Appearance:
Celeste has blonde hear with a slight mix of brown in it, hanging down slightly past her shoulders. She walks with elegantly and with pride. Celeste almost never appears without proper makeup and attire, though sometimes she may dress a little more casually. She is the type that would spend extra time to make an effort to look her best. Celeste has intriguing tastes and tends to be a bit of a fancy and fashionable type. Keeping her hair in order seems to be a priority. Celeste usually appears with her hair down but may have braided some of her hair for a more regal and elegant appearance. She has a slim and skinny figure but doesn't worry much about her figure unless she must.
Her attire usually consists of a dress or and shirt made of a fine material and a skirt. Celeste loves to wear hair accessories such as headbands, hair clips, and bows, as well as her vintage knuckle ring that spans across her index finger. She is usually seen in nice, open top shoes of varying colors or stylish boots. Her clothes seem very well designed, as if commissioned.

Personality:
Celeste is very mild mannered and always pleasant to be around, giving off a vibe of happiness. Born into a rich family, she stays has to stay elegant and regal for formal appearances. Celeste is almost to nice, as though her manners could be used in a manipulative manner. She loves to laugh, but is not a crazy and hysterical person. Always taught to grow up and be very proper at all times. She does not do too many athletic feats but is very much a thinker. She seems to work by logistics and never seems to overreact to situations. Her cool headed vibe also gives off a leadership quality, but she always knows when someone needs to take control of the situation and when she should let people do their own thing. She seems to be very quite at times and is a good listener.

Biography:
Growing up in a slightly rich family, Celeste is adjusted to living a proper life, acquiring many unique skills by her father's demand. She learned how to use logistics and learned many strategic games, such as chess and sudoku. With a strict parental figure, Celeste had most of her life set out for her. She would be the next Co-CEO of her father's company along with her sister. With her father ready to step down, Celeste is trained with her sister how to manage all sorts of things. Many people would think she has a very strict, disciplined, and boring life. She was very contempt growing up like this, though. She had heard that she had a family but disregarded it as her father was an only child. In secret her father teaches her some different things. He believes Celeste should be the one to succeed him so he teaches her about the scandalous and tricky part of business.
Her father now grows older and more ill. Her sister, Ryder now stepping up to the plate, not entirely forgetting Celeste, but Celeste gets a lot less attention and becomes the lost piece in the family picture. Her sister still raises her and teaches her about business and economics as well as other elegant skills such as dancing.
Celeste took up work as a maid and waitress at the country club her family belonged to. Here she learned a lot about the corporate heads that lived around, learning all about how they disregard others and what they must do to keep their companies alive. She was mad at how terrible of people they were, but now Celeste began to understand how they worked and became intrigued. She took a few trips every so often to a casino close to the country club where she soon took up a job there to keep herself busy. Work was all Celeste had after Ryder became the CEO.
Celeste lives like this until her father tells her of her deceased family member's fortune and how she, instead of Ryder will be the one participating in the competition. She knew that this was the opportunity she had been training for. All the gambling work, logistics, and secret training had made her very well suited for the task. Ryder never even knew Celeste would be going to such an important event. Her father kept the plan secret from her so she wouldn't become jealous about Celeste's secret training. From that day froward, Celeste packed her bags and, as far as her family knows, she went on a long vacation to a boarding school.
Misc: She loves to play games of all kinds with anyone around her. Every so often a bit of a playful side breaks her elegance as a little bit of a childish side of her shows itself.
