"Oh." Zach said flatly, and looked over at the bully, "So you think it's ok to pick on people?" He asked. He did not like bullies at all. He glared over to him, " Alright then, well, we can't make you sorry, but we all have abilities here, and I'm sure we can at least spark some regret and make sure this doesn't happen again." He was perhaps acting too quickly, but this was something he couldn't stand for.
"I for instance, can affect other's senses." He said, malice leaking out into his voice, "I'm still a bit new to this, but I've been wanting to do this to some jerk for a long while." He'd been thinking about doing this since he got his powers, and this seemed like the kind of person that deserved it. He was ready to make the bully miserable, but he saw him starting to soften. He held himself for a moment, waiting to see if he may apologize, but glared at him none the less. Maybe his threat would scare him enough at least.

"Goddamn it, I'm late as hell." Zach muttered to himself as he hurried into the room. He thought he could take a nap before the Social, but he forgot to set an alarm. He gave a yawn, as he quickly found himself in front of a group of people that seemed to be at their wits end with each other. "You owe my friend an apology." He heard somebody say, and he gave a laugh. These really were still kids, even if they had abilities beyond imagination.
Zach stepped towards the group, "I'm not sure that's quite how apologies work." He said pleasantly, and gave a look over at Adrian, who appeared to be shivering cold. "That being said, I think he'll calm down eventually" and patted him on the arm, and said, "Now what the hell happened here?" He asked. He hated missing out, and when he does, he needs to know what he missed.

I finally figured out the only reason to be alive is to enjoy it.
Appearance:
Zach has puffy blonde hair, blue eyes, and white skin. He's around 5'6 He weighs around 150 pounds. He wears T-shirts and jeans most of the time, mostly choosing them for comfort over anything else.
Personality:
Hedonism is the primary driver for how Zach attempts to live his life. He wants to do things that will make him as happy as possible, both in the short and long term. At the same time, he relies on his emotions to make many of his decisions, leading to him sometimes coming off as a bit of a hothead. He's quick to jump to action if somebody crosses him, but wouldn't otherwise go after them. He finds the abilities that other people have at this school to be wildly interesting, and wants to learn as much as he can about everyone else.
He’s an affable person, and is always willing to strike up conversation. He has a very low tolerance for rude people though, and will not hesitate to but-heads with anybody who attempts to put him or other people down. He wants to experiment with his own abilities, but wouldn't without a person's permission.
History:
Zach had a pretty normal childhood; grew up in a big city, was above average in school, but not at the top by any means. He was a part of his school's musical programs, and played the trumpet since he was 11. He's the only child to his parents, and has a fairly large extended family. He has a stay at home mom, and a dad that works as a stockbroker.
Around a month ago, he discovered his powers after accidentally linking his sense of feeling with another kids. This freaked out both him and the kid, and after around a minute, the effect went away. He was horrified of this, and really just wanted to move past it, worried about disrupting his life. The other kid didn't see it that way though, and a day later, a man from the government was knocking on his door. Not long after that, he was sent off to go to the Academy.
Metahuman Classification: Sensory Master
- Sensory Control: Zach can control the senses of any one person, if they're in his line of sight. When in control, he can make people see what he wants, hear what he wants, etc. He can only influence one sense at a time, and stronger affects are harder to pull off. For instance, he may be able to make somebody feel itchy or ticklish with ease, but it will take a lot of practice and effort to ilicit more defined and complex feelings.
- Sensory Sharing: A more accessable ability of his, is his ability to share his senses with others. When he does this, the target and himself share a sense of his choice, during which time they'll see/hear/feel/etc everything that he does, and vice versa.
- Sensory Shutdown: Zach could also turn off a person's sense, but in doing so, he would have to turn off his own sense. For example, he could blind somebody if he blinds himself.
