Okay...I have some ideas for my post (encountering the characters that have been introduced in the IC) but overall, I'm not quite sure what else to do. Any tips?

Weekend was busy, hot, and tiring. I have stuff to do, and this week is looking to be a difficult one. This is going to be a VERY uncomfortable part of my life.

I got into another online argument about shipping again! I said that I ship Blaze with Silver, and they said that she'd be more likely to be in love with Sonic. I can't see how.

I've got a handful of years experience Roleplaying here and elsewhere, so don't think me a rookie! My Avatar once looked like a part of some sort of time-theme, but that's just Chronos after he was brought back to life and upgraded! My more favored avatar is either Dimentio or the Azure Flame God, but how does one resist a clock face?
But that's in the Past. Now it's a pic of Gwyndolin, the Dark Sun!
Prepare yourself for the Persona of the week/Month/Minute/Whatever! Try to guess which Persona it is when you see it in my Signature! This little tidbit starts within a week!
My return to The Guild could mean many things! A new RP, a revival of an old idea, my participation in the arena as a Low-Rank Grunt, but most likely my return means that I'll participate in the more recent RPs!
With that said, remember to eat your porridge and limit your fire usage (we are drowning after all)!

With only two posts to work off of, and no idea what's in store, I don't think my post has much to offer.
Empty...this place was empty, save for the machinery and flickering lights and whatnot. In a few ways, this ship seemed similar to the one they had just been on, albeit seemingly a bit less advanced. The shadows were dark, but they gave Mirrah a feeling that something was waiting for them further in. Such an atmosphere in any place would give her a bad feeling.
Cayne had proceeded to follow the orders he was given, and went on ahead. Mirrah followed nearby, if only to check out the ship herself. The state of things and the lack other ships was concerning, as it seemed to be more of an omen. She assumed that the crew and passengers had left this for one reason or another, and given the state it was when they had viewed it from a distance, it was understandable. However, because of that same sight, another possibility arose. Of course, for now, Mirrah had to brush it off as a mere thought.
Cayne had found a semi-functional console that looked to have control over this ship's power. He had let Yarnesh work on it, and he had said that it may allow them access to the vessel's doors and lights. He said that he would work on gaining access to its functions, but Mirrah did not have a good feeling about it.
Is this wise?, thought Mirrah. This place seemed unnatural, even to them. If there is something on this ship, would it learn of our presence the moment the console works?
As much as Mirrah wanted to voice her thoughts this time. She had to admit that this was her first actual experience in a mission like this. Watching those who were more experienced in this was a must. She had to leave them to do what they were doing, despite whatever concern she had.
Still, she placed her hands on two separate weapons. One on one of her pistols, and the other on one of her blades.

Something more bleak, gruesome, I'm going for a Witcher kind of atmosphere for these monsters.
I'm pretty sure the white, four-legged monster with the broken horn and nails stabbed through it would fit that description, but here are some more. Will these do?
