As a rule I don't watch much anime, but believe you me I'd watch the SHIT out of a magical girl anime where all the magical girls are dudes. Like, all the same vibes and tropes, but with dudes.

Devon "Dee" Turner

Appearance:
While his skin doesn't allow any distinguishing features to shine through, one call tell that he is decently well built in body. Dee stands at 5'8 and weighs about 160 lbs. Clothes are exempt from his light absorption, meaning he looks like a man shaped void wrapped in clothes.

Physical Mutations:
His skin and flesh absorbs almost all light, giving him the appearance of a black silhouette. Oddly enough his eyes glow yellow despite his skin and his blood is white, which floats up into the air when leaving his body.

Powers:
Odd Physiology- Dee's body is... weird to say the least. Beyond the fact that he looks like a shadow man from your nightmares, his blood leaks upwards and glows white in color, his eyes have no discernable features besides a softly glowing yellow, and he has no detectable heartbeat. Nonetheless he breathes, eats, and pisses like everyone else so... who knows.

Light Absorption: With but a thought Dee can suck the light out of a surrounding area, covering it in absolute darkness that no amount of technology or heightened senses can see through. A disturbing experience for most but otherwise harmless... that is until Dee releases the light he's stored in the form of a high energy beam capable of ripping most people in half.

Do you have plans for the Morlocks? Because I was going to have them be apart of my character's backstory, but didn't want to impose if you already had a set idea of what they were going to be in this setting.

I'd be interested, what's your opinion on mutants that look like... well, mutants? I got an idea for a character who is slowly mutating into more beastly form but want your thoughts before I get too far in.
