fashion he could think of. Xander’s hidden train of thoughts is actually the most childish thing about him, and is quite unprofessional compared to how he presents himself to others. So far, he did a pretty good job in fooling everyone.
Background: Xander’s parents died when he was twelve!
Or at least, that was what most people thought. They died a little later than that.
In reality, he lived a very strange life. His parents did not die for a decent amount of time; they were just in the military almost all of the time. He lived in quite the unpopulated area, as the “town” and its people were literally consisted of an old man that kicked too much ass, a kid that kicked even more ass, several more kids that somehow kicked just as much ass, and him, who kicked too little asses. The fact that a few kids were able to contribute more to an almost nomadic town than he did drove him to become a better warrior. His parents always visited every now and then, usually when he was asleep. His mother tended to stay longer than his father so that she could meet him while he was awake. They left several items once in a while, one of them being a small longsword he was barely able to use.
It turned out that Xander’s parents, generals of several of the many armies of Tarcanis, died when he became twenty-one- four years before he joined Echo. Though he refused to show an emotional response to their deaths, he still found it to be a morbid motivation to his goal in becoming a powerful warrior of Tarcanis. In an attempt to retrace his parents’ history and learn something out of it, he began leaving his small town to become stronger. He was eventually given his fallen parents’ equipment as a part of their will. One of such equipment was his mother’s first weapon-of-choice in war, another important one being a charm that once belonged to his father. None of them were terribly special, but it was everything Xander had.
Many gave the blade he used several names. He just called it his weapon, given to him by people who no longer existed. Xander adopted his father’s cold personality as a barrier that let him concentrate on improving his combat, though he was unable to throw away his childish desires of warmth and things that made him happy. This led to the development of his habit of listening into lively conversations from a distance, as well as the birth to a new personality that contradicts itself in many ways.
Though he trained and gained a monstrous strength and speed that many Tarcans would generally approve of, he desired to improve the seemingly infinite amount of holes in his ability to fight. Xander enlisted to become a part of Echo at the end of his lonely training, his only fuel being the hopes of the small town he lived in, his goal to become a warrior, and a small hope to continue to listen into conversations.
