Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

"O-Oh..." Confusion washed over the man's features, as Itzal's explanation did little to actually explain the situation. Not that it was his fault, of course. "...I'm sorry to hear that. It's possible they did not wish to see you hurt."
Averting his gaze he let out a sigh, "My friend, Devon... his mother did not allow him to truly become a Trainer, either. Not for the longest time, apparently. Despite having his own Pokémon, and even a few Gym badges from when he lived with his father... still, she would not allow him to travel far, and go on a proper journey."
The child's reaction was certainly not what Nasir had in mind. Not that he ran a dozen scenarios within, and this was not one of the outcomes, but it was still surprising. "W-Well, that wasn't my intention, and... I'm not entirely sure I'm fit to teach anyone how to be a Trainer, but... I could try...?" Placing two fingers to his forehead, the black-haired man let out a slight sigh.
"If I am to assist you for a while, you should know my name; I am Nasir. It's a pleasure."
@Light Lord Dragging Devon by the paw, the blue Kirlia eventually lead them to a small observatory onlooking the desert below. It was a small gazebo crafted from the tree's branches. Taking a set on a bench-like branch, the Kirlia let out an exhausted sigh before looking up at the likely confused Totodile.
"Wow, I don't really know where to begin. Well, you probably know you're a person, right? Like, not a Pokémon. If you didn't know that... surprise?" Pausing for a moment, Lilisette let out a dejected sigh. "I don't even know how much I should tell you. It's like uhhh... it's probably a bad thing to tell someone stuff that they need to figure out themselves? Dunno."
Averting his gaze, the man's face flushed a deep red at the boy's comment. "...I-I suppose." Taking a quick glance at the boy, Nasir redirected his attention back to the unfamiliar map. "Well, having a Pokémon as a friend, and having one as your companion are two completely different things."
Taking a breath he continued, "A friend is only able to help you as much as they can before they need to retire. You cannot transport them in a Pokéball, so in the event of a medical emergency, there's little you're able to do. Additionally, I do not see your friends nearby, therefore I can only assume they do little to help protect you from your current predicament." Putting a hand on his cheek, he leaned against it as his teal eyes fell to the boy, "...Apologies, I do not mean to lecture you, but you're really not safe by yourself, friends or otherwise. Especially with such men seemingly after you."
A soft sigh escaped the man's lips, "You do not need to have much money to start off with. As long as you and your partners agree to progress and accept battle challenges, you will eventually gain more money in which you can use to care for your partner. Of course... it is not easy."
A slight smile crossed Nasir's lips, "...At least that's good, I suppose..." Taking another sip of his water, he stared at the map before letting out a soft sigh. "I'm looking for someone whom said the exact same thing to me, and then vanished without a trace." Teal eyes panned towards the boy. "You are a child without a Pokémon or parents to protect you. I simply cannot allow you to go off on your own unattended."
@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo Shaking her head, the Kirlia let out a soft sigh, pulling away from the Totodile. "...I didn't know you lost your memory. It never said anything about that..." Pausing she continued, looking Devon in the eyes, "I don't actually know you personally... you left long before I was..." Covering her mouth, she looked around, only to realize she was in the middle of most of Folio Town at this point. "...HahahahHAHAHA... hey pal, uhm! Want to go somewhere else and catch up... for a bit? Or something like that."
Mouth twisting into a slight frown, the black-haired man looked over the boy with deep-seated concern. "...I see. I was once very good friends with someone who did not have parents. Unfortunately, she's... not around anymore." Averting his gaze he continued, "I hope for your sake you do not frequent a hospital very often, at least."
A sigh escaped the Zoroark's lips as his shoulder slumped, somewhat disturbing the girl perched on top. Shock was correct, and then of course the girl apparently recognized him.
With his gaze averted, the black-haired man weakly raised his hand at Lily's words. "I'm... here."
