You still need people? This didn't really get off the ground last time but I still have my NS.
Workin on a post, mostly internal stuff, though I will be doing the old 'freelancer go forth' thing to start up some interaction.

For the moment, I'll only be completing a formal CS for the freelancer character, since he's the only one who will be interacting with other players for a while. My politicians and admirals are mostly narrative devices, but if that changes, I'll get together some CS's for them too.
Appearance and personality. I honestly just don't put quite that much thought into most of my NRP characters. I'll probably end up introducing and then immediately discarding a lot of random characters as well.
Do you mind if we trim the character sheets a bit? If I have to fill out a full one for every character, we'll be here a while.

This seems interesting. I don't think I've ever been in a Sci-Fi NRP that got off the ground.

It happens fairly often. Most of them stall out in the middle stages of the IC.

Should we figure some kind of basic map, just to get an idea of where people are relative to eachother and who they might logically have treaties with?

A weird question but why is it that spaaaaaace NRPs tend to make very high tiers no one is allowed to use?I've seen this in Orbitum, a RP that was derived from one of my own past spaaaaaace NRPs and Golden Age of Technology as well, where someone makes god civ tiers than proceed to say "this tier is not for use".

Perspective maybe? I've never really thought about it.

On another note, I've had good experiences with Piratepad for writing collabs. Has a chat and a space for multiple people to edit a document at the same time.
Mostly done, still a few things left to work on and the formatting is a mess.

The Imperial Systems Commonwealth

If you're willing, that would be great. It would be confusing to have two nations referred to as "The Commonwealth", and I've gotten into a habit of referring to mine that way.

Definitely love me some Harrington, it might poke through a bit when I get my NS up. Some things are just too neat not to borrow from.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Another Commonwealth.

Well I guess I can just refer to mine as the ISC.

EDIT: On further reading, you like things that I also like, ie Harrington XD
I thought the question was pretty clear. Do psionics, telepaths etc. exist in this universe?
