Those who are worthy will take the courtesy of at least giving your profile and activity a onceover. People who jump straight at things without caring who they're roleplaying with at all give me bad vibes. It's kinda a prelude (my paranoia thinks) to, "I don't care who you are, or what you might want out of our roleplay. I just want to roleplay!"

UPDATE: I feel like a creep now for checking out profiles of people that expressed interest if the majority tell me they don't do that.

I was in the same boat half a year ago. He spent two weeks having lunch exclusively with me at work, took me around town for festivals here and there (I like vendor streets at night, Japanese festival style). Kissed me twice initiatively (mouth, so no misunderstanding).

And on my birthday - a day everyone in the office knew about and made plans for - he forgot and took some other chick on a date. And then they dated within a few days. Hardcore - she'd come to the office and ask him if he's "going to her place tonight". He took his annual days off to take her camping, fgs. I congratulated them.

And then he dumped her a week later. And had a girlfriend the next day, a colleague PR from another city. And dumped her within a week too. And got a girlfriend the next day.

Serial heartbreakers, amirite?

I also recently just got back into roleplaying after a two year break. From my experience (registration to this moment) - you'll probably be a little frustrated if you critisize your own works harshly, so take it easy. I know I was, but got over it after forcing myself to get my point across in post.

Someone wise taught me I could always fancy up the post, or beef it with better choice of phrasing afterwards. I hope you enjoy writing and playing here!

The lack of size change had to be worked around with, but oh well. It's also good to standardize all fonts anyway, and people will care more for substance than appearance.

I'll change it a little to Arrow Lancaster, because it's a roleplay for one of the twelve familia (think duke house) in the Celtic zodiac roleplay, and the character I have in mind for him is the prince of the Fox sign. Well, either Fox or Falcon. //sheepish
