Writing mine up right now, noticed we have somebody with a short range teleport. Do you care if I make a character with a more long range teleport, that can also teleport other people, or do you want more variety?

Because I'm a bit confused, I'm just going to ask for a clarification.
When you say, "As for the newcomer, only one allowed and they have to be human, someone who slipped through the barrier by accident into a world of youkai and magic."
You mean only one in the roleplay, and that they have no magical abilities whatsoever?
