@Blu Also I think if there are some KGs/Hiden that are from other villages, the player would have to explain how they got the technique in the characters history. Just to avoid confusion. For example, if someone wants to use Black Lightning that is exclusive to the Hidden Cloud and even more closely to the Raikage they would have to explain how they got a chance to learn that technique. It just makes sense seeing as we (The Hidden Leaf) are on odd terms with most villages and many do not cross sensitive jutsu to other nations.

I'm super interested and don't mind co-GMing either. I've been in a long running Naruto RP for a while now and this plot kind of sparks some missing ideas. Definitely making a Hyuga for this as well. Anyways, hopefully this takes off. I'll be keeping an eye out.
