Kane Yoshida
Kane-san is a smart young man who is 172 centimeters tall and weighs right around 54 and a half kilos. He likes to break down situations and even people into puzzles to be solved in one way or another, as he spends most of his free time playing with different kind of puzzles, be they jigsaws or Rubik's Cubes. His primary means of doing this is reducing complexity by breaking down larger, more abstract tasks into simpler, direct ones. Even with this method of understanding, it isn't easy to see on the surface. Superficially, he's a very nice, friendly person, because that's what he wants to be. The way he see's it, being mean and hating people is harder than being accepting and nice, and is much more likely to bite you in the ass later on.
He's the first of his family line to be born with powers, making him simultaneously the black sheep and the crown jewel. His mother's an accountant at the law firm that his father's a partner at. It's a bit of irony, in that way, that Kane plans on being a superhero, somebody who goes above the law by their very nature.
As a child, Kane was bullied a fair bit, and often found himself cross and spiteful towards he aggressors. It was so unfair that people could be as mean as they wanted, and get away with it, as it seemed whenever he tried to report their behaviors, nothing would happen. This may be the core reason he wants to become a superhero, because he sees that laws as is are simply unable to catch all forms of injustice, and the advent of the new Superhero Age seems to be a naturally evolving method of correcting that.

Kane-san's power grants him mastery over all forms of water. This grants him telekinetic control to move, shape, and change the state of water. As far as changing the physical state of the water goes, whatever he's manipulating has to take time to cool down or heat up, which varies depending on the size of the body he's acting on. Steam is much harder for him to manipulate and control than liquid water or ice, and he can burn himself when working with it if he isn't careful. While the amount he can control at once isn't directly linked to how much he can physically lift, he can't do anything insane like lifting an entire lake, or even a whole pool yet. He's speculated that it should be possible for him to pull water out of the surrounding moisture in the air, but he hasn't had much success with this idea yet, and it requires further training.
Talents
He's a great problem solver, and won't give up on anything he tries to do, no matter how impossible it may seem. He's also an amazing cook, and makes most of his meals himself. As to his combative skills, he's very creative with his quirk, and often applies it in ways that people wouldn't expect. His overall intelligence and critical thinking skills are by far his most powerful tool.
