“Oh stop screaming. Its not like you're going to die...probably...”

Yosuke stands at about an average height of just under 180 cm tall. He has medium length grey hair and overly pale skin. His eyes are the typical hyuuga pale pastel color. Something notable would be the permanent black bags under his eyes. No matter how rested (which would be rare) he is there is tired look to his eyes. In fact he looks a bit crazed. His soft grey hair is usually messy as if he had climbed out of bed and this is permanent.

His build is rather slender looking despite actually being quite muscular. His face is rather shapely but his entire body is covered in multiple self inflicted scars. When going out on missions that require him to get his hands dirty he wears more tactical gear but usually he is seen wearing his large white lab coat that has many patches and stitches (much like himself) that all seem to be self done as well.

【Personality】
Yosuke is a deep individual. He, like onions and ogres, has layers. The first layer in which you will mostly see is commonly refereed to as the insanity layer. He laughs at random times and his eyes have a crazed sort of look to them. He has little to no regard for anyone's feelings or social norms. Cutting people off or simply ignoring them wouldn't be out of the normal demeanor for him. He has an insatiable curiosity for the morbid and the grotesque. He isn't as happy as he could be unless he is elbow deep in a corpse furthering his research. Random twitches and inaudible grumbling to himself under his breath is also the norm.
I'm gonna have to ask you tone him down from 'crazy doctor that only enjoys his life when he's 10 feet into a body' to a more mild version, i.e. slightly weird doctor that has a fascination with anatomy, or some such. Why? Well, it's kinda hard to explain how he's in military shinobi service when he's a lunatic.

To him there seems to be a certain disconnect between what is the body and what is the "soul" or the true portion of a person and what it is that makes them that person. To most he seems a psychopath or at the least a high functioning sociopath. But its not quite that way. He recognizes that a dead body is no longer that person. He realizes that organs and flesh are nothing but that. The essence that makes someone what they are is intangible and not something he is able to find no matter how much he cuts into them. Perhaps that is why he cuts and mutilates. To find something.

The next level that may be seen is the angry and irrational version of him. He doesn't like anyone touching anything in his lab. It is a perfectly organized mess that only ever makes sense inside his own head. He forgets to eat, he forgets to sleep and even forgets to blink sometimes. But he will hurl a beaker of mysterious fluid at you if you even dare to move a single tool out of place in his lab. There is no shortage of arbitrary and senseless rules that must be followed while in the lab or working with him. His eccentric behavior has made him famous from the medical nin.

The third level is excitement. If he finds something he is excited about learning he can't seem to control himself and becomes even more twitchy than usual. He will often abandon everything in order to get started on his projects immediate. He loves to solve mysteries and his current job, forensic mortician, keeps him constantly excited. He can't stand an easy problem and he always wants a challenge.

The fourth and last of the normal layers is the drunk. He often drinks as the demons that constantly gnaw at the inner parts of his brain drive him to drink. Normally he always has some level of alcohol in his blood but there are times where he goes above and beyond. His tolerance is so strong he normally doesn't drink beer but his own concoctions that may or may not be deadly. In this stage he is usually calmer. There are the occasional outbursts but sometimes he will suddenly become somber and he will sit down in a corner or simply against the wall and stay still for minutes to even hours at a time. If he goes to sleep it is usually due to a few bottles of 180 proof something or another. If you had any questions for him this would be the best time to answer him.

The fifth and final layer is simply something no one has seen since his childhood. Apparently really really really really really really really really deep down there is an actual person in there. No one has seen it and it might be a myth. But so sayeth the legend.

【History】
During his childhood he grew up in a mixed home. His father was a Hyuuga from the second branch. His father was low ranking and never really amounted to much during his short life as he died when Yosuke was only 5. His mother, who was not a Hyuuga raised him from then on till she died when he was 12 years old. She died just a few days shy of seeing his graduation. He had been a creepy child even before the death's of his parents but his recession into his own mind got worse. He isn't some pitiful case of "ooh my parents are dead" as he was taken in by his father's younger sister and fellow Hyuuga clan member. Thankfully since he was half Hyuuga he was not considered part of any "branch" lower or otherwise. The trade off is that he will never have any real say in the clan but he also gets freedom to do whatever he personally wants rather than living up to the expectations of his elders.

Small note: the Byakugan isn't unlocked, anyone born with the Byakugan is born with the ability to use it. It's not like the Sharingan. Also, as a 'non branch member' he'd probably still receive a curse seal, like the side branch. Because the Byakugan has a history of being protected very well, I have strong doubts they'd let some outsider wear it without precautions.

His aunt and uncle continued to teach him the way of the Hyuuga and he managed to unlock his byakugan as well as master the basic forms of his gentle fist. But his dark and disturbing desires were quickly brought to light. He was always found dissecting something or another in the forests. He had even started to stitch them together in grotesque and disturbing marionettes. Because of this he was punished and often told to put such thoughts aside. He was unable and quickly went into the medical ninja route. It wasn't out of a desire to save lives or to avoid combat or anything meaningless like that. No it was to satisfy his dark desires of disturbing experimentation and impulses. He loved to cut things open and see how they worked. He loved to discover new things. He had no regard it seemed for the lives of the things he cut. This isn't quite true. Yosuke knows they were alive and respects life. In fact it fascinates him and works as the cornerstone to his curiosities. He would never cut open a friend or an ally except to help them or discover something in their bodies.

A teacher was able to discover this about him and helped lead him into his professions. He has went through several after becoming a chunin at age 16. He was a tracker ninja for a short bit. His Byakugan helped and his medical abilities worked both for the squad he was on and as the perfect way to dispose of rouge rouge means red in French I believe. You mean rogue. ninja bodies. Though this eventually went to the rocks as his teammates weren't able to handle his personality. He also had difficulty with the steal portion of the missions as he didn't care for it. He wanted to cut things open and learn rather than actually do the long painstaking process of tracking down a ninja.

His second profession was working as a medical ninja in the hospital. This didn't even last as long as the tracker ninja. He quickly became bored of all of the accidents and minor wounds that came in. There was no mental challenge. With his byakugan he could assess what the injury was and he knew already how to fix it. There was nothing to discover and very little cutting.

It wasn't until one day a man came into the hospital from a mission and he was on death's bed. They couldn't figure out what it was that was ailing him. IT was a strange poison that was made from "heavy water" or water that was made with oxygen and ionized versions of hydrogen. To anyone it would look just like regular water and since it had already been spread throughout the body it was hard to trace. He managed to find it just in time to save the man's life. At that point it was taken notice and now he holds the current position of forensic coroner.

【Dreams and fears】
His greatest dream is to fully understand the human body. To what end seems to be a bit of a waste of time. Knowledge is what it is that counts. Perhaps he will save lives and perhaps he will make advances that can better the humanity of the ninja villages but to be totally and brutally honest it is simply to discover. In this endeavor the end will never be obtained.

【Fighting style】
As a Hyuuga he obviously uses the gentle fist taijutsu style of combat. However he uses multiple variations such as the chakra scalpels. It is always close range but he uses his eyes and gentle fist style combat to guide his chakra scalpels in order to do the most damage or keep them alive while rendering them immobile. Whichever is needed. He specializes in non-lethal combat but this can just as easily be dealt in lethal damage. The two types of chakra he has avalible to him is wind and water. The wind sharpen his scalpels and the water assist with medical ninjutsu but he uses neither specifically in combat outside enhancing his taijutsu style combat. He doesn't worry much about his own wounds as he has special techniques to heal himself and if there is a poison out there he hasn't built up immunity to nothing would bring him more glee than to personally experience its effects and study it as his own experiment.

Sounds like fun but I'd need a short summary or list of what he is already immune to. I.e. will he are well against Ayame or not? You can see in the char tabs that there's a character (mine) that uses poison already. It'd be a bit weird if he was immune to everything, from a powergaming/metagaming perspective.

Lastly he uses dead bodies that he can animate and even surgically alter. Currently his main point of his research is in ways of bettering this jutsu. Currently he can only create makeshift puppets at best. He hopes that one day he can create Frankenstein monster style beings called Skaabs.

Description:
When he activates the byakugan he see's the world in far more vivid detail. At will he can extend his vision for kilometers at a time but only in a single direction. However when he isn't focusing on a single spot he can increase the range of his vision to a near perfect sphere around himself. Being able to see at near microscopic levels helps him tremendously with medical ninjutsu.
Strengths:
The eye sight allows for the most information of any eye jutsu and increases the range of vision by a significant amount.
Weaknesses:
Obviously there is blind spot but it also requires constant chakra usage and concentration to maintain.

Description:
Using shape manipulation techniques he quickly creates chakra "stitches" that can be used for a number of purposes. None of the stitches themselves are very strong but several of them together can even bind taijutsu users. They can bind people to objects or even portions of bodies together. The original usage was to replace the physical stitches with a chakra alternative that would go away naturally after a few days. This was what he came up with. Examples of its usage would be stitching himself to an object to keep a better grip. Another is stitching someone else to an object or stitching their arms or legs together. They naturally disperse after a day or two but can be broken or severed by any kind of chakra enhanced blade or force. He must be in physical contact with whatever it is that he stitches.

In reality the genjutsu is partially medicinally caused and partially caused by true genjutsu.

So the injections makes them susceptible to fear based genjutsu, but it is also the genjutsu itself? You need to be a bit more clear.

Yamato had left a bit later than he normally would've due to some troubles at home. His father had suddenly sent over large quantities of furniture despite Yamato never having asked for it, surely an attempt to appease him into not going to Kirigakure and risking his life. However, Yamato had told him long ago, he didn't want any help, certainly not monetary. The furniture was, therefore, ofcourse sent back. However the whole ordeal had lasted him throughout the entire morning that fateful day, meaning he had left slightly behind schedule. Normally he'd just up his speed a bit until he figured he had caught up, but then again they were going into Kirigakure, a warzone. This wasn't a mission like Zeno would've given him, a 'peacekeeping' mission. This was full blown civil war. And now that Konohagakure had started backing the Kirigakure rebels, well, there was only one way this was going to end. The Mizukage would be overthrown if the other kage didn't interfere. Retaliations from their side had been small for now - after all, they were still trapped inside the idea of peace, and were forced to think within it's borders. Konohagakure had broken free from that. There were no limits placed on their limbs.

With a heavy thud he landed on the wooden docks, seeing the boat leave just before him. His expression didn't give away his annoyance, which was growing, especially since he could make out what was Aoi on that boat. Damn. She'd be there before he was - easily. And knowing Aoi.. she probably would remind him of that a few times before he'd convince her that he didn't care. He shook his head as he sat down on the edge of the docks, looking into the sea for a bit until the next boat would leave. This one was much more ramshackle, a fishing boat would probably be better than this floating turd Yamato silently thought to himself. When the boat had docked, he had noticed what looked like refugees getting off, seemingly happy to get out of that warzone. It felt strange to enter the same boat, which would carry him towards the warzone.

The reason Yamato, Tsukiko and Aoi, as well as a mystery jonin would travel to the location on their own had something to do with orders to remain unseen for the time being. They were for that reason not part of the main force, but rather acted independently as a smaller cell until the time was right for them to join the main body of the Konohagakure relieving forces. 'Relieving' because they'd be relieving pressure of of the rebels.

Yamato would encroach himself in his thoughts as he leaned on the railing of the boat, which he swore was about to fall apart. That is, until the hit land. Yamato nearly got thrown off his feet at the speed the boat attempted to 'dock'. Once he had stabilized himself he shot an angry glare at the steersman, who seemed to not give a damn at all. To avoid further annoyance Yamato got off the boat, onto the docks, looking around a bit to see if he could see either Aoi or Tsukiko. Or the mystery jonin.. well, there was little chance he'd recognise them. Aoi seemed long gone, and Tsukiko was also nowhere to be seen. Atleast, that's just Yamato's eyes. He knew full well there was a large chance she was simply watching him for no reason. She would claim it was because of her trapping skills and all that blabla.. Yamato was quite sure she was just a stalker. A weird one, at that. Thinking of that, that brought him back to the time he had surprised her when she went shopping and saw her in her 'normal' clothes. He could've sworn she was a normal person at times. While he laughed silently on the inside, his expression remained that what it had always been - stoical and unmoving. Tsukiko though.. being a normal person? Nah. While Yamato was still the asshole he used to be, and the asshole Tsukiko had grown familiar with during their first mission, he had grown to respect the woman a bit more. Maybe he was getting more mature. Or maybe her rise in power after becoming Jonin Commander was something he deemed respect worthy.. who'd know.

Finally he spotted someone that looked familiar - to a degree - as he fit the description of the rebels. Red armband. Seemed right. Yamato approached the person, unaware that he was supposed to give up a codename. The person with the red armband simply greeted him and headed out. It seemed he was the same kind of person Yamato was - one that didn't care about words when they didn't need to be spoken. Besides, what was there to speak about? He didn't know this guy, and he didn't know Yamato. All that could be said was, isn't the weather nice? The answer was clear - maybe it was nice, but the fact that Kirigakure was in a civil war overshadowed that. It was pressing, but then again, this wasn't Konohagakure, and there was almost no Minamoru presence here. Reijo made sure to evacuate them when shit hit the fan. There was little here for Yamato, other than glory and honour. And that was exactly why he was here. To make a name for himself. Who knows, perhaps he would even become so famed that he'd become known throughout the shinobi world. That'd be quite something, a nickname of his own that he'd earned through bloodshed.

It wouldn't take too long before they arrived at another boat. “.. another boat.” he said to the guy escorting him. The guy looked back and nodded. “Yes. We like boats.” he said. Yamato squinted his eyes, unable to process if the man was making a joke or just stating the truth blandly. Whichever it was.. he'd soon find out that there was a truth to what the man said. As they were boating for what seemed barely 15 minutes they came upon a rather large fleet. Maneuvering through the many smaller boats, which seemed to be barracks, and all other kinds of military used buildings, as well as civilian housing for refugees and the like, there was a larger boat that stood out. The command center, Yamato figured out relatively quick. He was dropped off there and showed to the room that Aoi was in as well. He walked in and raised a hand at her. “Hello.” he said stoically, sitting down somewhere in the area without entering Aoi's space too much. He decided quickly that he'd have to make some sort of conversation, he was gonna have to rely on Aoi for longer periods of time from now on. This wasn't a standard mission, not a 'one day trip' where you would only need to watch out for the others for a day. This conflict could technically last months or years. He needed to trust Aoi if it came down to it. “How was your trip? And have you seen Tsukiko around?”

Saburo had been trailing through the woods nearby Konohagakure for days now. Well, 'nearby' was to be taken lightly. He'd been trailing through the entire Konohagakure territory for days now, and currently the territory was quite expansive given they had taken upon themselves the protection and guarding of some small civilian villages nearby as well.

But that was not quite the reason why he was there. His 11th corps outfit would quickly give away who had sent him there, namely Fujitora Choko, eleventh corps royal commander. Or perhaps one of his highness' underlings, which was more likely given that Fujitora Choko was likely busy with more pressing matters, such as consuming vast amounts of cigars. That's as much as Saburo had seen, anyway. Never the less Fujitora was an able commander, and even if he wasn't, the 11th indoctrination would make sure the agents thought he was anyway.

With a soft thud and some kicked up dust, Saburo landed in the middle of the dirt road he was above just seconds earlier. He was alone out here, doing the 11th's bidding as always. No backup, no comrades, just him. And that's how he liked it, honestly. His hand swept over a track he had seen, trying to discern who it was from. Seemed like the footprint of a shinobi sandal, except.. there were strange printings within, one that pointed at armor, perhaps. The print was also deep, deeper than usual. The person was either very heavy, or carrying something heavy. Again, pointing at armor. Strangely, that fit the description of one person Saburo was meant to look out for.

And within an instance, no, barely even that, he felt a strange feeling overcoming him. He quickly rose to his feet and grabbed Madara's gunbai from his back, standing at the ready. This wasn't right, what was that sudden pressure he felt pressing on his senses? This chakra, so strong.. it felt familiar, too, at the same time. Had he met this person before? Could it truly be? If so, well.. he was under oath to make a solid judgement on whether to take down this person or not, but truly, in this moment, it was not about doing your job, it was going to be about survival if it came to that.

For a moment, silence ruled in Saburo's mind, as he tried to discern the location of this person. The sheer amount of chakra in the area made this nearly impossible, even when he activated his two Sharingan. This would actually only make it harder for him, as he felt his eyes started to hurt from simply seeing so much chakra. It was, in a sense, 'overloading' his eyes. But then it seemed the chakra all dissapeared at once, as if it was sucked away in a vacuum motion. And in that moment, Saburo could also, briefly, locate the person. He quickly turned his face towards the location, only to be met with two snow-white eyes staring at him. “Ku..” he said, remembering this persons name all too well, but before anything else could happen, or the name could leave his mouth, the person vanished in a gust of leaves. It seemed the meeting was destined to end fairly swiftly, as Saburo noticed at the same time two Konohagakure patrolsmen coming in in the distance. They seemed to have not noticed anything nearby, which only raised Saburo's suspicions.

He greeted the two patrolsmen and quickly turned around and went to return to Konoha. This meeting had to be documented and Fujitora Choko, the royal commander, had to be informed straight away. He moved as fast as his legs would carry him, which was quite fast, even for shinobi standards. But he knew, in the back of his mind, that any report he could bring out would always be too late given the power and influence of this person he'd been trailing. Sometimes he wondered why Fujitora even ordered him to patrol these areas for this armored person.

Kirigakure has been widely known throughout the centuries as being a wildcard in regards to the current system of peace brought since the 4th Shinobi War. Many people were still stuck with the mentality of a paranoid warrior, sure that one day they'd regret abandoning their sacrifice of general ethics to promote their military strength. Slowly but surely, it became more of a stereotype than anything, but the world knew a certain bloodlust remained innate in the minds of these people.

The 17th Mizukage, Yoru Tenchi, was the one responsible for igniting their fear inducing flame that reflected perfectly well the ideas of the past. Or at least that's how other nations wanted people to see it. Yoru Tenchi's dream was far from the war mongering behavior of the Yagura reign and never preached a return of the Bloody Mist. Superior armament of Kirigakure and by extension the Water Nation were the primary goals of the reputated Kage. He did not wish to have his people weakened by remaining in a vegetative state, he knew perfectly well this corrupt peace that enabled other issues would one day pop.

Surprisingly, a large part of the population disregarded various slander of his image and agreed with most of his points, especially with the idea of cleansing the streets of Kirigakure. Unfortunately he'd be involved in an 'accident' in a serious mission he was in the obligation to take part in. Many believe he was disposed of by the higher ups as he put their reign in peril over revolutionizing ideals that became immune to public humiliation. It was the first step to the people's complete lack of trust toward the government and would only rise in time.

Today the 19th Mizukage, Hariyama Kakuma, faces a threat that was almost prophecized by his predecessor. Konoha had finally shattered the fragile stability it held dearly with Zeno Hakarasu, giving hope to those wanting change in their nation. Hope under the form of fear of the outside world, of course. Ayame Choko's speech could only be discribed as belligerent by the frightened, foreign masses. On that very same day, protests demanding a complete reform of the political model they living under littered the streets with mobs and thieves taking advantage of the situation.

Ever since that day, when protests happened, the streets were empty and calm. Not the kind of calmth that was enjoyable, either, no, it was the calmth that perfectly described the situation in Kirigakure. Things were about to explode, it was noticeable in every single vein of your body if you found yourself in Kirigakure. And while there was initially a large follow up to initial protests in the form of even more protests, slowly that waned too. People were desperate and their protests didn't seem to get the message across.

Powerful figures started rising in the movements, and while the movements remained fractured, they formed a single front to combat the Kirigakure government politically. But like all protests that prove to go unheard.. the next step was logical. And given Kirigakure's unstable past, it was the only step available for them. Minor incidents seemed to happen, first it was a beating up of a Kirigakure shinobi. Soon after, that very same shinobi was found in the hospital by an angry mob, and chased. Luckily for that shinobi he made it out of the hospital and was rescued by his peers, but it set the tone for the rest of the conflict.

Small incidents, the Mizukage said. This wouldn't happen again, he claimed. He tripled security on government buildings, a testimony to how he didn't believe in even his own words. Politics, and feelings, they were two seperate things and it was noticeable in every decision the Mizukage made. It didn't take long before the very first unified front was created, not for politics, but for revolt. Some shinobi even switched side, giving the rebels a powerful arsenal of both military weaponry and skilled shinobi.

The incidents remained small, or a time being of course. Incidents like these often have the tendency to take extremer forms rapidly. It was then that a large attack took place. The target was a government office that was used to meet with foreign dignitaries, which was ultimately a useless target if it hadn't been for the fact that the location was also used to deal with underground bosses, corrupt officials and large bussiness owners. The building was blown up, whether this done through a bomb or a jutsu has never been found out, because the site became inaccesible right away. The attack was followed by a large scale riot, lead by several high profile figures in the rebellious scene. They were all wearing armbands in different colours, to showcase which faction they were part of, but they were all fighting as one unit. Kirigakure reacted quickly and smit down the opposition with an iron fist, but the die had been cast. The rebellion had begun, and there was no stopping it now unless Kirigakure eradicated all the rebels.

It would only be a few days after the major incident hitting Kirigakure that current Hokage Ayame Choko had taken the decision to react along with her brother and associate, Fujitora. The real reasons behind this choice remained unclear, whether it was the intervention of Kiri officials or simply out of interest, the justifications given to the soldiers sent to offer support to the rebel cause would mostly incriminate the Mist Government for their inability to cater to their population. Multiple comparisons were made to the previous corrupt state of Konoha, seemingly enough to motivate those who followed Ayame since her rise to the throne. Others simply followed orders while a minority saw other opportunities in this. Needless to say, the rebel cause was now Konoha's cause until further notice and that's all they had to know.

It was clear that if Kirigakure would fall to the same sickness as Konoha, there would be monumental consequences to the world the five great nations had built to maintain social harmony. By fear of causing a major war, the allocation of armed forces was limited to the Kiri government side, 'neutral' help to insure a certain control over the situation until communication could be established. Foreign masses see this as something hopeful, but the wiser elites are understandably cynical.

Yamato generally dresses in a decently fashionable apparel. He likes to wear t-shirts or sweatshirts with a jacket of sorts over it. Under that he usually wears chino's of varying color, although that differs day to day. He really only has 2 pairs of shoes, a pair of black slip ins and a pair of white slip ins. Attached to his belt is a blue apron style cloth, with on it the motto of the Minamoru clan, 'We wish to remain what we are.' A rather cryptic motto, but it's meaning is generally understood in the Minamoru clan. Above the motto is the emblem of the clan, a set of black stags antlers. But enough about his clothes, as these obviously change every day.

Yamato is defined as a handsome boy, having a chiseled jawline and somewhat skinny-looking cheeks. His nose bridge is quite thin, although not as if it were a stripe. Contrary to most with a thin nosebridge, his nostrils are also thin. Besides that he has no specific bone structure related characteristics. His eyes are a deep dark green, but not so dark that they can be mistaken for a grey-black colour. In accordance with genetics they are slightly slanted. His hair is black and relatively short, and is usually slicked back with hairgel, and then held in place with a blue bandana tied behind his head.

Yamato's body is 'normal' in terms of muscle and fat. He has some obviously defined muscled due to the nature of their schooling, as a normal shinobi is expected to keep up with his athletic properties. His arms are skinny, meaning that the muscles there are by nature more defined. Without flexing you could most likely see the muscles regardless. The same goes for his legs. His chest is not very broad nor does it extend towards the front due to musclemass. Regardless he does have some definition there, although you probably wouldn't see it very often due to his clothes.

【Fighting style】
Yamato's fighting style revolves entirely around the attack, offensiveness and taking down an opponent with hard hitting blows. Defense is almost nonexistant in his style, as he barely needs it. He is extremely resilient, as mentioned before, and as such he can take a lot of hits of any kind without showing signs of pain. Besides that, he is also someone who never, ever gives up. As such he will keep getting up even if he knows he cannot win - an admirable trait to some and a sign of stupidity to others. Another aspect of his style is courage, in the form of never being frightened. He is going to be the first to jump into battle and he's going to do so with an aggression bound to shake hearts and silence voices.

Very close range, as it is nintaijutsu.
Description:
The technique begins by creating a short series of seals ended by a Tiger seal. After this the user flicks his wrists and they are set ablaze. Not yet taking a shape the user must focus the chakra around this area for a short period, in the case of Yamato a second or two. After this is done the fire becomes hotter, akin to a bunsenburner in heat, and the fire will take the color blue as a result. The resulting heat is enough to roast skin even if it's not touching the fire, and enough to severely burn anyone that gets in direct contact with the flames, enough to cause third degree (yes, that hot) burns when you get directly hit by a punch of this technique. Anyone standing nearby Yamato will feel the heat emenating off of the boy, whether they are friend or foe, before he leaps into the battle. The fire takes the shape of a lions head, akin to the two guarding lions that stand outside most wealthy places or places of public interest.

The technique might also be used on the feet, although in that case the overall strength of the technique would be toned down because it would sap away chakra from the fists. In this case, the fists would still take form of a tiger, but the fire around the feet wouldn't.

Description:
Yaoku's Revenge sets the user ablaze for a short time, appearing to others as an explosion. In reality it works as a distraction, while the user cocks his hand back which is then lit ablaze. The single hand will be heated up so much, that it overpowers even the Fists of a Tiger technique, heating up to the extent where it will be able to melt both skin, muscle and bone. The intensity of the technique requires so much chakra that it is pretty much a one shot option only. After the required heat is reached, a matter of seconds for a prodigy like Yamato, the user lunges forwards through the explosion he caused himself and launched his fist into the enemy, melting skin first, then fat and muscle, and finally bone before the hand cools down. If used effectively, and the hit connects, it will be a one shot kill on even the most brutal enemies. But it requires accuracy, something that is often lacking when an enemy is moving around, and also because the explosion caused by Yamato would obscure his vision. Besides that the large chakra cost means it's a last effort before he'd have to retreat from the fight, something that Yamato could obviously never do.

Description:
To be used in conjuction with the Yaoku's revenge technique, but useable on it's own too. This technique is not neccesarily a fighting technique, the sole technique in Yamato's arsenal that isn't focussed 100% on the offense. However it is used as a runner up to a very offensive move. After forming a boar and tiger seal, the user holds the tiger seal while a set of 2 fiery hands emerge from his back, quickly coming out at a rapid speed. These hands will head for the enemy almost instinctively, and grab the enemy by the arm. Once grabbed it will be virtually impossible to get out lest you have a teammate that is able to free you or you work out a genius way to break free. Because the hands are made of flames you will receive slight burning although the burns will not be harmful whatsoever, akin to a D rank fire jutsu if not less harmful. The true fear you should have.. is the follow up jutsu.

There is a slight reaction time between being grabbed and the start of the technique, around 1.5 seconds, but dodging will only end up causing the hands to chase you for a longer time. The only true escape is to get out of the 10 meter mark, but that will be hard with just 1.5 second to escape. It's possible for ninja's with above average jutsu, however. Another weakness, aside from it's length, is it's weakness to both water and earth defensive jutsu, such as the earthen walls or the water techniques that send out half an ocean. Using wind or fire against these hands is nearly useless, matter of fact it's counter productive because adding more fire to the arms will have no effect, while using wind based jutsu on them will fuel the flames, speeding them up even more. Electrical jutsu are useless, too, because electricity will go through the hands. An extraordinarily fast shinobi (read: faster than Yamato) will be able to dodge the hands initially and then attack quickly after if he times it right, because attacking Yamato and forcing him to release the tiger seal will stop the jutsu. However, if Yamato moves but still holds the seal, the jutsu will continue.

Description:
Technically not a technique on it's own, but still classified as one, the user will not have to form any seals, instead he simply has to augment fuuton chakra in his fists and release it into his fists of the tiger jutsu. Due to Fuuton acting as 'fuel' (fuel for fire is oxygen, a source and burnable material) the fire will begin to burn even hotter, turning the fire blue and causing the area it's used in to appear 'darker' or closer to nightfall. This is due to the bright source of light making the environments appear darker than they really are simply because of the contrast or difference in lightsources. Even on a blue sky, clear lit day it will appear as if it were 00:00 midnight. The fists of the Fire-tiger will burn so hot, the radius at which the heat can be felt greatly expands and even those standing close to Yamato during the usage of this will feel uncomfortably warm, and if they stay near long enough, might begin getting a serious sunburn. The main effect also increases, still holding onto the 3rd degree burns upon connecting a hit, but adding in the additional fuuton element of a highly increased knockback, too. You will go flying most definetely when you get hit by this augmented technique, sending lighter opponents up to 100m away and heavy, fat opponents at a weight of 200kg about 30 meters.

There is no real weakness to this technique, as it's not really a technique to begin with but more so an augmentation or reinforcement of another. As such, weaknesses of the Fists of the Tiger still exist, such as suiton jutsu or defensive doton jutsu. Even so, the usage of this extra fuuton jutsu will allow the user to simply brute-force his way past many of these jutsu anyway, most notably doton. Suiton will always be a problem for fire users and this technique is no exception.

Description:
This technique is a secret trump card held in high regard by the Minamoru clan. Not many outside of the clan know of it, because it's a rather rough technique on both the victim and the user. The users can begin this technique by forming the Tiger seal, after which it cannot be stopped anymore. The user envelops themself in flames, starting out akin to any other fire technique and indistinguishable at this time, looking rather harmless. However this all leads to an explosion. An explosion of the user itself into fiery death. In essence it's a fiery suicide technique that will blow up the user plus anything within 1.5m of the technique, and will damage anything up to 5m around the technique. The bad side? If you use this technique you die.

【Personality】
Yamato is a bright young man, widely regarded in Konohagakure as a prodigy of attack. This is seen in his psyche as well, as the boy has shown aggressive and violent tendencies from time. Some would call it a short fuse.. and others call it being a thug in the making. Regardless of which is true, the boy also has shown impeccable resilience, stead fastiness and a healthy dose of respect for tradition. Rumour within the Minamoru clan has said this is due to the amount of training that got instilled into him at an early age, and that he instills into himself daily even still. The boy also hates kekkei genkai for one reason or another, a sentiment shared by the entire clan, and some radicals even go so far as to wish those with a kekkei genkai dead.

Yamato is a good student, and gets very good grades compared to those in the same years as him. He has shown a talent for, how could it be anything else, taijutsu and nintaijutsu, focussing especially on the offensive. This goes well with his aggressive nature and he is known to be able to take down opponents in a matter of seconds, although his defense is less than average. Despite attempts to convince him, his resilience has proven that fruitless. Then again, the boy is a prodigy and nobody has been able to prove that the boy might need a defense as well. This has affected his personality in a more or less negative way, although that is open to interpretation. The boy is somewhat arrogant, and while he wouldn't boast about his skills, he is fully aware of his status as a prodigy. This has given him the idea that he is above everyone else, and he has remained to keep this idea as he's been unhindered by anyone who could prove him wrong.

【History】
Yamato's childhood years were essentially a calmth before the storm. He spent his first four years as most children his age did - calmly in the arms of his mother, and playing outside. Then at the age of four, his father decided that it was time for him to become ready. Determined to make the clan greater than it already was, he hired a teacher who was to teach Yamato the basics about being a shinobi. No, he didn't learn any techniques, but learnt the mental side of shinobi's, namely rules, history and things you needed to know. This affected his school career indirectly as he had more background knowledge than most when he entered base school. During his time at base school he had interest in making friends and preferred to learn techniques, practice taijutsu or throwing and fighting with kunai and shuriken. He often sparred with others, showing of his tenacious and aggressive nature in these matches. He often ended up fighting kids that were bigger and older, beginning to make a name for himself. He became a genin at the age of 12 like most others and went on to attend the high school to become a chunin.

During high school years he maintained a very steady level of training, to maintain his position within the clan which had grown by now. He became, more or less, the pride of his clan and family, and went unrivaled within the clan. In highschool he maintained a same degree of authority, although there were those that had problems with it, he found that he barely had any problems maintaining his position as the people that objected were often not even close to his level of mastery. Although this makes him sound like a hard ass, all he wanted was for people to more or less leave him alone. The only people he could really get along with in a semi-friendly way was his former genin team, which was still centralized for the most part.

As for the hatred of people with kekkei genkai, it stems from the preconceived notion that people with kekkei genkai seem to think themselves special, untouchable or even godlike, and when you pair that with historical events focussing around kekkei genkai and being mostly negative, it results in a hatred that is widespread amongst this clan, which has seen it's fair share of bad luck to do with kekkei genkai during the centuries. Besides that Yamato is of the opinion that he could beat a kekkei genkai easily through strength and a superior will to work for something.

【Family ties】
Yamatos family was rather normal, if you keep in mind that he grew up with a family that was not only his father and mother but also included close relatives of those people. Given that his father is the clan head, he has always felt like the entire clan was his family, and not just his father and mother. As such he always felt a great drive to do well, for the honor of the clan. Furthermore the birth of his younger sister when he was 2 added to his drive as he was under the pretense that he'd get to, or even have to, teach her.

【Dreams and fears】
Yamato secretly dreams of a world where there are no kekkei genkai as this would, in his eyes, greatly reduce conflict. Furthermore he dreams of making the Minamoru clan even greater than his father did, to outdo him in something that his father was already very good at. As for fears, Yamato fears causing death and dishonor to the clan, which goes without saying. Besides that he also fears losing respect from the clan and, to a lesser degree, to his classmates.

Mika is a beautiful young lady, providing yet another sharp contrast within the Minamoru when you compare her against Reijo, the father. She has beautiful fair skin and a lovely blonde hair colour, that glistens in the sun when it shines on it.

Her dress style accentuates her body, which has curves in the right places. Her hourglass figure shines through especially well since she wears tight fitting tanktops and flowery skirts underneath - although this accentuation is more by accident than by choice.

Mika can be a very friendly lady, although a bit stern when she's busy managing the restaurant. Employees will need to quickly adjust to her ordering people around if they work for her. She doesn't allow complaining because after all she's paying you a fair wage. Or atleast, she likes to think she does - the unfair competition level in the area (basically none) allows her to pay whatever she wants essentially.

Towards her children she's very friendly, as long as Yamato's at home. At work, he's just another employee. Rei is her special darling who she treats very well, always kind and caring, asking about her day and giving her some extra pocket money. She's learned long ago that Yamato isn't interested in the small talk that Mika herself absolutely loves, so she's stopped asking him about his day and only talks about serious matters with him such as clan affairs and other such trivialities.

【History】
Mika wasn't exactly born into this life, as she was just another middle class kid in a middle class neighbourhood. As she grew older she started going out with friends and this is where she met Reijo - a tough, streetsmarts man that seemed to get attention from everyone. Not knowing who she was she ignored him at first, which only made him more dedicated to getting her. After all he was used to being served at his own leisure, getting what he wanted. And what he couldn't get was exactly what he wanted. For some time he chased her, buying her gifts and such before she gave in and they got married. For a year they were happily married and they produced a child together that they named Yamato. Unknown to them Yamato was destined to great things. For some time after that she was still 'his prize' that he loved dearly but he slowly lost interest as the Yakuza lifestyle is a fast one and he got attention from other girls that he liked better.

Mika was left, married and unable to divorce because it'd tear the family apart. By then Reihana had been born as well and she poured the love that she had had for her husband Reijo into her new child Reihana. Reijo didn't seem to care much and Mika had a pleasant life with all her stuffs paid for - Reijo maybe didn't love her like he used to, he did still care about her and his family so he spent money on them as if they were the most important thing in the world. Ever since then she's just been a mother of 2, a wife by force and a restaurant owner because she needed to do something with her spare time after Rei and Yamato were both old enough to take care of themselves.

For his age, Reijo looks relatively young. This can be explained through the illicit black market trade in Senju DNA. Not just any DNA mind you, DNA that is said to be of Hashirama himself, and that was genetically engineered to sustain life. While it isn't proven to make you immortal, or even make your life longer by even a year (there's a lot of fake DNA going around) it does help make you look younger. For that reason a lot of.. ladies of satin sheets.. invest in it using two years worth of wages to look younger.

Being rich, Reijo has also been able to afford it. As such he looks younger, much much younger, than his actual age. Reijo wears a lot of suits given his position in bussiness, politics and his underworld criminal career. Besides, suits look good on him, you can't deny that. The man is a scumbag but he's a good looking scumbag.

Reijo is a man that believes that big fish eat small fish - he takes all the chances he gets whenever he is presented an opportunity to make money or start a new bussiness that can make money for him - he's long since stopped being directly involved to stop the Konohagakure Police from tracing the illegal activities all the way back to him, ensuring there are ringleaders, underbosses and fake bosses under him that would catch the blame if anyone is caught. And anyone knows.. if you cross mr. White Lily you'll find a white lily on your pillow, which will turn red afterwards, and not through alchemy but using your blood. Sort of like finding a horse head on your bed - although that's much too bloody and way too much work.

He can be compassionate and friendly even when dealing with the opposite sex, but is very territorial and aggressive when dealing with the same sex as him - men will often face a different treatment. This has been passed onto Yamato, although Yamato doesn't make a big difference between whether or not someone is a woman or not.

【History】
Reijo comes from a long line of Minamoru criminal masterminds that have carved out an empire for him - he merely perfected it and tripled the clan income, taking down 2 other Yakuza clans in the village in the mean time and assimilating them. Not to say that they are the most powerful nowadays - there are still many other Yakuza groups and clans in the village that the White Lilies simply can't take down. But Reijo's respect for tradition and the like have prevented him from attacking them - they operate with a peace mandate that is only to be broken when someone acts outside of their turfs.

As he rose to power one of the first things he did was end a long lasting feud with the Red Crows, a group headed by an Uchiha who claims to be a descendant from Itachi himself, a bold claim that is false according to most but they're a powerful faction. As a result of this peace he was allowed to build up a power base, raising the income and recruiting many of the ronin who had escaped the samurai castles that were closing themselves off of foreign influences for fear of technology. These ronin proved to be useful when the Red Crows attacked again, betraying the White Lilies and attacking them right at the heart - the White Lily compound in Smalltown. The ronin were barely recruited for a week when they were forced to fight these enemies, who hadn't anticipated swordmen with chakra capabilities - needless to say they all died and Reijo assimilated the Red Crows. The rest is history!

The Minamoru used to be very traditional, and they still are, holding onto values of old. Although as every other clan they have to grow with the times, and as such many customs have become merely symbolical and don't actually hold much significance. These customs are almost always on par with that of the other clans, since the clan is not much different from the others.

Specific traits inherited by being part of the clan. This can be Kekkei Genkai, privileges, recognized talents, etc. What makes each individual unique out of their culture.

【Influences】
The Minamoru influence on Konohagakure is very, very big. Some of it is subtle, such as underground influences due to the Yakuza affiliations they have, or rather.. the fact that they lead one of the three largest Yakuza groups in Konohagakure, and deal in things like Senju DNA, Sharingan black trade (rare) or even the drug trade. Their affiliations in this field are obvious to those involved, but to the outside world, it seems completely preposterous that the Minamoru, a powerful and high 'n mighty clan is involved in this.

Besides that they are a huge economical influence because they own more or less 60% of all of Konoha's economical centre with Minamoru Enterprises. The remaining 40% is, thankfully for Konoha, not theirs since the other Yakuza groups are trying hard to wrangle control away from them. The fact that they own most of the economical centre should probably say enough about their economical influence but this is not to say that all this money flows directly into the pockets of the Minamoru clan - bribes, wages, etcetera all is paid from these funds.

Finally the political aspect of the clan, which is not as big as it's underground or economical influence. Never the less it's still present - the fact that the Minamoru are a shinobi clan in essence (though, that is debateable very much so) gives them a small influence, and their alliances with other clans, as well as their feuds with some of the others, are a reason that they are politically well regarded, though not as high as the Hyuga or the Uchiha, or even the Uzumaki's although those have recently been more forthcoming towards the Minamoru.

• Naito - the Naito clan is one of the clans that the Minamoru have been feuding with for the longest time. The feud started about 200 years ago, when both the Minamoru and the Naito were relatively new to Konoha. Ever since it's been dubbed the Feud of the Tiger and the Dogs. The long standing feud hasn't subsided just yet as members of this clan frequently clash - be it with words, swords, or politics.
• Reikan - the most recent addition to the Minamoru's list of allies, Luscious and Reijo have brokered an alliance between the two despite the fact that the Reikan's are a clan with a kekkei genkai prominently on display. It seems that, to Reijo, the main reason for the alliance was to secure security in case the Uchiha, Hyuga or Naito try anything.

【History】
The Minamoru clan was founded quite recently compared to the other clans such as the Uchiha or the Hyuga. They were not part of the original founding clans, and migrated later as a result of economical changes. They weren't originally shinobi but quickly managed to adapt into a Shinobi clan effortlessly. They were comprised of highly driven individuals that wished to become the greatest at, more or less, whatever they attempted. It didn't always succeed, actually, more often than not, but you only need to give one glance to the current status of the clan to see how far they kicked it in those 200 years, compared to the Uchiha.

Never the less they don't quite fit into Konoha - they are not so much underhanded, and wouldn't do anything to directly harm Konoha, but they are very self centered and do anything they do for the clan or themselves, not for Konoha. Konoha is simply a means to an end for them. Never the less a feeling of pride and honour is also common place in the clan so Konoha needn't worry about the Minamoru betraying them. They do what they do for themselves, or atleast so they say, but deep down most of the Minamoru are quite self sacrificial, especially the shinobi. Those that aren't in the shinobi trade are often a whole different breed of people, mostly simply normal people and civilians.

In short, that means they have a tough skin, cussing, feuding, and appear somewhat rude and cold. Underneath that however are people that deeply respect tradition, hierarchy and self sacrifice. They might not show it but it's definetely there.

Moving on, they also don't fit Konoha because they are very outspoken against kekkei genkai - and sadly for Konoha (or the Minamoru's, depending on who you ask) there are plenty of clans with kekkei genkai's. This has been reason for them to be a bit of an outcast-clan compared to others, distancing themselves from main Konoha, living outside the village.

Up until the mid-years, between Sarada and Boruto's births, and current situation, they were insignificant, standard fodder clans. However it was then that they broke through with the arrival of the ronin, that fueled the underground Yakuza operations that some of the Minamoru were involved in. Due to this they suddenly raised in power unexplainedly, gaining more funds to further their political influence and economical presence. It didn't take long before Reijo took over 40-so years later, and furthered that all even more, expanding their influences rather rapidly.

Saburo Uchiha

“I hope the sage of the six paths has blessed your day, connoting my fondness for you by wishing you a nice day, my very nice and friendly, superior friend, otherwise known as the honorific of 'senpai'!”

Saburo has typical Uchiha features, namely the black hair, black eyes and the somewhat sleek, average length hair. However he does not look like he suffers from the Curse of Hatred like those before him. Perhaps that's because the cycle was broken by Sasuke and Naruto a long time ago. Never the less, this doesn't mean that he doesn't know hatred, or anything like that. He simply looks nicer than the pictures in the history books show of the Uchiha.

Saburo has a pretty round face, with a similarily rounded chin. His jawline isn't anything special, and neither is his face. If anything he looks noticeably average, able to blend in with most crowds as long as he covers himself when he uses the sharingan.

Body wise he's fit, and looks like he works out from time to time although it isn't anything over the top. He's got some definition in his abs but no six pack, and the same goes for his arms and legs. There's nothing there noticeably worth gawking at but you can tell he's a shinobi and that he does hard work.

【Personality】
Personality? What is that? Saburo has little to no personality, making him a pretty strange kid. He can be somewhat of a loner, but not by choice. He's simply very awkward to be around due to his past. Never the less he does try to make friends. That doesn't always work in his favor.

He's very strange in the way he talks, often talking in very long sentences to explain what he means by something, even though it's perfectly clear to begin with. A simple thing to say, such as have a nice day, can turn into a full conversation for Saburo. As such most people tend to avoid him, although now that he's going to be placed in teams, they'll have a hard time doing that.

Once you get to know Saburo it'll become apparent that Saburo is actually really friendly, and just has a funny way of wording this. As such he'd be a proper friend to you if one just gives him a chance, but he doesn't see that happen soon. Never the less he will keep trying, because he realizes he is bad at the social things.

Besides his obvious strange social tendencies he is actually quite a fan of 'fun' and as such he loves dancing and parties. Not that he's good at these but he does enjoy doing them while looking like a fool.

【History】
Saburo was part of the few family of Uchiha that survived the tide of time. He spent his early years (0-4) in the company of his mother, Hajira and his father, Chonzo. He was an only child and his father and mother were never really around due to conflicting timetables (they were present largely on school times, and gone during free hours). As a result Saburo took an interest to books where he'd read numerous saga's on end, versing himself well in the history of Naruto, Sasuke and others. Especially Sasuke was interesting because he shared a clan with the man.

Never the less he couldn't agree with Sasuke's motives, after all you cannot do something solely for revenge, as it'd create only more revenge. As such he created a vision for himself that he wishes to further through association with several gifted minds like Ayame and Fujitora Choko. At the current stages of his life his vision remains blurred and uncertain, but the psychological department is sure they can retrieve the better details of this vision later.

In the academy stages of his life the boy excelled in his class, but was taken away from the academy early on by his parents, and was placed under the care of the 11th corp, a special intelligence and special ops corps of the Konoha ANBU. He spent his years here isolated from the rest of Konoha, and essentially merely went to school, went to his room, ate and drunk and trained, before going to school again.

There was little else to do when you're part of a secret corps of shinobi that are expected to be the best they can be. This isn't to say that Saburo is exceptionally strong, because he isn't. He's just about your average shinobi, however he has a set of specialised experiences that make him invaluable in takedown situations, as well as intelligence gathering. A keen eye and a good technique go a long way.

After serving under the 11th corp for some time, he was honorably discharged once it became clear that Saburo wasn't a perfect fit with their methods. He was pushed back into the 'real' world and left to his own devices as he got a spot as a chunin amongst the regular forces.


【Family ties】
Saburo has had a childhood without many interferences from his parents, and he's come to see his corp 11 teachers as his 'parents' and sometimes even denotes them as such. He holds no grudge to his real father and mother however, as they were part of the ANBU and had little choice other than to be busy a lot.

【Fighting style】
Saburo is an able bodied fighter, that uses a mixture of tools (shuriken, senbon, kunai) and ninjutsu to duel with his enemies. He's particularily strong in the field of ninjutsu with an affinity for fire and earth, though he hasn't learned any earth techniques yet. His style is mostly a ninjutsu-dueling style where he prefers to keep a medium distance to use ninjutsu and tools, rather than a close up combat style, however his training allows him to effectively do both of them if the need arises.

Ayame Choko

“A great fireball to a needle, something just as lethal.”

Ayame is an appealing girl, somewhat above average in looks but with an appealing charm. She has no overly defining features, aside from her relatively large eyes, which eyeball those around her carefully. Her eyes are dark in color, a mixture of dark blue aking to a deep ocean, and grey like the rain she so often enjoys. It's essentially impossible to narrow down her eye color, as they shift with the lighting. In dark lighting her eyes seem greyish, in proper lighting such as the sun her eyes are a deep dark blue. It matters little to Ayame. Her chin is pointed, and her jawline is rounded. Her noise is pointy but thin, with a relatively average sized nose bridge, although 'average' is all a matter of perspective.

Her frame is petite, with relatively small breast size, narrow build and a hourglass figure as she is small in the waist, then wider in the hip area. She doesn't put in any effort to accentuate this, if it happens it happens. Her slender figure means she easily gets definition in her muscles, meaning that her arms eye muscled, although very lightly so. Her legs have definition too, but not as much as her arms. Her arms are relatively thin, too. Her legs are slightly more thick, especially her calves, from the running around she has to do on orders of the Hokage.

As for her hair, she is originally a blonde but she's known to dye her hair frequently with self made dying colors. Currently her hair is black, but it's bound to change soon. It is very easy to pick colors when you have shadow clones to practice on. Her hair is often tied up into 2 'ponytails' of sorts at the side, akin to the reference picture a intel. shinobi managed to snap of her during a fake date. We have no idea how he managed to escape once it became clear that he was not interested in her - rumour has it he is still hiding.

【Personality】
Ayame is a rather friendly person, although her sincerity is often doubted. She believes that there is always a catch to anything people do, which she doesn't deem a neccesarily bad thing since that's how the world works. As such she is generally rather skeptic of people doing things for her, or behaving nicely towards her. To her, anyone will always want something, whether that's a favor, a good work environment or even just giving yourself a nice feeling since you were being nice to someone. As such she has come to accept this and even work with it, ensuring herself that it is okay to be friendly to everyone simply to achieve a nice working environment. Regardless of whether she is gratifying herself or is genuinely interested in who she talks to she'll maintain a 'nice face' as it's called and smile.

In a neutral situation, with say a politician or a foreign envoy, she'd be formal and respectful, making sure to follow procedures such as bowing and use of words. She would hold herself back a bit more and remain in the back, not speaking often, although that has more to do with her assisting position rather than her timid nature in these situation - she can be friendly, angry or pushy in the neutral situations if she has to.

In negative situations such as combat or when she hears of a setback that is not so close to her, she'll often remain rather calm, as her position as assistant and jonin demands her to be calm and calculating. In battle she is often more prone to bouts of anger, as naturally expected in battle, although she'd do her best to keep it in check if there are students with her. When fighting solo she simply lets go, since she doesn't have to fear for anyone taking on these traits as weakness or a strength that they need to replicate since she believes everyones reactions to battle are their own and need not be forced upon them.

In emotional situations such as death or a personal setback, or perhaps a more positive one such as pregnancy or promotion/graduation of a familiar person, she's prone to bouts of emotional crying, whether crying of sadness or happiness. She's not afraid to let go and doesn't seem to mind others seeing her.

【History】
When Ayame was born, she was mothered and fathered by her parents in Amegakure. She had an older brother who was 10 years older, Fujitora, who she got along with pretty well. In base school she wasn't a very.. good student. She spent her time practicing, but she barely achieved average grades in jutsu and taijutsu, being much too frail for the latter and simply not being very good at the former. She passed her test.. barely. Only in highschool did she really accomplish bigger feats and did she earn the nickname of the Sewstress. She was very able to use senbon and a large sword that was named, how could it be called anything else, dai-senbon, or great senbon. She was able to hit a mark with senbon at a 100m distance at first, and accurately hit them in vital areas. She gradually and quickly extended the range to even greater distance, never losing accuracy. As an added feature she dabbled in poisonry and found out she had an affinity for it, too. That and her relatively good swordsmanship with the dai senbon meant she had found a way to become a proper shinobi, and a good one too. The remainder of her years in highschool were spent focussing on these skills, leaving any jutsu and taijutsu to the others.

After graduation she, her brother and father decided to move to Konohagakure after the mass introduction of technology took place and prices started fluctuating, as well as a loss of income for the family. In the same timeperiod their mother passed as a result of a brain tumor, only adding to the reasons of wanting to move away from Amegakure. They got to Konohagakure hoping to find a more suitable job, which was achieved for both Ayame and Fujitora as Ayame went on to become a Hokages' assistant and Fujitora became the jonin commander of Konohagakure.

【Family ties】
Ayame's family was rather loving, average in most aspects. An untimely death of the mother led to a migration of homes, and a slight destabilization of the home environment but after that things returned to normal rapidly.

【Dreams and fears】
Ayame dreams of a more peaceful world, although that is rather cliché she seems to think it's essentially impossible to achieve. The world is already quite peaceful, but small conflicts are boiling up, old feuds as well. Hoping to eradicate these too, she pushes the Hokage to support the police departments around Konoha more, and to allow jonins more freedom in helping them too.

Besides that she also dreams of getting married one day, or at the very least have a boyfriend. But boys are stupid.

She fears losing her family, most visibly her brother whom she loves dearly. That is a rather common fear, but she has more. She also fears growing old, becoming wrinkled and ugly and losing her appeal to others. To counter this she takes self made tonics that work against it, although there's only so much you can do.

【Fighting style】
Ayame focusses on a versatile but highly accurate style of fighting using senbon to take down primary targets, along with poison to do the work if she can't manage to kill the target before he flees. Lower prioritized targets get the pleasure of being skewered with her dai senbon, a very sharply pointed sword that is able to pierce through most armors with no trouble, although it's not as effective when uesd for cutting - as expected of a gigantic needle.

Description:
Grabbing a lot of senbon, she throws them into the air after which they fly quite high. After that the senbon will begin falling down from an extremely high altitude, giving them speed. The result is a storm of senbon falling down around her, falling everywhere except for her own position due to the high amount of skill she has in this technique. The senbon are most likely not coated in poison, given the difficulty of concocting new poison and the expensiveness of these poisons - these are reserved for high priority targets.

A single target, targeted at a max range of 10m.
Description:
The jutsu is one of the few jutsu that Ayame can perform that require chakra, although in a less direct way than you'd expect. She forms the tiger seal after which she augments chakra in her legs and feet, making her somewhat faster akin to the body flicker technique. What follows is a storm of senbon coming at a target from all sides, seemingly from random places as if they simply appear out of thin air and fly towards the targets at an extremely high speed.

In reality what happens is, using her heightened speed she will 'body flicker' towards spots around the target, throwing senbon as she goes and doing this at such a high speed that it appears as if all these senbon (usually +- 30 senbon) are thrown at once from numerous positions. Depending on the targets these senbon may or may not be poisoned. This technique is quite deadly, however it can be avoided by moving, as even though Ayame is quite skilled, it remains hard for anyone to accurately hit lethal places on a human body whilst they and yourself are moving, and a senbon is only really deadly if aimed extremely accurately for these positions.

Description:
Attaching an entire spool of chakra string to the dai senbon's end circle/handle, the user throws the senbon towards a target and using the chakra string (s)he will be able to steer the dai senbon as long as the user has chakra or the chakra string remains attached. The dai senbon will maintain speed, and the generally 'semi invisible' chakra string will lead to this technique possibly being mistaken for a wind technique - it's more to do with chakra control and the chakra string.

The technique, while rudimentary, has shown to be very capable and in previous battles has sown together a grand total of 5 enemies in a single usage of the technique, lining them all together and, depending on where they were hit, being incapacitated or dead.

Description:
Ayame's trump card, this technique is only possible because all of her needles are infused with some of her chakra, which is done pre-battle. In short: this technique splits the needles into a million tiny different particles of whatever material the needle is made of by imploding it, forcing it to 'explode' and form a cloud of (metal and poisonous) dust. A rather harmless technique if done on a single senbon, but given that Ayame is very skilled in senbon usage, the technique can be done on a lot of senbon at once.

The technique is usually preceded by throwing a very large amount of senbon at a target, until the user is satisfied with the amount of senbon stuck in the targets' body. If the poison weren't enough to absolutely destroy the target, the technique will. After this three seals are formed and the dormant chakra in the senbon will be activated, forcing the senbon to explode into particles - the parts of senbon outside the body (sticking out a wound) will explode into an inhaleable cloud of metal and poison dust, and given the proximity to the user it will be physically impossible to get away without inhaling atleast some of it. The part of the senbon stuck inside the wound will also explode, sending metal particles into the open wound, and given the fact that there are no doubt blood vessels close by, sending poisonous metal shards into the blood stream, essentially poisoning the target at a very fast rate, meanwhile also cutting up the insides of a target. The more senbon are stuck inside a target, the quicker death will come.

Besides the obvious implications of this technique, it only gets worse when combined with senbon guiding - the chakra still left in the senbon particles would be enough for chakra guiding the senbon much as one would divert a kunai that you've thrown. Guiding the particles, it is possible to lacerate one's innards, giving internal bleeding and further poisoning with a flick of the wrist in exchange for a very high chakra cost.

Description:
The user throws a set of 3 senbon, one aimed at the head, one aimed at the heart and the other at a main artery in the neck. After throwing the senbon the user quickly claps their hands together, the sound of the clap spreading a genjutsu that quickly brings all those who heard it under the impression that the three senbon are actually a storm of 100+ senbon, and most likely bringing them under the impression that dodging is futile. A simple, if not effective technique.

The weapon is a very large needle used as a sword, made out of extremely strong bone of some sort of extremely large animal - imagine a whales bone, with extremely hardened properties.
Description:
The sword reaches up to about Ayame's breast in height, and is stored in a sheath of leather on her back. The handle is adorned with leather wraps on them, and is positioned in the circle where normally the thread goes through the needle. The sword is extremely pointy and sharp - able to pierce metals sheets with minimal effort and, given enough effort to push it through, it can push through an entire human given enough momentum. A downside is that the sides of the sword do not cut, so if you remain in close quarters Ayame will not have enough space to stab and will be forced to retreat so she can get enough space or stop using the weapon.

The poison kit is a pouch that Ayame sometimes carries on extensive missions or long lasting expeditions. There are a mortar and pestle in there, as well as a small supply of plants that allow Ayame to create tonics, poisons or other things while on the move. There are also some vials in there with stored poisons of a more rare variant.
Description:
The pouch resembles a normal shinobi's tool pouch where they store all their kunai, shuriken and other tools. As such it's pretty much indiscernible from those pouches.

Weapon, tool or object type:
This tool is a type of poison made from water, a small amount of acid and the petals of a Red Glorybloom, a common and unsuspecting flower in Konohagakure.
Description:
The poison is dark purple in color, close to black in it's vial. The potency of this poison lies in its paralysing traits, in that it will shut down musclemass around the area where it strikes. If you get hit in the leg your leg will slowly shut down as the poison spreads through the muscles.

Although this seems relatively harmless - it doesn't outright kill you - it can be detrimental to a fight if, for instance, you get hit by a multitude of senbon covered in this poison. Imagine both your legs dropping down useless. You will be victim to a simple dagger in the heart, or worse, a dai-senbon to the face. And, since the heart is essentially muscle with lots of blood veins running through to pump the blood around, a single senbon in the heart might be able to take someones live. The effects last around 4-5 minutes depending on the potency of the batch of poison.

This type of poison is made from rotting flesh, maggots, a single drop of the saliva of a rare toad named the Kingsguard Toad.
Description:
This poison, when in contact with the skin, will bring in a sudden bout of rot in the skin. While not especially harmful it is extremely painful to feel your skin rapidly getting covered in rotten-ness. The effects last around a day, after which the poison will have been purged from your body and the spread of rot will stop. Never the less the rot remains for a full week, remaining painful but not spreading anymore. That is.. if you survived the battle.

This poison variant is created using a cow tooth, a cow hide and milk, alongside pure water from the Uji spring near Amegakure, a drop of red spider eggsap and a wasps stinger.
Description:
This poison causes no significant effects the first ten minutes after being hit. If combined with some boasts about the potency of this poison it might even bring about laughter when the targets thinks nothing were happening. In reality the poison remains dormant for 10 minutes, after which it will slowly begin sapping away at the targets' vision, until they are blinded. This effect of blindness lasts only 2 minutes, but that is enough time to finish off a target.

Yopparai Ramu Koku

“With no booze, whores and cussing, life would be a lot less interesting, don't 'cha think ya big cunt?”

Despite what the above picture would like to make you believe, Yopparai (meaning 'Drunkard' as if it was pre-destined by his parents) is a lot less charming than he seems to be. Over the course of his escape he's grown a rougher beard, and dropped the smile. He looks more like a pirate that has no ship now, than the charming man seen above. In fact.. he acts more like a pirate than a shinobi, too.

Yopparai has since his escape dropped the half kimono looking thing that he wore before hand, and switched it for something a bit more manly, and daring. He's kept the black-red undershirt and has grown out some chesthair, that pokes out with no shame. Under that he wears simple blue trousers and calve-high leather boots, strapped tightly with several straps and buckles. From his right shoulder to his left hip he wears a leather strap for attaching his sword to.

Yopparai would raise his glass and come along. If you said 'lets go fuck some wenches!' he'd be the first to reach them, trousers nearly unbuttoned already. And above all, drinking is his game. There has not been a single person in the history of mankind, alive or dead, male or female, that could beat him in a game of drinking. That should tell you something about his habits and lifestyle.. he's a true lecher, who lives a debaucherous lifestyle filled with robbing, murdering, raping, thieving, and generally having fun all around the world.

If he likes you, or you are not a primary target to him (he's not dumb, he knows who are good targets and who have nothing) he could actually be what one would describe as a 'friend' though his less-honest ways leave much to be desired. And although he might be a bastard, he does live to some form of a honor code, something akin to a thieves' laws, but more befitting of a shinobi.

Don't kill those who are no threat or harm to you, don't steal from those that have very little already, blablablabla.. who cares Yopparai, just do what you want and feel is right.. - excerpt from his diaries detailing his 'honor code'.

There is extensive information available on Yopparai, and you could probably fill an entire library just with his bingo book information, so he is not mysterious at all. In fact, he's probably one of the most forthcoming with his wrongdoings, and acknowledges them as being bad. But in his words, 'a criminal knows that what he does is bad, he just doesn't care' and that is exactly why Yopparai is a threat to society - he doesn't care what he does. Power wise a team of ANBU or nin-hunters should be able to take him down, but he has evaded the groups sent after him with relative ease and above all.. he holds a valuable artifact that we wish to remain unharmed. As such his capture and death would be a touchy issue for Kirigakure.

【History】
Yopparai was born as a son to man x. No, that is not some vague name for a super hero, or a name for a mysterious man in a suit that controls the world. It's simply the name that the intelligence corps gave to Yopparai's father after he filed over 200 formal requests, 159 informal requests, 21 verbal threats, and 2 threats with actual violence involved, to find out who his father was. There was never really any result, because his reckless nature and uncompliant nature meant it was very difficult to even trace how old Yopparai was, let alone who his father was.

His mother on the other hand was (at her time) a well known whore named the Scarlet Dragon who worked at a (at that time) well known whorehouse called the Underhouse. Ofcourse that was just a cliché name for a whore, who used it to gain fame and more clientele. It seemed to have worked as her fame grew and, at her height, she was known all the way to Konoha. Her real name was less exciting, as she was named Misa Keikumoto. Anyway, after she gave birth to Yopparai she decided to name him after his father. And since she had no name, and his father was (according to her) a drunkard, his name was to be Yopparai Ramu Koku, since that was the drink he ordered for Misa when they met up the first time. Long story short, she was pissed off because being pregnant stranded her with no income for a small while (5 months or so, she claims, but probably she worked longer anyway because she didn't care). And because she was pissed off she must've thought Yopparai was a joke, and named him drunkard. Because no employer will look at that name and hire him anyway.

He didn't do well in school either, after all he was the son of a whore and he got taught at an early age to not give a shit about other people. Only those in your inner circle matter, and they're replaceable too, so you best not care too much about those people either. He wanted to be an asskicker, though, so he got enrolled into the shinobi academy. Well, actually, he enrolled himself by faking the signature for the paper, and then when his mother found out got a firm beating because she couldn't afford the school. Somehow they made it though, no thanks to his mom, as she forced him to work a part time job on the side to afford the school.

One of the lessons he remembered the best from his mother was the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb, a saying that many people get wrong, but that he remembered and imprinted into his mind carefully. Friendships are stronger than family and forced relationships, because you choose them. As such, you are in full control over who you like..

This led him to ultimately abandon his mother. He moved out and never contacted her again, and she seemed fine with this. Recently she passed away after a long time in the hospital due to lung cancer (she liked to smoke) but Yopparai didn't really seem to care.

Anyway, after abandoning his mother things went better, he was no longer forced to put up with all the crazy shit surrounding living in a whorehouse, and he got to focus on his career. At the age of 16 it became apparent that he excelled in swordplay and was soon focussing primarily on that as well as forming his own hiden ninjutsu techniques. Soon after he got recruited into the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. He found himself holding Shibuki the Blastsword, a destructive tool very befitting of this man. He managed to master it in four years and earned a spot amongst the seven swordsmen. But as fortune would have it, Yopparai was just like almost every other swordsman of the mist before him, and he quickly abandoned his village in favour of personal fame. He took Shibuki with him.. ofcoure he would. He doesn't give a shit about stuff like stealing.

Anyway, he thus earned a double kill order - one for stealing a relic of the past, a treasured artifact of Kirigakure, the other for being a missing nin. And soon after records started piling up - murder, theft, robberies, public nudity, indecent exposure, illegal alcohol brewing, tax evasion, privacy invasion, selling womens used (and stolen) panties. His most serious offense however, is not the murder, theft or going missing nin, nor stealing the artifact sword. His most serious offense..

is taking panty shot pictures of the Mizukage before his daring escape from the village. They remain private for now, but he's made it very clear he will release them to the public to showcase the horror that the photos are. Why a horror? Because this panty shot picture.. lacks the panty.

Short-mid, an area up to 10m in front of him.
Description:
After taking a very big swig of his Arukōru-Furasuko, the user swishes it around in his mouth mixing it with his own chakra before spewing out the alcohol again, revealing that it'd been turned into fumes. The fumes are highly flammable and the actual amount of alcohol in it is so high that, essentially, it can result in a very big fireball/explosion. The fumes linger for some time, dissipating after +- 2 minutes.

Inhaling the fumes can cause a person to suffer from effects ranging from dizziness (low exposure) to drunkenness (medium exposure) to full blown knockouts (longer than a minute). This is because, well, it's pure alcohol. As such the technique can also be lit on fire, as noted before.

If the user makes a spark before his mouth, it will be more like a flamethrower technique. Kind of a circus act type thing, where they spew fire by spewing alcohol onto a flaming rod.

Description:
Mimicking the suiton style water gun technique, this technique is pretty much the same except it uses alcohol instead of water. Harmless on it's own, really, but the alcohol will soak the enemy in alcohol (note: pure alcohol, not a drink) and get in their clothes and skin - something that is generally tough to get rid off unless you take an impromptu bath. Afterwards it will be a simple trick to light the enemy on fire. Good luck getting that out, ya bastard.

Can be used in conjunction with the Firestriker to form a fireball instead.

Description:
The user takes in a large, large, LARGE amount of alcohol drinking from his flask for nearly 5 seconds before finally reaching a point of being drunk. Note that this is pure alcohol he's drinking.. either way, with him being drunk, he turns into a real drunkard. He seems to be resilient to many blows (they hurt him, but he doesn't feel it directly), becomes reckless and seems much much more strong that before hand. He is able to effectively swing his sword without any real problem and the kickback from the explosive tags on it becomes lesser. In this form the user is also able to use the Fuming at the Mouth technique without handseals as he's so filled with alcohol that blowing air out of his mouth is enough to send fumes out far enough to do the technique.

There's a drawback to this, obviously, and that is that he becomes much more susceptible to fire attacks. While normally he doesn't suffer from that unless an opponent knows how to turn his alcohol techniques around, in this form he is so filled with alcohol that, like noted before, he can basically blow out alcohol fumes. Because of that any fire attacks have the capability of seriously damaging him if they hit, lighting him and the air around him that is filled with fumes on fire.

More or less a pre-stage to the Drunken Stampede technique, the user drinks a large amount of alcohol and enters the stage of 'buzzing' or tipsiness. As a result the user will suffer from something known as Drunken Luck, a stage where your inner reflexes more or less take over, allowing weird and crazy dodges that seem more accidental than anything. It also allows stupid, sloppy attacks to be more powerful than they even appear, giving extra power to those attacks, trading it for the accuracy. This effect lasts 2-3 posts.

On the center it says, very large, in black paint; ARUKŌRU, XXX, YOPPARAI. The flask is quite large, but the neck is small enough to comfortably hold it with 1 hand.

It's not as legendary as it was said to be, because obviously it was never really used all that much previously and would serve better as a museum piece in Yopparai's eyes, since with the everlasting peace there was little to no use for a weapon like this. the Keihatsu

The Keihatsu, or the Enlightened, is a recently surfaced group of highly skilled individuals. The current list of members barely reaches 25 members, although we cannot be sure about exact numbers since the group is extremely hard to pin down. Because of that, their current hierarchy is unknown, further investigation being obstructed due to the way the group is set up. They consist of 5 main forces, namely the legs, which are the small groups, those who fight for them and collect intelligence in exchange for money or power. Besides that, you have 2 arms consisting of two organisations, both of which are extremely powerful. We advise you to handle individuals from this group with care, although they haven't shown signs of hostility as of yet. The arms are the workers of the group, who are used for delicate tasks and covert operations. The people in these organisations seem to be mostly on par with chunin or jonins, however the leaders of these groups are extremely powerful. The body, or torso, consists of the groups main force. They are the people who guard the organisations carefully built operational bases, and have similar levels of expertise as the arms, with similar power levels. Since these people rarely leave the vicinity of the base, upon spotting a member of this particular group, great care is to be exercised. If they are out and about, it means there's a big operation happening.

Operations

“Our primary function is to eliminate the world of scum.”

Keihatsu operate mostly from the shadows, but the few ties we have seen from them related to any operations they have commited in and outside the villages revolved mostly around dealing with both Yakuza and unwanted, criminal individuals. As such we have found little reason to stop them as long as they do not interfere with village related missions, or as long as they remain a force we can handle. Current intel suggests that, at this time and moment, they are still a force we can handle.

However, when they strike, they strike hard and fast, usually leaving no trace of entry or leaving. The fights generally happen swift although they are different each and every time - some resemble ANBU styled assasinations, others resemble a brute attacking a target with powerful force, and others simply.. dissapear. The only reason that we knew they were behind this was the odd eye witness that managed to survive or spot what was happening, and once a jonin managed to hear about the organisation during an assasination. Not much info was obtainable, but it was enough to give us a name for the organisation.

Alliances, organisations and lieutenants

“Once the scum is gone, we will restart the cycle.”

As of yet we have no useable intelligence on their alliances, inferior organisations and lieutenants. We simply know that some of the Yakuza have surrendered to them out of fear for their deaths, since they are targeted, however these organisations were noted to dissapear shortly after. We do not know where they have gone, but we assume they assimilated into the 'leg' portion of the organisation.

It's to be noted that several rogue nin were presumed dead, but eye witnesses later clarified that they were indeed still alive, and actually a part of Keihatsu. This brings danger to our villages as they may have intelligence on village weakpoints, or intelligence about our military forces. Exercise extreme constraint when dealing with these rogue nin who are found with Keihatsu - they may or may not be protected by the Keihatsu, and rogue nin hunters are to be put temporarily on hold if their target is found to be Keihatsu.

The organisations below the Keihatsu, working for them in the 'leg' portion of the organisation are mostly hired mercenary shinobi, ronin or even an odd Yakuza group. They seem to do the ground work, allowing the Keihatsu to move forward towards their goals, and they're the only group of the Keihatsu that we're able to capture and interrogate. However, it seems most of them don't actually know why they are fulfilling certain tasks and they claim to be motivated by money or power.

All other portions of the Keihatsu are still under investigation, however we've not been able to find out any new info on names, or powers.

Goals

“After we restart the cycle, life will be better for shinobi.”

We haven't yet obtained intelligence on the goals of the Keihatsu although their operations seem to point out that their goals exist of weeding out criminality or violation of societal norm breakers. As such we have given them room to maneuver, hoping to possibly find out their goals from heavy investigations on their targets and methods.

“The Cycle is all we need to save this world. It just requires me to enforce it.”

Kusaru is a beautiful woman, who looks more like a young, friendly jonin than the leader of a secret organisation. Never the less she is quite imposing in her battle armor, which is stylised after that of Madara, although it is, ofcourse, not the exact same. She resembles, atleast facially, a Hyuga in some ways. Her pale eyes cause many to think she is actually a Hyuga, but her eyes are just the result of genetic mixup. She has very soft skin, and a beautiful pale colour on it too. Her black hair contrasts sharply with her eyes, although it does further the idea that she is a Hyuga, when really she is not. It's for this reason that she has fooled many people into thinking she's a Hyuga outcast, causing fear and such if they oppose her, and causing them to misinterpret her powers. Her lips are somewhat more red than her pale skin, giving another point of contrast. Her chin is somewhat pointy, and her jawline is quite straight, but nicely formed. She is very pleasant to look at which adds to her seductiveness, which is rarely used, as well as her charm.

As for her body, she has an extremely appealing physique which is, sadly for the men, mostly covered by her armor. Her bust is quite large as is her behind. Her hips are wide and her waist is small, giving her a nice hourglass figure. Her hips sway like a lady when she walks, although when running this fades. Her legs are strongly built, with somewhat thick thighs of muscle, although not so much that you can clearly see her muscles. The same goes for her arms, although those are rather thin, although you can not clearly see this on her arms since those are covered by armor and most of her legs aren't. She has been described as having angelic features, and her face confirms this as she looks most innocent.

Her name is relatively widespread throughout the region as there are many rumours about her being a savior, and returning the world to it's former glory. Kusaru a very charismatic lady, her beauty only furthering this even more as she is able to sway men and women with words and looks. However that is not all that she has, as this'd never constitute a leadership position in such a large, and powerful organisation. She is also extremely weighty in her words, and is usually truthful in what she says although she is known to carefully pick her words. She's said to be capable of turning anything into a positive light, capable of making those who are just widowed into soldiers who are willing to die with the touch of a hand. Some of these legends must be exagerated, but it goes to show her capabilities.

Besides that, Kusaru is extremely brave and unfaltering, as demanded by the position of leader. She's not afraid to take to the battlefield herself and show off her prowess and this has been known to win hearts of men and women alike, causing them to switch sides mid battle. She is quite a sight to behold and knows how to put up a show if the situation demands it. Kusaru is an extremely smart individual, capable of mentally ousting those who are physically stronger than her, although those are not many in number.

Furthermore she is friendly and nice, although this is really an appearance, as she also shows sociopathic tendencies. She doesn't seem to care about murdering those who stand in her way, entirely different from when she became a shinobi at first. Now, she lost that strike of caring too much, and is able to murder without any emotions. She thinks that her goals ultimately warrants the death of these people who stand in her way, because she must do what is good for the shinobi world - restart the cycle. This combination (friendly and nice <--> not opposed to murder) is a strange one indeed, but she seems to make it work.

【History】
Kusaru was born as child of an unknown male shinobi of no importance, and a woman of Kirigakure that was raped during one of the last wars, 26 years ago. After this war the era of peace was more or less introduced, resulting in a mostly impoverished group of shinobi. As such Kusaru grew up in Kirigakure amidst growing poverty. Never the less, she still wanted to become a shinobi, and began at a young age. She appeared gifted, and did extremely well in almost all courses. As a result she graduated as a genin at the age of 8 already. Remarkably enough she was also a chunin already by the age of 11, and a jonin at the young age of 15. Earning a steady, but meagre wage, made her realize just how bad the shinobi world had become. The only things many people recall about her, is that she loved reading history books, and specifically the era wherein Sasuke ran from Konoha, and collected a band of comrades, as well as that she was quite a powerful shinobi, dwarfing most of similar ranks.

Three more years passed, Kusaru earning a meagre but sufficient wage at age 18, before she vanished from Kirigakure alongside several very secret scrolls. Having spent some time as a famed Kirigakure rogue nin hunter, she knew the tricks of the trade and how to evade the rogue nin hunters. For several years she eluded the rogue nin hunters, until one day she didn't. Like the books she used to read, Kusaru had also collected a band of comrades. Instead of eluding, and fleeing from the Kirigakure nin hunters, she stopped and fought, winning alongside her newfound comrades. Amongst her comrades were several famous shinobi, who she seemed to have talked into following her.

We can only guess what happened between then and now, as she frequently went off the radar, only to come back slowly and fading away again. Last we heard, she was leader of the Keihatsu, both leading in hierarchy as well as being on the field.

【Family ties】
Kusaru wasn't particularily fond of her family, but then again she didn't have strong ties to them either. Her mother never really seemed to love her, although this grew over the ages but ended again when Kusaru fled the village. Kusaru has a degree of respect for her father despite the fact that he raped her mother. He was a shinobi, and war is war. Being a shinobi herself she can seemingly relate to this reaction - grabbing back to your primal instincts.

【Fighting style】
Kusaru fights smart, but with great strength. She doesn't neccesarily plunge herself into dangerous situations and is able to carefully see the lay of the land, where the enemies are and potential attacks she can use to easily defeat everyone. As an experienced shinobi, whose power is apparently way above her age - she also has the ability to see atleast two hundred moves ahead, able to carefully predict a battle even before it's begun. This has it's limits ofcourse, but this allows her to dictate the flow of battle like a master, something that most shinobi also do but on a much lesser level.

In battle she is quick, strong and agile, leaving little openings in her guard, and if she does, it's usually on purpose. She makes sure to keep her weaknesses well hidden, or covered by her inner circle.

An Overview

As the years changed so did Konohagakure: with the Shinobi becoming less and less important with the arrival of new technologies, and the need for housing ever growing it was evident that the city had to expand in ways not thought of before. With new technologies like cranes and such skyscrapers made a new appearance. These small appartments were available for small sums to accomodate the lowered wages for those hit by the technological outbreak. It wasn't all positive, but nowadays the negative side effects of technology are largely overcome.

The city is still bustling with greenlife, as is Konoha's tradition. They are after all still a village hidden in the leaves. As such there are plenty of parks and recreational areas, lakes with beach shacks to enjoy a calm day in. There are also plenty of new shopping streets, loaded with different styles of shops - new shopping centres or even shopping skyscrapers have appeared, with every shop you can imagine located conveniently in 1 spot. Not to say that there is no traditionalistic small housing areas, because those are still plentiful.

Smalltown

Smalltown is the traditional part of town; an area reserved mostly for middle class incomes with an occasional lower class or higher class citizen living there as well. Defining features are a traditional and calm feel, as the area is largely populated by small families with two working parents, schoolgoing children and some older couples. Besides houses the area is also rich in small shops attached to some houses - for instance, ramen shops, gift shops or small supermarkets.

Although Smalltown is intended for usage mainly by families, the areas closer to the center of the village frequently see lots of students and people going out, and as such there's not as many supermarkets or regular shops, and more ramen shops and bar's present in the area. As such it's a good hangout for many of the local youth, whether they come from smalltown itself or from an area in the high density housing areas.   Built by the hands of the 9th Hokage by pure ambition for a better world and in order to redeem her clan from what Root had become after decades of shady activities. For the large part, it has kept its end of the bargain for about 150 years, each Head Master proving to have a certain level of competence and experience, chosen by an ominous council often composed with at least one veteran Director.
  
  The term 11th Corp originates from the 10 Corps sent by each village to compose various battalions to help bring general peace and stability to most countries in the Shinobi world. They were essentially the tools used to maintain what the five great countries have created after the 4th Shinobi Grand war. However there would be one hidden Corp that would work in ways somewhat contrary to these Corps as it would not serve the general benefit of the international agreement for peace but bring intelligence and eyes on every ally concerned in this era of 'peace'. Though good intentions came from this, a cycle of dishonesty and evident hypocrisy stems from these kinds of projects. But if history has taught anyone anything, it's that history repeats itself, whether it is by ignorance or in this case, obligation.
  
  The 11th Corp is located in the border between Small Town and the Financial District. The massive building of glass stands out from the small buildings of the classical rich neighborhood of Konoha and the busy business streets. Being one of the largest buildings in the entire village, it is extremely difficult to miss, especially with the big '11th Corp' sign placed at the large from yard. Interestingly, what is seen by the naked eye is mostly open to the public and is even used to welcome many diplomats and business owners for regular visits. The visible 'A' areas of the building are interconnected by large Transfer Bridges easily accessed in multiple levels of the building. As said previously, there are multiple 'areas' in the 11th Corp, all of which shall be detailed here.

  Area A-1

  
  

  
  
  Visibly the more decorated and luxurious of the two glass buildings, this one is mainly use to greet highly prolific political figures, large business owners, notable VIP's and so on. The advantage that this area offers is that it is equipped with state of the art technology to ease meetings and allow for a maximum of comfort when such individuals are present. But it is mostly good at making sure they are in complete safety as security is rather strong with also a direct link to the 11th Corp agents to the area if need of an intervention. Local business meetings are also done there, often with city officials so that everything can remain anonymous and avoid prying eyes.
  
  There are many offices in that area and despite how flashy they may be, the majority of these 'offices' are a form of embassies for almost all the Shinobi countries with contact to the Leaf. One of the few exceptions being the Land of Iron. This would mean that not only are the offices a part of another country but the whole area A-1 is considered a safe zone for any individual from the countries present in the current coalition agreed by Konoha. There's also a fancy restaurant in the ground floor for business meals and general celebrations.

  Area A-2

  
  

  
  
  The more 'casual' side of the public building. The A-2 section is generally where the civilian employees work communication and internal security. Simply put they handle various issues regarding Konoha natives abroad, whether it is travelling problems, visa difficulties and so on. They're also the ones who directly communicate with the Konoha and Fire Country embassies in other countries as well, relaying everything to the Hokage's mansion when required. They can be considered the general 'customer support' of those in need of information regarding the law, travelling and political status of x things.
  
  In order to get around the offices of that area, one must first identify themselves at the from lobby and justify their motives for visiting. Usually those coming are either there by request for an infinite amount of reasons, an appointment or a job offer. When visiting that area many would notice how the coffee lounge is always under siege by the same group of cynics obviously bored out of their minds in regards to their job.

  Area B

  
  

  
  
  In order to access Area B, clearance from a specific official and a key card are required. This part of the 11th Corp is only accessible through elevator and will lead to the basement level where most of the actual 11th Corp agents are stationed when on standby. Though a nice place to hunker down, they make themselves as invisible as possible and rarely stick around in plain sight. This area is used for two things: Providing a base for the agents to prepare their gear and capabilities before a mission or to hunker down afterward, and to offer a safe area for higher officials to discuss tactics and possible retaliation alternatives.
  
  This area serves a particularly good bunker in case of a large scale Bijuu attack. Though not expected in this era of peace, one can never be too safe. There's also a constant, small staff in that level that keep tabs on the many outlets the Corp has in Konoha but also other countries. They're usually businesses, active or not, that serve as cover for agents. Their uses vary, going as far as being an area to stockpile information and weapons with the ability to keep a prisoner for torture to being a simple safe house.

  Area C

  
  

  
  
  A very mysterious part of the 11th Corp institution and one directly linked to Area B, at the same ground level. However this sector is only linked via a very long 3 kilometer tunnel that leads to under the outskirts, more precisely under Lake Yomadaru. One can only access it by either being an Agent, a higher up or being escorted by the latter if none of the previous two. Exceptions being specialized engineers. The goal of this area is very simple: Being a very useful battleground and simulator for the agents to test their abilities and stay at their peak. There are at least 6 rooms like the white room shown above in that area.
  
  These rooms serve one purpose, to create simulations so that training can commence. The way it works is that the room is actually riddled with various seals that apply both an illusion and a space-time manipulation in a short span of time. Essentially, the ones exposed to it can run toward the horizon and leave their colleagues behind without actually being in a comatose state. They are actually running but the room is able to manipulate itself in space to provide such distance.

  Area D-1

  
  

  
  
  An area even deeper than B, hidden deep enough to avoid even the most skilled of earth users. Area D is only allowed to higher ups, notably the Head Master and a select few researchers and engineers which are all highly monitored. Agents and civilians are only allowed under special circumstances. D-1 focuses mostly on technology research and stockpile, especially with gather information. Little is known about it other than its existence being known for a few decades now by the populace. The secret Asura Project is being pursued in that area as well as other highly dubious activities.

  More or less a reinforced server room and document archive (physical). Any kind of information is classified there, whether it is almost negligible to detrimental to national security.   The Head Master's desk varies from person to person, whether it is its location or its decor. For Fujitora it is at the top of the A-1 building, while Doyo preferred it to be in Area B for extra security. Those invited to this large office are often welcomed to smoke a cigar and drink some quality sake. One must not be fooled by the simplicity of the room however as it is tailored by the boss purposely to hide as many gimmicks as possible to have an advantage over a cocky takeover.

  Agent Uniform

  
  

  
  
  The standard uniform of the 11th Corp agents, utilized during assaults where their presence is to be marked, often for intimidation factor or simply to demonstrate Konoha's presence. Although simple, they are extremely malleable and are adapted for each member, some even capable of holding massive amounts of weapons to cater to the specialty of the user. It is worn with a white armband with the 11th Corp symbol on it and a traditional ANBU mask completely indistinguishable from the normal ANBU types.
• Obushide park

  

  
  Obushide is the largest park of Konohagakure, and sits comfortably between the main housing area of Smalltown and the base school of Konoha. Because of this there are often a lot of children between the ages of 2 (with parents) and 12 in the park, as well as older couples. From time to time there's even shinobi taking a breather after a long day of doing shinobi things. Youth hanging around the park is usually not a big problem although it does occur - usually they don't cause any trouble because the youth knows that their Shinobi same age youthlings would say something if they were being assholes. And truthfully, nobody wants to try their luck against a ninja. The few times it happened.. well, yeah. There's a large fountain with a fountain at the center of it shaped like a Koifish, a feature that most people love about this park. For that reason it's sometimes called the Koi's Pond, rather than Obushide park, although everyone in Konoha will know of both these names.
• Ayame's house

  Ayame Choko lives in Smalltown due to the friendly and calm neighbourhood - something she prefers over the bustling life in the financial district. Her house is rather traditional per custom of the neighbourhood, as she lives in the area of Smalltown where all houses were remnants of what was built there before. Nearby her is the Shinobi base school, something that she quite enjoys because she likes kids a lot (she even has dreams of getting a little monster herself one day, if she'd ever manage to trap a guy into marriage) and likes watching them go to school. It helps that the younger kids look up to her being a jonin, and more over the hokage's assistant. Because of that she's well known at the school and in the neighbourhood since she's one of the few shinobi who still live in Smalltown.
  
  Her house is quite small for shinobi standards - she has a kitchen area, a drawer with clothes and a walk in closet with more clothes, as well as a small chest on her drawer with senbon in it. To the side, next to the door, she has a workbench for making poison, with a shelf above it where she stores some poison ingredients - placed high up because Sentou used to visit and Ayame wasn't sure she'd like her to touch the glass pots with these valuable stuffs in them. To the left is her simple bed, which is covered in black blankets and pillows. If you walk in through the door, past the bed and then take a left you'll enter her bathroom which, in all honesty, is just a shower, sink and toilet. Despite her house looking clean, her bathroom counter is always dirty and filled with make-up.
• Minamoru's Restaurant aka “the Mighty Naruto”

  The Mighty Naruto is one of the largest restaurants in the area of Smalltown, any competitors being in the Financial district. As such it is quite profitable and mr. Minamoru's ties to the Yakuza make sure that it stays that way. The restaurant is managed by Mika Minamoru, Yamato's mother. Knowing that young labour is cheaper she has conscripted hired several of Yamato's friends classmates, such as Aoi who now caters to the entertainment in the restaurant, and Naomi Hyuuga who was practically forced by her father to start working in the restaurant as a server.
  
  The Mighty Naruto is a meeting point for many bussiness officials and politicians, and from time to time a group of jonin or a group of friends. As such the restaurant offers a wide variety of food and drinks - alcohol for those who want it. Smoking is allowed, ofcourse. Behind the standpoint of the man that took the picture above is a large restaurant area with tables and chairs, facing the small stage at the end of the building where there is room for entertainers like Aoi to take the stage and please the crowd.

Financial District

With the growing populations there was a call for an economical district, an area rich with skyscrapers, offices and large shopping malls to contrast the small traditional shops in Smalltown. And as a result Moneylanes appeared, funded and constructed by the Minamoru Building Corp. which was founded and led by Reijo Minamoru, Yamato Minamoru's father, who is a well known politician and economist, and also has questionable connections to the local mafia.

The small and bustling streets offer many shops, many of which are owned by the Minamoru family. Some of the stores are catered to Shinobi, such as Minamoru's Shinobi Superstore - Buy your senbon launcher today, and get a 50% discount! Ahem. Yes, there's plenty of commercials and hanging boards everywhere - a hazard for shinobi who are looking to get around the financial district quickly by jumping above the streets. Besides the obvious financially aimed buildings located in skyscrapers and covered shopping malls, there's some noteworthy buildings here such as the Don Maquia Opera and Theater, located in the Southeast of the district.

• Minamoru enterprises

  Minamoru Enterprises is the collection name for a very large amount of companies and stores owned and managed by the Minamoru family and clan. Their main bussiness consists of construction work, which has come to be due to the illustrous connections Reijo Minamoru has with the underworld of Konohagakure and other villages. With these ties he can secure contracts that would otherwise go to other building companies that offer much, much lower prices, but who are now scared to offer their services when Minamoru people are involved - because where there's a Minamoru construction worker, there's a Yakuza ronin not much further away.
  
  A small list of other work they do in the financial district would include..
  

  • Minamoru's Shinobi Superstore - located in the Minamoru Shopping mall, this is a store stocked and loaded with shinobi supplies, from basic explosive tags and kunai to some awesome senbon launchers, kunai deflectors and special edition Banzai!-flak vests. Sadly these are not condoned by the Shinobi board of Konoha and usage of these is not allowed while on duty.
  • Shi-shi sculpting store - located on 842 Hokage lane, this is a store that sells sculptures such as the Shi (guardian lions) and other such things. Given the low frequency of people coming to buy here, it's a surprise they haven't gone out of bussiness yet.
  • Uncle Naruto's Toy Shop! - located on 2124 Naruto street, this is a shop that is themed after Naruto the Hokage. He is prominently featured on most posters, causing a large surge in people buying stuff from this store. Most of the articles are action figures focussed around Naruto, Sasuke and their comrades although they don't resemble these people what so ever as they are built after a history based recollection of these people. It doesn't matter, everyone loves Naruto! Articles sell very well here, even the articles focussed after Sasuke.
• Don Maquia Opera and Theatre

  This theatre is located in the Southeast area of the Financial district, in front of a nice looking fountain. History of the theatre and operahouse revolve around the Don Maquia troupe, a travelling band of 'circus people.' Over the years this theatre changed from a grounds for the circus into a wealthy looking theatre. Despite appearances, tickets are quite affordable given don Maquia's somewhat generous stance to those interested in his shows. Shows are diverse and change often, although mostly they revolve around traditional plays and music. Some of these include...
  
  

  • Don Maquia's magic show - aimed at kids and, sometimes, adults interested in seeing magical abilities, this show revolves around magic tricks such as pulling kunai from tophats, extinguishing flames with fire jutsu and finally, making a shinobi randomly picked from the room dissapear and re-appear under the guise of space-time jutsu, although it really isn't. Sshhhh.. don't tell the kids that.
  • Misses Maquia's opera show - a lighthearted comedic opera show in which Misses Maquia goes on a search for her appetite, which was taken by accident by mr. Maquia when leaving for another tour with his circus. Desperate to eat something, she needs to find a way to regain her appetite. She does so by looking at male banana's. Will mr. Maquia find out? Warning: mature content. 18+ only.

  
  
  Many children and adults love going to these show and it can be said that they make a profitable earning - although mr. Maquia himself has chosen not to remain at the theatre, preferring the life on the road with his 'circus group.' As such, it's mostly retired circus members that work here to show off the arts they learned off of Don Maquia, a sort of remembrance to the times they spent with him.
• The Archives

  Although the archives are not so much an archive of secret information anymore and mostly a library, there are still hidden compartments in the library that are only accessible by shinobi above a certain rank. Secret scrolls, shinobi information and, most importantly, a hidden area with information on most if not all the shinobi, both those currently alive and dead. To maintain some degree of safety and security there's a shinobi permanently on guard here in the form of Shizen the Libraryman. He usually walks around and organises books, but is in reality a shinobi with extremely powerful jutsu, dedicated to defending and keeping the secret areas as they are - hidden from anyone that isn't a shinobi, and doens't have the proper clearance from the Hokage.
• Hideyoshi's house

  Hideyoshi Sawada is a jonin in service of the Konohagakure Shinobi Forces. As a result of his pay which is in accordance with the rate at which- and the amount of missions he completes, he's managed to afford a nice looking place. Despite owning his own apartment, Hideyoshi is still a 17 year old jonin who doesn't have much time to clean his room up. Being a jonin is an ongoing duty. This is reflected in his apartment, which is filled with goodies and looks like any 17 year olds room. Actually, it's probably more clean than most 17 year olds' rooms or apartments. Good job, Hideyoshi.
  
  

  
• The Metrostations

  Not wholly unimportant are the metrostations that were built using earth jutsu's to tunnel, after the population boom took place. After a cry for better transportation methods to and from the financial station, the Hokage ordered underground tunnels to be built. These metro's are powered by the driver, who uses lightning jutsu to power the machine. As such it's possible to quickly go to and from the financial district to any other district. Not that a shinobi would need it - you can run across rooftops with remarkable speed! Maybe if you're lazy.. I guess you can use the metro.

Downtown

When Downtown gets mentioned in an official report, it's usually a filing of murder, because downtown is where all the ugly stuff happens - the lower class lives here, mostly people who lost their jobs when technology took over. Seeing as Konohagakure enjoys a status of being the most central village, this area is rich in immigrants from Sunagakure and Kumogakure. Some of these immigrants are shinobi who have gone great lengths to hide that fact from the officials, lest they be slated into service of the Konohagakure armed forces. As such there are sometimes particularily violent crimes here as ex-shinobi commit murders, thefts and arson. Most of the jonins spend a lot of time here keeping the peace, an effort that has proven relatively fruitless. It's become so bad, the local Yakuza has also decided enough is enough and started cracking down violently on these immigrants causing trouble - this has done nothing but increase violence, fear and increased the workload for the jonins heavily. The area is quite bad, but there are sparkles of hope - some of the children in this area that went to the Shinobi base school turned out to be excellent mediators in these areas as they know how the people here live - as a result there's been a 50% decrease in violence when a local shinobi interferes, rather than a shinobi from another area.

Village Outskirts

Although Konoha is stilled walled in, their borders expand far beyond those walls. As such there are numerous (often wealthy) families living in their own little estates or houses outside of the village to maintain a maximum of peace, quiet and ofcourse, to demand respect since there are little people who can afford to live here. As such it's mostly lonesome shinobi who've been granted their own space, and wealthy families that reside here.

The outskirts consist of a large forested area if we go by the definition of Konoha's borders, so for simplicty we'll only consider the area within 5km around the village, which is where most people live anyway. Aside from forests there are also plenty of lakes, some small and some large - beach houses are commonplace here nowadays. Some of the noteable areas in the area include...

• Aoi Don Maquia's Caravan-house

  

  
  
  Aoi, being the little circus kid that she is, obviously chose to live in the spirit of her old troupe. As such she lives in a standard circus caravan for 2, even though she's living on her own momentarily. Not that it matters to her - she has more space to practice her crazy circus tricks now. Not many people know what these tricks are, but some have made estimated guesses that she..

  • .. secretly trains a summoned circus bear to dance to the beat of Narusasu's latest pop hit 'Friendship will always win.'

• Hojo Bathhouse

  
  
  The Hōjō is a clan that originates from Getsugakure, who, for several generations, have upheld and managed the Hojo Bathhouse and Inn, a dreamy and magical establishment whose main goal is to make their customers feel like they are at home away from home. Lying on the outskirts of Konohgakure, the structure sits on a large body of water and is attached to the mainland by a red and brown wooden bridge.
  
  Patrons may book at the establishment on an hourly, day, or weekly basis. The Bathhouse has five floors in total, the bottom floor being the bathhouse, the second and fourth floors are used to traverse across to the opposite sides of the building. The third is used as the Inn for renting rooms, and the fifth and highest floor is occupied by the Hojo Family themselves. Patrons are personally scrubbed, washed, and treated by an all female staff, though male staff do exist primarily for clerical duties.
  
  
  
  It is steadily busy during the day, but becomes ironically far more active at night, when the establishment becomes lit up and looks as though it is glowing. The establishment is known for hosting high-ranking officials and travelers coming from other nations and villages.
  
  
  
  Each circular-shaped bath is separated by a low encasing wall, with 2-4 women staff tending to those who occupy the bath. The baths are large and can occupy up to 10 people, give or take. There are several bathing treatments, which make use of different types of medicinal and herbalized water, ranging in different prices and gained by buying a token representative of that specific type of bath(ex: buying an aloe vera bath token will be used to provide aloe vera water). Elevators or stairs can be taken to access different floors. Long bridges are used on the second and fourth to get across the opposite side of the building.
  
  
  
  The interior resembles the colourful and vibrant gold and red insides of a Chinese Palace, and the hallways and bedrooms on the third floor are accented by antique vases, chandeliers, rugs, picture frames, tapestries, and other accessories. The boiler room that provides the heated water for the baths resides in the basement, and is also run by the male staff.
• Yamato's house

  

  
  
  Yamato and his family consisting of his sister Rei, mother Mika and his father Reijo, live in this house which is located near lake Yomadaru, a popular fishing and relaxation spot. Given that Reijo Minamoru is often away on (illegal) bussiness trips, or visiting one of his many lady bussiness contracts or mistresses, the house is often quiet given that Mika Minamoru is also away for long periods of time, working in her restaurant. This leaves Mika and Yamato to share the house in most cases, a thing that Yamato has no direct feelings to given that his sister is not extremely annoying to him although he wishes she'd work harder and practice more. Inside the house is 2 1-person bedrooms, and a master bedroom. Each room has it's own toilet and shower, as well as a walk in closet. Alongside that there's a dining room with a single wooden table and 6 chairs, with a single linen tablecloth running from one side to the other, more for decoration than purpose. In the living room is a large TV that is barely ever on, as well as a couch and 4 large sitting pillows in front of that couch. There's a small coffee table on both sides of the table with a light on it and there's a bookcase at one of the walls.
  
  

  Rei's room

  

  
  
  Built in the same style as Rei's bedroom, Yamato's bedroom has a similar size although he has a larger, 2 person bed with burgundy blankets and black pillow cases, as well as a desk with a laptop on it, although it's barely ever used. Asides that he has a large circular rug in the center of his room to practice on, and against the wall he has a large chest. Inside that chest is most of his equipment: kunai, shuriken, explosive tags and some books he's read a couple of times already. Hanging all over his room are sheets of paper with kanji written on them, with texts such as 'Strength' and 'Tradition' to remind himself to stay practicing and never to lose strength, or else he'd be worse than all those other chunin in his year. His room is very dark due to his burgundy wallpaper, and the blinds that are almost always closed halfway - there are only tiny stripes of light entering the room. Besides that, he's also got some katana and naginata's hanging on the wall although those are purely decorative.
  
  Besides a main house, you can walk down a short, narrow path to the lake they life closeby to to find an extra smaller house, referred to as the Lakehouse (original huh) that belongs to the Minamoru family as well. Although owned by them, most of Yamato's classmates know this location as more of a chilling spot or a hangout because Yamato doesn't seem to care much about this location or them hanging out around here - Mika hangs out around this spot with her friends as well after school and it's known to be a place where people go to make out and... do other stuff, given that there's essentially a small house inside the Lakehouse - complete with bed and a shower, as well as a small kitchen.
  
  

  
  “The Lakehouse”
• Lake Yomadaru

  Lake Yomadaru is a famous lake because, for some reason, the weather here is always fair. Some argue that it's because the nearby mountains block the rain clouds from reaching the area although, meteorologically this remains to be seen. As far as anyone is concerned, the lake is a nice place to hang out at and unwind after a day of defeating bad shinobi and killing Yakuza criminal thugs. Besides the relaxative features, the lake is full of fish, some as large as an entire Smalltown-house (yes the lake is that deep) which means the lake is often used for both sustainability fishing as well as competitive fishing. Shinobi that chime in with water will find themselves considerably more at ease here than at any other lake or ocean, the reason for that being the large amount of chakra that remains in the lake after the Sage of the Six Paths himself urinated into the water - that's the legend, anyway, and it's never been proven. There's a boathouse - teahouse hybrid where you can have some traditionally made tea, and then hire a boat to tour your girlfriend/boyfriend around the lake, a nice touch to any lake.
• The Naito Compound

  

  
  The Naito compound is situated further off from Lake Yomadaru. They once lived in the village but after their fame, and likewise, disdain grew, they moved onto a piece of land on its outskirts. The vista seen was taken by a photographer at the fenced entrance of the compound.
  
  

  

  
  Beyond the various homes that shelter the lesser members, rests the long, lakeside lodge of the Naito head family. This is where Daiki spends the majority of his time when he comes home, training near the lake with Mentor and when he can, spending time with his family. Mentor stays with the Naito head family when he's around. Its hold three bedrooms, a master bedroom, three toilets, a large rectangle table in the kitchen, and several flags with the Naito clan's symbol falling from the second floor to greet their visitors.
  
  

  

  
  Unlike his mother's, whose room is rampant in soft shades of pink, his own is cast in shades of blue. Dark trees that are authentically painted with blue leaves and swirling vines that spring from the floors onto the sliders. A modern bed is settled in a corner, wood-colored sheets and comforters fixed cleanly onto it. A desk is placed off to the side with a desktop on it, while a TV rests on a large dresser in front of the bed. He has an authentic suit of armor that holds Anemone between his desktop and bed.

Famed for: Being the first Uchiha as a leader, restoring the Uchiha clan, reforming the general organization of the police force.

9. Momo Shimura

Danzo Shimura's great grand daughter and victim of general public shame once many Konoha governmental documents were declassified. The Shimura fell from their grace during the orange Hokage's and Sarada's reign, pushing them into tight social dilemmas and limiting their access to certain jobs. Though the clan wasn't responsible for Danzo's many illegal activites, their indeniable link to him caused general distrust from the populations and a need to receive an apology from the entirety of the clan.

Momo Shimura was a firm believer in jutice and sought to make things right. Her clan apologizing was of course, an outrageous option, but Konoha's anger wasn't unjustified. Having as much talent as the progenitor of this mess, she quickly ascended ranks and befriended Sarada Uchiha as she reached the end of her term. Despite the suffering brought to the Uchiha by the Shimura, Momo was deeply trusted by Sarada and was, quite ironically, given charge of Root. As salvation for her clan and to purge the sin of Konoha's past, she abolished the entire organization and instored a new insitution known as the 11th Corp. It would be founded on similar operations, but adhering to general human rights and of course, would only work via the approval of the population.

This action not only earned Konoha's forgiveness toward the past but also allowed Momo to be demanded as the Hokage when Sarada reached the limit of her position. Her reign as Hokage was a rather peaceful one with multiple reforms regarding the law being made, especially with general expension going on.

Famed Ability: Oxygen Siphon

10. Gonba Ichiraku

Gonba was the choice after Momo, being the great grandson of the famous Ichiraku ramenshop owner. It didn't seem like an obvious choice but he had transformed into a great cooking nin, who was able to use the instruments of his cookery in displays of great strength, and use his raw ingredients to attack.

However the reason for his choosing wasn't his strength, although it was definetely a factor, it was his ongoing support for the industrialization for Konohagakure, which played a large part in the current situation of Konoha's politics. At this time it wasn't expected that the industrialization would impact the shinobi trade as heavily as it did, providing Gonba with a large amount of support to become Hokage. Progresses made under his rulership included the creation of a high tech police facility, which over the years made regular shinobi investigators almost obsolete to the point where shinobi investigators were only called on when a crime was commited by a shinobi.

Furthermore the building of a large scale kunai factory was done, providing even regular citizens with a set of these for a cheap price, but ultimately, also meant that regular citizens had a lesser need for protection by Konohagakure shinobi, and ultimately also led to the devaluation of the kunais in circulation at that point in time.

11. Tenzu Momochi

A Hokage whom, like the old times, proved his worth through power alone. Recognized as the strongest Shinobi Konohagakure had produced since Hiruzen Sarutobi and Naruto Uzumaki. However Tenzu was mostly known for being the first shinobi to have both parents come from the Water Country, while he was born in Konoha as they immigrated. He lived off poor most of his life as his parents had very low qualifications, he didn't gave much of a choice and enrolled as a pofessional shinobi.

He discovered his telents there and became known as the most talented Chuunin of the decade when he was 15. A year later he was promoted to Jonin and was given highly sensitive operations. He eventually hit politics as his notoriety got the attention of many big shots, and later on his portfolio was massive enough to enclude people from all parts of the country. As he reached the Hokage's personal circle, he already had many mob bosses supporting him, which left Gonba lacking in trust toward the powerful shinobi.

As Gonba passed away, Konoha was given a choice, and Tenzu was not one of the recommended nin to be elected. However, the massive lobby Tenzu had achieved and his general prowess that assured many military oriented inviduals got him the votes to reach the top. He is still considered the Fourth God of Shinobi to this day despite the many scandals regarding him.

Famed Ability: Weather manipulation

12. Mariko Hyuuga

Mariko's primary skills were not in combat or martial prowess but rather in diplomacy and economics. There was a large call for this after Tenzu nearly instigated a world war and a break down of the shinobi alliance with his violent shows of power, which were almost on par with the fourth Raikage's bouts of showing off.

Mariko Hyuuga had a hard time dealing with the increased level of Yakuza activity in Konohagakure despite attempts to reform, including crack downs, bargaining and even surrendering power to them at points in time. Despite all attempts to get rid of the illegal Yakuza activity she remained largely unsuccesful and was mocked constanly for failing to deal with the issues at hand, despite her best efforts.

Current critics say there was little she could've done but she is still widely regarded as the 'worst Hokage to ever exist' and as a result of that she resigned at an early age and immigrated to Kumogakure, along with a small portion of the side branch to protect her byakugan.

Famed ability: Hyuuga prodigy

13. Zeno Hakarasu

The Hokage elected almost immediately after Mariko's resignation, he was more or less the "default" Hokage meant to maintain someone at the peak of executive power and keep some control over the village's actions. Although praised for representing the diversity of Konoha's modern population by being the first Hokage with pure Kumo heritage (though he was born in Konoha), his performances could be considered stagnant to say the least. His predecessor gained the title of worst Hokage the village had ever known, but he did not take as many initiatives as she did, making it less damaging for public opinion and the city's finances.

Some good things came from his reign, however, as he managed to strengthen international relations even more and ease exchanges in terms of people (shinobi exchange programs) and trade opportunities. Economically the leaf had known a slightly growth, but socially the plague of Downtown and the never ending complaints of the people often fell at deaf's ears. It didn't help that he was part of these Hokage who were not renown for being one of the stronger individuals of the shinobi line but simply someone with a lot of popular backup. His credibility hit an all time low the year of his assassination.

Ayame and Fujitora Choko, two individuals close to him, have seized the chance in changing the ways work in the village and promptly assassinated Zeno 12.5 years into his mandate. He will go down as the third Hokage who died in battle as he was on the throne, second to be assassinated in front of his people. His legacy is still to be determined as only history will judge his actions in the long run.

To give you a short overview, it's important to represent where we are currently in the Narutoverse. After all the Narutoverse is filled with stories of old, so it'd be a good idea to represent that by giving a timeline to start with. Our RP takes place 200 years after the birth of Sarada Uchiha and Boruto Uzumaki. For the setting that means we'll be living in a somewhat more modern world (comparable to ours) but this being Naruto and thus, being highly inconsistent with tech canonically (there's been earpieces and mecha's but then we also have swords, and no guns), we have taken several liberties to maintain the feeling of Naruto that we all love so dearly.

As such you have to imagine a mildly modern setting, where we now have things mixed like a low amount of trucks, cars and motorbikes, but also still have prominent carriages with horses, mules or what have you. This also means that new tech has made new social changes, and as such the shinobi are featured less prominently in shinobi villages, that are now turning into something more akin to.. shinobi cities? Either way, skyscrapers and economical centers now litter the horizon inside the village, although it's obviously not as bad as it seems - there's still some quiet places you can hang out, or live. The changing social scene has also led to a decrease in the number of shinobi, atleast in the smaller villages. The main forces are still in the five big villages and even there they have a lower wage than before - it's not so much possible anymore to get by on a genin-wage.

This RP will also feature a more slice-of-life approach, although that is debateable. We will ofcourse still do plenty of missions, but we like character interaction as much as the fights in Naruto, and as such we place a prominent focus on the character interactions. Don't worry, you can still beat up bad guys. Another thing that is important for us is balance and we make sure to review each sheet adequately. If you want a powerful missing nin, it's probably best to look elsewhere. But Partisan, you might say, you have rules about prodigies and how they're better than the rest! That's not balanced! Ah, yes. You see, besides the balance, we also like conflict not only with outside forces (missing nin, typical bad guys or organisations) but we also like internal conflict where multiple characters don't like eachother. The prodigies are a tool to us to achieve this - most of them are, you'll find, not social at all and some even have some form of a god complex, or at the very least are a bit more arrogant. They're more or less tools to assure that we have some conflict between characters, atleast at the start.

Welcome to Naruto: Path to Enlightment, thank you for taking the time to read through this massive wall of text, or atleast attempting to before getting scared off. If you are going to continue reading, good! Otherwise if you leave we'll hate you forever. Choose wisely.

Regardless of what you do it's important to know that this is a reboot of an older RP. The last RP went well and we would've continued if our head GM was still around. This thread is a workaround of sorts to make sure we can (and will) update the thread. Besides that, having a clean sheet to work with can be good sometimes.

However this also means something for you; there'll be established characters that have a history together and it can be hard to fit into that. There'll also be a history of sorts with events that are important. Fear not; I encourage you to read it (atleast some) but it's not required because of the nature of this RP. It's possible for your character to be a fresh graduate and as such to not have any knowledge of what has been going on (maybe some, but minimal). So it's very much possible to join the RP even if you weren't here from the start.

That said, a lot of the RPers in this RP have no problems with answering questions as long as they're asked in a respectful manner. Actually, I bet if you cuss and swear at us we'd probably answer you anyway. So if you have questions just ask (or yell) and we'll get to it. Probably. No promises. I can be lazy.

• No perfect characters (Mary Sue and Gary Stu).
• GM team has final say. Always.
• One-lining is not acceptable. Two lining isn't either.
• Consistency is key. We understand posting a little less sometimes. There's limits, though.

• Prodigies have the benefits of being 2-4x stronger than regular chuunin and having an additional A rank jutsu. The prodigies are meant to sow initial division between players, to enforce a degree of conflict between the players aside from the obvious plot driven conflicts. Don't ask for one, we will approach you.
• Be diverse and dynamic with creating your characters; don't be set in stone for what you want and be prepared to change your ideas as we go. This means; don't be an asshole if you don't get what you want. Either scrap the idea or change it to our liking.
• Be original, don't be a rip-off of the original cast and their kids. I know it's hard but I believe in you guys. You can be related to but that's different than I'm Madara's kid who somehow survived all those years.
• The GM team is full of idiots. We make mistakes. Deal with it, we're here for our own pleasure as much as yours.
• That said, we also do not like to place us in charge of your pleasure entirely. We're not getting paid for this, we don't get much more gratification other than we enjoy doing it so far. Keep that in mind when you complain to us, and think to yourself if you've ever GMed. It's a hard job. Also realize that you yourself are allowed to plot for your own character and that we are not opposed to helping with that.
• We're also not opposed against PVP conflict. If you want to take someone's sharingan or whatever, you can do that. Just.. make sure not to be an ass about it regardless of which side you're on on that plot. Work stuff out.

Because Naruto is a diverse world with diverse techniques, with some more balanced than others, we have chosen to make several rulesets for characters for each rank. This is to avoid situations with, for example, a chunin who has the rinnegan, fighting some chunin who barely has a single B rank technique. It's also to avoid broken jutsu, such as Flying Thunder God, being used to cheese fights. It might seem like a fun thing to give your characters, especially if they have a historical reason for having that jutsu. And I agree, it's a fun niché thing that makes it more interesting. But looking at pro's and con's for these kind of jutsu, we have to decide that ultimately it's not worth it, because that means your jutsu will give you pleasure, but it will detract that of those that go up against your character, or those that wanted something similar but got denied. It's put in place to avoid bad situations where two people cannot reach an ultimatum about fights. Simple as that. We do not accept arguments about these things, they're set in stone.

Note: N/A in front of a rank means 'no limit' within reason. You can use as many of these as you like although that doesn't mean you have to use every one of them. They also need to make sense. A character with an aptitude for high level lightning jutsu will probably have more of these N/A lightning jutsu than fire jutsu. Simple as that.

Note: Kage-level characters will not be judged on their jutsu lists or anything of the sort, they will be judged on identity: are they interesting, are they worthy of the kage-level stamp and do they serve a good, useful purpose? That's because once you reach jonin status, it becomes really quite easy to pass into kage-level areas, and beyond kage there are no ranks. That means the power levels within kage-level characters fluctuate heavily.

“Banned Jutsu”

General bans refer to simply not being allowed to have this jutsu on any character, in or out of battle.
Combat bans refer to bans for combat only, meaning they are allowed outside of combat.
Limit jutsu refer to jutsu that are allowed, in and out of combat, but have limited usage.
Jutsu list will be updated as we go and encounter issues. If we encounter no issues, the list will remain like this. If we encounter more we will add jutsu and notify you.

Location list - this is a list of (possible) locations in the RP. There are more obviously, but these are the ones we created to give players some freedom as to where to go with predefined locations. Want to go on a date with another character? Why not visit the Minamoru Restaurant, the Mighty Naruto? Arc 1: Road to Party - in arc 1 of the RP the crew sets out to have a party at Yamato's lakehouse, but things turn bad when three other fresh chunin graduates were murdered in the bushes.
Arc 1: The Meeting - in this chapter the crew meets before heading out to face a danger. It shows that these chunin are still desperate for acknowledgement from higher up as they chase after the killers themselves.
Arc 1: Ending - in this chapter the arc is ended. This is the end post, marking the start of the next arc.

Arc 2: Start - in this chapter, arc 2 was started with the mission to retrieve several scrolls for the land of Iron, which would open up diplomatic capabilities with the secluded samurai.
Arc 2: Meeting Kusaru, ending - in this chapter, the crew meets Kusaru and her henchman and companion, Gian. The two don't seem hostile but have a kill order on their head, so Yamato and Daiki attack. The rest of the crew either joins or stops them, leading to a lack of bloodshed. Kusaru seems satisfied and leaves, after a show of good will.

Arc 3: Start - the Hokage starts a speech to announce a new exchange program to train the best hunter-nin possible, but is rudely interrupted by a hooded figure.
Arc 3: Grand Reveal - the hooded figure reveals who they are and assumes direct control over the village of Konoha right that moment. A long forgotten but powerful jutsu utilised in Amegakure is cast casting the village into a shroud of darkness and rain.
