I saw this thread and I used to read the Pern series up until the white dragon and the discovery of the south continent. That being said, would you accept a brown dragon rider, that has been trained as a Harper? Are the small dragons also available to the general populace? Anyways, I will wait for the OOC. Would you accept a detective that is basically an immortal who has spent his eternity trying to sweep up any evidence of the occult under the rug? He could answer to any of the courts if you desire, or it could be more of a need to protect the mortals from the powers of the shadows.
