Personality: Ruby is a paranoid schizophrenic she is emotionally and mentally unstable she can be quite dangerous. Ruby is on anti psychotic medication because of her crazy outbursts and psychotic tendencies but they only help so much even while on them she can be erratic and dangerous.

Bio: Ruby never had a happy child her mother was a violent drunk and she was always bullied at school. The only one she ever thought cared for her was the worse monster of them all. When she tuned 13 she found out that the loving and caring father she knew was just an act when he snuck into her one night after her mother went to sleep and molested her after that night he started to pay her a visit every night. When she was 15 she tied to kill herself by cutting her own throat but the cut was not deep enough to saver any major veins or arteries her father found her and used a towel to slow down the bleeding long enough for the ambulance to arrive. the next thing she new she was waking up in the hospital after a few days she was allowed to go home life continued as normal for a little while until her mother woke up one night and caught her husband in her daughters room she was shocked and still drunk from al the booze she drank before bed and in a drunken rage she barged into the room and attack her husband and daughter calling him a dirty cheater and her a disgusting wore her Father knocked her out and put her back in bed the next morning she thought what she had seen was just a bad dream. After that night something snapped inside Ruby and that morning she walked into the shed and picked up her fathers chain saw and used it to chop her parents into pieces. After hearing the full story the judge sent her to a mental heath hospital to revise treatment.

Power: Vibration Manipulation (she can vibrate her body/ molecules, part of the environment, and project vibrations through almost any medium. she can phase through a building, project attacks through the ground, water, or air, for an advantage, and inflict harm by vibrating any solid matter to dust.)

Personality: Kasumi is a kind person who always puts others first and always tries to do the right thing. Kasumi is very outgoing active almost hyper at time she hates sitting still and doing nothing and only slows down when she is working on a new song or fixing/ upgrading her things.

Bio: Kasumi was raised in a nice home her father worked all the time as a engineer to support his family and her mother was a school teacher. Kasumi was always an over active kid growing up she never staid still for long but as she got older her parents noticed the only time she stopped running around was when she was listening to music. when was 9 her parents bought her a guitar and paid for music lesions Kasumi loved it and soon she started writing and singer her own songs. When she was 13 got herself an electric guitar and an amp and started performing at her school talent shows. Kasumi started fixing and upgrading her guitar and amp for improved sound quality. and when she was 15 she even found a way to upgrade her Ipad into a portal amp by adding new ports and improving the speakers although it was no where near as good a a real amp it simply allowed her to play and practice her electric guitar where ever she went. When she was 16 Kasumi started playing at local pubs and bars and after a few years she got noticed by a music producer and got a record contact now she plays at concerts and is a quite popular performer.

Personality: Brock is a thug he is quick to anger and violence but unlike most tugs he hates this about himself he tries to stay calm he tries not to lose control because when he gets angry someone always gets hurt. Despite being an angry person Brock is a nice guy he always regrets what he has done once he has calmed down and always tires to make up for his mistakes. Brock will help out others in need when ever he can and will always try to walk away from a fight before he losses his temper.

Bio: Brock was grew in an orphanage and never had any friends he was never adopted because his anger issues and grew up feeling alone and abandoned. When Brock was about 13 he ran away from the orphanage and lived on the streets where her stole what he needed to live and hid from the police. While living on the streets Brock used to get into a lot of fights he did not like fighting but he couldn't stop himself from losing control when someone started on him. When Brock was about 16 he realised he had a talent for fighting even though he didn't like it he saw a way for him to earn some money He started fighting in underground fight clubs and he used the prise money to rent a house and pay the bills. After awhile Brock caught the attention of a muay thai Master who decided to try and help him control his anger by training him in muay thai Brock accepted his offer in hopes of becoming more disciplined and less violent. Brock was a natural fighter and pick up on the techniques quite quickly and in about 5 years he became a black belt. Even though Brock was a grate fighter he never quite learnt to control his anger he learnt a few breathing techniques to help calm him down but he still loses control from time to time only now he has trained in a deadly fighting style. One day in a bar he was just minding his own business having a few drinks and tries to relax when a group of thugs started making trouble they threw his drink to the ground started shoving him around and insulting him, Brock could feel himself getting angry and tried to walk away that when the thugs started to attack him at that point he lost control and the next thing he knew he was standing in the middle of an empty bar with broken glass and tables all around him and he was standing over 7 dead bodies covered in blood. within a few minuets the cops showed up and arrested him he was charged and convicted with 7 counts of aggravated assault and mender.

Power: Bio Energy Manipulation (he can generate, control and manipulate all forms of energy generate by or contained within a living body. This is a more powerful version of Biotics from Mass Effect and i am also upgrading the biotic charge attack now it is a type of teleportation that works the same way as the Teleportation power in the movie jumper.)

Personality: Leonard is smart kind hearted young man who dreams of helping mankind live a longer, healthier life by advancing human evolution. Leonard is a bit of a loner and dose not have many friends as he spends most of his time studying.

Bio: Leonard grew up in Canada with his parents he always liked animals and when he was a boy he spent a lot of time plying in the woods with them. Leonard as Leonard got a little older he father started having heart problems and ended up died from a heart attack. Leonard started studding all the time as a coping mechanism and after a few years his mother was diagnosed with dementia. A few years later his mother started to get worse by this point Leonard was about 10 and his mother finely told him what was wrong and once again he retreaded into his books and began studding more. After a couple years had an idea there was a type of lizard called Axolotl that could regenerate parts of their brain and heart he realised if someone figured out how to incorporate that ability into humans that would have saved his farther and would cure his mother as well as so many others. After that he focused his studies on biology and applied to the University of Toronto as it had the best biology program in Canada and it was close to home so he could still take care of his mother.

Power: DNA Manpulation (He can manipulate and alter the DNA of any living thing including plants and tress as well as speak to and control Animals.)

Personality: Viper is a cold and distant person who dose not trust or befriend other easily. Viper is a trained killer and veteran soldier she is willing to do anything and sacrifice anything or anyone including her own life to complete her mission what ever it may be. Viper loves her country and will do anything to protect it from all treats.

Bio: Rose was raised in a military family her farther and his fathers before him where all soldiers going back generations all of witch had multiple sons to continue their family's tradition. Many of her family have died over the years none of her family ever regretted it for a second. her farther always wanted a son to continue the tradition but his wife died giving birth to his daughter and he never remarried. He was always disappointed that he never had a son to join the army and being a typical sexist chauvinistic pig he never believed women belonged in the military and forbid his daughter from joining. Rose always resented her farther because of his attitude and decided to join the army to spite him and to honer their family's tradition Rose Farther disowned her for disobeying him. Rose dedicated herself to the army and proved she was just as good if not better then any man in the army. Her superiors noticed her skill and dedication and assigned her to a black ops team she continued to carry out her duties with out hesitation even after losing right her eye in battle she never lost focus and continued the mission soon she was promoted to team leader. Under her leadership the team became much more brutal and efficient carrying out their orders with lethal precision leaving no witnesses on any of her missions earning the nickname the one eyed viper. After a while Rose left the army and became a military contractor which is just a fancy way of saying she is a mercenary although she still works for the american government a lot of the time she will also take any other jobs no matter what the mission is she will kill anyone or destroy anything as long as it dose not involve betraying her country. Over the years she became cold and distant to others realising humans always look out for themselves before anyone or anything else and that betrayal was in our nature but even after knowing this she still decided she would never betray her country even if it betrayed her.

Power: Spiritual Manipulation (she is able to control and manipulate her own Spirit energy as well as being able to see, control, manipulate and communicate with any spirit.)

tabbycat your CS is accepted the only thing is that power is kinda week sine the aim of is preventing disasters, you may want to upgrade to something more powerful if you would like to and need help thinking of a new power I could give you a few ideas I even have a few more powerful powers that would allow you to clone yourself.
