They were chosen, there is no convincing. During my transfer here, I've watched everything. Some, I saw potential in. Showed them their potential, and how they could use it for more than anyone else in Existence had. Others, friends of mine from an age well before any of you. It's simply a matter of passion.

If there were no consequences to everyone knowing, I would have made sure everyone possible know. Trust me, it is very painful to live everyone in ignorance, but some things are beyond even my control.
