@Izaka Sazaka So, reading through Mao, he looks really good. Jutsu and everything are balanced, love the Giant Spider, and his personality gives me a kind of Shikamaru meets Kakashi vibe. Which is good. My only thing is the history, its small and doesn't really tell much about the actual character. As someone who struggles with history, I can understand its tough to come up with one, but a little more would be appreciated.

Personality: Nagisa is confident and outgoing, quite fun to be around if one has a sense of humor. Nagisa has never been afraid to speak her mind for fear of hurting someone’s feelings and she isn’t above tossing a snarky remark or two when/if the situation calls for it. The majority of her repertoire consists of sarcastic comments or jokes accompanied by a sardonic smirk or raising of an eyebrow. She has been called cold more than a few times, but only because has extremely selective empathy, being that she cannot bring herself to understand the ridiculous reasons which cause a great deal of upset and alarm to most people. Crying at the drop of a hat is simply annoying and a waste of the human body’s functions in her opinion. Tear glands exist for the purpose of keeping one’s eyes moist to prevent them drying out, not to stream torrents of water down one’s face because of silly things. As a firm believer of independence, she absolutely loathes damsels in distress. She’s quite determined and headstrong when it comes to accomplishing tasks. Despite all appearances, Nagisa is not always as carefree as she seems, and has a completely different side when she is alone, a more pained side that she keeps hidden from many. For her own reasons. She has no problem making friends as she enjoys the company of others every once in a while. Nagisa is a fast learner, not usually falling for the same tricks or making the same mistakes twice. She has a high tolerance for pain and is not afraid of any thing, death included. She's not reckless, but wont back down from a challenge just because she thinks her opponent has an advantage. Nagisa has amazing balance and a talent for singing... of all things.
History: Nagisa was born to a small family of respected shinobi. Her mother and father were honest workers, ninja who laid their lives on the line for the village countless times, and soon were rewarded for their efforts, being allowed to leave service once it was found out Momoiro was pregnant with Nagisa. Her father, not wanting to retire from being a ninja yet, joined the ANBU and left on various high-risk missions, leaving Nagisa's mother at home to rest and occasionally do small missions around the village to help out.
A few weeks before Nagisa's birth, it was revealed to her mother that her husband had died in combat, and that Nagisa had lost her father before even getting to know him. Her mother flew into a depression, causing her health to rapidly change and thus gave birth to Nagisa prematurely. This caused her mother to be very week towards the start of Nagisa's live, having been hospitalized until the end of Nagisa's first year.
After that, life was relatively normal. Nagisa grew up, having a natural talent for fighting, she entered the academy at age 7 and continued to progress her skills. She had a normal life, slowly going up through the ranks until now. This is her first time leading a squad, and she is eager to teach new students the way of the ninja.

Nagisa has acquired advanced chakra control after years of practice. She has the ability to project her wind chakra outwards and produce powerful ninjutsu without using weapons like many others with this nature type. She can detect enemies that are even well hidden and can feel the smallest gusts of wind caused by the slightest movements. She has good reflexes/stamina, moves silently due to being trained in Silent Killing. With her knowledge of chakra, she has developed a new form of ninutsu that utilize Fire and Wind nature chakra. She appropriately named this technique and derived jutsu: Smoke Release. While not a KG or KT, she is currently the only one able to use this type of chakra ability, though she is eager to get a chance to teach it to others.

Kekkei Genkai Hiden: Smoke Release (煙遁, Enton)
Traits/Abilities of Kekkei Genkai: Smoke Release combines the chakra natures of Fire and Wind. Derived slightly from Ash Release, this specific Hiden is one that Nagisa created herself. It requires the user to have large chakra pool as well as adept or advanced chakra control. In theory, anyone with the Fire and Wind affinities are capable of using this technique. By combining concentrated Fire Chakra with high speed Wind Chakra within the body, one is able to produce smoke and other gases without suffering any adverse effects of doing so. This technique is not capable of being replicated via copy ninutsu and requires (at first) extreme physical training of the body to adapt to the constant moulding and combining of chakra within ones chakra network. Due to the fact that Smoke Release requires precise chakra control, it is recommended that the user habitually practices chakra training techniques to ensure their control is always at top notch. This means that at times, one who is not capable of properly controlling their chakra or is running low on chakra, may not be able to effectively produce smoke or other gases.
Name of Technique: Smoke Release: Shroud Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Ninjutsu Rank: C Range: Short to Mid Nature Type: Smoke Handseals: Dog and Tiger Description: This jutsu converts the chakra stored within Nagisa's body into hot, thick, black-colored smoke that is normally spewed from her mouth and nose into the air. As the name suggests, the jutsu shrouds the user and a large amount of their surroundings with the smoke; making visibility poor and allowing her to quickly make her escape or attack from cover. Weakness: Though Nagisa can see through the shroud, most times her allies cannot, making so she has to guide them through it or wait until they are out of range before using.

The force of the expulsion causes the smoke to be blasted out in a wave-like shape, hence the name.The jutsu is used mainly as a form of surprise tactic to unbalance others more than cause injury. The amount is determined on the amount of chakra used. Weakness: Most water-based counter attacks.

By infusing the smoke cloud with conentrated wind chakra moving at high speeds, this also inflicts slashing wounds that cause even more pain. If the smoke is inhaled, a toxic paralyzing poison is quickly spread through the targets body, rendering them immobile within a minute of exposure. Weakness: The jutsu takes up quite some chakra.

Name of Technique: Smoke Release: Exhale Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Ninjutsu Rank: A Range: N/A Nature Type: Smoke Handseals: Dog Description: Nagisa expells smoke from every pore in her body, causing her to change shape/form into a cloud of dark grey gas. She can move in and out of this state as well as move around freely by controlling the winds around her with her chakra.
Weakness: Cannot perform the jutsu while she is wet. Thus if she is hit with a water style move prior to use, it becomes impossible for her to do this jutsu. Likewise, if she were to be hit by a water style jutsu, she would revert back to her normal form. While in this form she is immune to physical, Earth and Lightning style jutsu. Due to her Smoke Release being comprised of Fire and Wind chakra, those types of Ninjutsu can disrupt the balance in her own chakra and may cause her to revert back to her normal form.

Name of Technique: Deadly Poison Needles Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu Rank: B Range: Short to long Nature Type: Earth Handseals: N/A Description: The top layer of Lee's fur hardens into sharp needles that he can then shoot out at an enemy. If they strike an enemy in the right place, they can be fatal. He can use this jutsu repeatedly if he needs, considering it requires a small amount of chakra. Weakness: No real way to control where they land, can possibly hit an ally accidentally.
History/Personality: As a close friend to the Hana family, Lee had been with Nagisa ever since she was born, and was previously a summon belonging to her mother, though this was the case, Nagisa does not know too much about his history. He first allowed her to summon him as a favor to her parents, as he doesn't enjoy combat, and over time the two became close. He is a sweet cat, though his tone of voice is often bored or sarcastic, and he enjoys teasing Nagisa. Often times he sticks around as Nagisa goes about her day, and he even lives with her now. He hates when people pull or squeeze his tail, and is quick to scratch at the face of anyone who does so.
