I mean I'm just looking at the backstories and seeing that none of these people would have a background in violence, and it would be a lie to say that it wouldn't bother me seeing relatively normal people without a history of violence suddenly becoming combat gods as soon as they have powers, especially if/when they kill someone in the field. Sorry if I'm coming off as a curmudgeon, it's just a minor pet peeve.

Robophobia, The Fear of Robots
Nano Boosted Biology: Tavis' body is filled with nanomachines that are slowly phasing out his flesh for robotic replacements. So far they have replaced his bones, teeth, and eyes with cybernetic enhancements.
-Eyes, converted into a cyberpunk visor Travis is able to magnify his vision up to 5x and see into different spectrums, namely thermal, ultraviolet, and a electromagnetic vision. Travis is also able to fire a fairly devastating laser out of his "eye" but unless an external energy source is used it will instead use Travis' stored calories as energy, leaving him physically exhausted after use.

-Bones, Travis' bones have been converted into an unknown alloy by the nanomachines, making them nearly unbreakable.

-Teeth, Nothing too special, his teeth have become incredibly sharp since the first injection. They can slice through kevlar like a hot knife through butter.

-Slight Muscle Enhancements, while they haven't yet been replaced completely they have been reinforced by the nanomachines to more easily support the new weight of his bones. He's easily stronger than most normal men but can't quite bend iron just yet.

Personality
Travis is a marvelously simple person with simple tastes. He's a sadist, his love of battle stemming more from his desire to cause pain and death than any love of the fight itself, and has a deep love and admiration for pizza. If he can have both, them he is content. This isn't to say that he's some mindless blood happy thug who can't deal with people, on the contrary Travis is a fairly affable individual with an irreverent charm that people are drawn to... at least until they see what he's capable of.

At the core of it, Travis is a man who wishes to do what he pleases and be left well enough alone.

Backstory
There isn't much to Travis' story. He was a troublemaking kid who grew up into a violent criminal, getting shipped off to the frontlines as a penal soldier after getting arrested. It was here, in this perpetual meatgrinder, that he was expected to die and be forgotten. He never did.

Travis lead his merry band of killers and con men into hell itself multiple times, coming back bloody, bruised, but alive every time. Eventually his reputation for survival got Dr. Williams' attention and Travis was plucked from the front, pressed into Project: P.H.O.B.I.A. by his superiors. Now he is here, flooded with the nanomachines that killed every other applicant and waiting for his orders.

Misc
-Technically Travis is still a convict in England's prison systems and is treated as such. He must wear an ankle bracelet when outside the facility and must pre announce him leaving at least a day before.
-While Travis is a violent psychopath he can be trusted more or less to do what he's told as it is counterproductive to his survival to start random fights with personnel.
-Travis has no preference of the gender or sex of his partners.

Travis is an odd combination of cruel sadism and genuine affability, able to casually talk about the weather as he strangles the life out of someone.
