well wouldn't it be a bit annoying if someone suddenly showed up and tried to tell you how your own rp should be ran without thinking how the maker wanted it to go? it wouldn't be as bad if you showed up and asked if you could share some knowledge/advice that you had before saying it. then it wouldn't be as annoying.
To put it simply this is a Free roleplay meant for the enjoyment of it's members. It's not meant to be like a real organization, if it was i wouldn't even of made it. That's how i run my roleplays, it's never meant to be super realistic.. it's an alien invasion... to this current day that is not a realistic situation.
At this current moment i'm relaxed and calm thanks to other things i have going on. Otherwise i would probably not be so nice right now. i would be probably cussing and using a lot of caps.

.......this is a roleplay not a real secret military organization. it's not meant to be how it would exactly be. -_- it's to allow the roleplayers to actual have something more to do than sit around and talk between missions, if it's treated as a full on real organization there wouldn't be as much fun, atlest in my eyes. None of my roleplays are ever suppose to be exact. -_- i really don't like it when some people take things to seriously.
Never take things to seriously like a roleplay, if you do you'll ruin the entire concept the creator had and ruin any chances it has for survival.

An unknown anomaly has happened, Cities have started to go silent and missing after strange objects entered the earth's atmosphere. The council has hereby authorized the XCOM Project, You are to investigate these sittings, figure out what is happening, and stop it. For the sake of your fellow men and women you are our last hope. Council out.
There is more Verity of Equipment, Enemies, Powers, Etc... in this than there was in the original game, so take that in mind when creating your character, they will start with earth gear sense this is the beginning.
All Equipment is manufactured primarily in the engineering bay, Equipment can be damaged during missions and need repaired. No new equipment when it's discovered will be instantly made for the soldiers, they must go to engineering and put a requisition request in order to gain new equipment, such as Stronger version of their own, a different one entirely, or even the laser type weaponry when their available.

Squad Position: (Squad leader, Sniper, Heavy, Etc ...)
Equipment: (you wont have the very best of your class/position's equipment but fairly decent equipment, can carry a grenade or Medical equipment, and can have a combat knife)
Personality:
Other: (Odds of becoming a Psi trooper, Bio Engineered Trooper or Mech trooper later on, and anything else I've forgotten Note: Not everyone will be able to turn into a Psi trooper, but they have easy chance to become a Mech Or Bio engineered one depending on their own decision once we've reached to that point)

lol, so we now have possibility of 16 players if no one drops out.
well that's 1 player lol.. one thing that saddens me is not a lot of people actually look here in interest check :(
Aye... 15 players as it just about could be if you include the 1 that has yet to be accepted, is going to be pretty crazy to deal with.
