Slowly, Futility rises from the ashes. Very soon, I hope, we'll be able to wrap up this next round of scenes, but that's like 3-4 posts out at least. The hustle does not stop.

Katelyn seemed a little put off by Olaf's friends, but she ignored the feeling. As the food came out she mumbled something and clasped her hands together to pray. "Hakor..." She took a mug of wine, it was usual in her culture to drink things like this, wine for the rich and beer for the poor. She sips in respectfully, eating properly. Katelyn only seemed to have a bit of the chicken and quite of few of the vegetables. She ate slowly and tried to look elegant as she did so. Every so often she would look up to Olaf and his friends, giving them a smile and a giggle.
Her small frame caused her to not eat much more than a plate of food before she became full. She did enjoy the food, but some of the meats they ate put her off a bit. She realized that they had a different religion and respected it though. "Is this your family, Olaf?" She asks, looking to Kurt, Hod, Hodor, and Jorgen.

Well she isn't really gonna do anything like Hatshepsut. Haptshepsut is just an example of a successful young female leader.

It is true that there have been child rulers throughout history but alot of them were revered as gods (Which is common in many cultures) and if not most of them died (either naturally or not so naturally) and most who survived were boys. So if this was real you would be at a significant disadvantage
True she is a girl, but her nation is very religious. If you hadn't noticed Mandisa is kinda based off ancient egypt and a female ruler, Hatshepsut, took the throne at age 12 and ruled for over 20 years.
