*Giggles madly*
As his guardian swoops in and wraps around the Dream Guardian Lan recalls how he had wanted for a long time to hide away from everything, the threads confusing him, making him want to flee, to block it all out. 'However, my brother, and Master Seishu, drew me out. Kaila saw my potential and asked Master Seishu to give me some tasks that would force me to use my gift, to show me it was not something to hide from' He chuckles at the blush on Enasi's cheeks and the grin on his guardian's lips. 'I wonder if that is what this female is doing. I Know librarians spend a lot of time alone. . .' It is then he decides to check what exactly is going on between the two guardians and he gets his shock, his mouth working before his head.

Before anyone else can say anything, Seishu defuses the entire thing with one simple yet effective comeback. “We've been trying to make babies my dear Lan.” It having been such a long time since hearing one of Seishu's totally out there jokes, Lan and Ran simply stare for a long moment, mouths open wide, until at last a faint giggle from Rasha prompts them into fits of uncontrollable giggles. The dream denizens even join in, Starla holding tight to her brother's shoulder to keep from falling over as she clutches he stomach with her other hand. Seishu grins like an idiot and gives Enasi a soft peck on the cheek, his way of begging forgiveness for such a wild lie.

Rasha falls from Inui's shoulder and the red eyed male barely manages to catch him as he has to cling on to Rue with his other hand to remain standing. Rue on the other hand is fluttering, his wings buzzing along to his laughter pleasantly. 'I am so glad I still got it. I was afraid with all the seriousness recently that I'd lost my ability to break and entire group with one simple sentence' He keeps his arm around the other guardian's waist, waiting quietly for the laughter to stop.
Kuro manages to overhear the last bit before he arrives and when Aoba tries to brush it off as nothing of import the young demon can not help but heave a great sigh. 'He really need more confidence boosters. Maybe I should have him make the trough for the pigs and not help him at all. . . .Or maybe even something that would require him using his head more. . . .' There is a long moment of silence where Dani simply stares at the angel, the cogs in his head working overtime as he tries to understand something he's never come across before.

Finally he whips around to his little brother and begins ranting. “What the hell is up with this guy? I mean, always assuming you did something wrong? That's just stupid. I haven't seen him do anything wrong yet, not in any of that true sense of the word stuff you're always talking about. Does this mean they're all kicked puppies up there? That's just, not right. I've fought humans with more confidence than this, well not really fought, but slaughtered, and all the angels I've met have always had heads too big for their necks. Is this what it means to be a good “person” and if so, why the hell would anyone ever try to be one?”

As he falls silent Kuro doesn't offer Aoba even a glance before responding. “No, it's not normal for angels to act like this, but from what I understand, they all treated him like a door mat up there, or tried to, and if you treat someone like that long enough, it tends to take hold in their mind, and even if they are as amazing as my Little Mouse here has the potential to be, somethings linger and are hard to get rid of, so despite the fact that he no longer has any need to, he will keep apologizing until he gets it beaten out of his head, figuratively of course, that he no longer has to say he's sorry for every little thing. It's one of my many goals for making him into the best fallen angel there has ever been, and unlocking his vast potential.” Kuro knows that as long as he can sound like he's telling the whole story, Dani won't ask too many questions. The last thing he needs is his older brother asking about how he knows about how Aoba was treated in heaven.

It seems to work ass Dani screws up his face in thought. His voice is slower now, his age starting to show thought. “So, you don't just want a fallen angel as a pet, you want him to be the best, and free to be whatever it is he will naturally grow into?” He casts a critical eye up at his brother, all marks of insanity gone from his gaze.

Kuro shakes his head lightly. “I can't have him as a pet. If he is to grow, he must grow freely, without being owned. Ownership would stunt him. I will not tell you now, but I owe him at least that much, and beyond that, I really want to see what he can be.” He chuckles lightly. “It's like I've found an egg and I have no idea what's inside, and in order to find out, rather than cracking it open, I want to warm it, care for it, and hatch it, giving me something far better than a dead chick. Understand?”

Dani stands silent for a long moment, serious thought closing his eyes an pressing his lips together. As he thinks Kuro looks over to Aoba and motions for him to remain silent for now, trying to say with his eyes that he will explain later. After several minutes the older brother's eyes open and he gives a nod. “That is better, to see what hatches, and to help it get bigger. The bigger the bird, the more to eat.” Kuro nods back, his food driven logic making him smile inside. Dani turns to Aoba and in a sudden motion he leans up and nips the lobe of the angel's left ear hard enough to draw blood. The meaning behind the nip keeps the orders in his collar from activating. With a big goofy grin he flies off to the fenced in area to watch the sheep and cows.

Kuro immediately pulls Aoba in tight and licks the wound clean, healing it just enough to keep it from bleeding any more. He can not help running his tongue over the roof of his mouth at the angel's flavor but he does his best to hide it from the young one in his arms. Looking down he smiles warmly. "Congratz, he now wants to protect you of his own volition. I'm sure he still wants to keep you as a pet one day, but for now he'll look to me as to how best to not harm you.” Stepping back he hangs his head a bit. “I am sorry for talking with him about you like that. If I did not speak clearly and at length, he would have asked too many questions and found out some things I'd rather he not know.” Glancing over he makes sure Dani is out of ear shot, hopping along the length of the fence to follow the sheep around the pasture, before dropping his voice low. “I can't really having him know I got captured yet. It would be really bad.”

His hand comes up and he gently strokes over the fresh bite mark on the angel's ear. “I Will say I'm sorry that this hurt, but I won't apologize for letting him do it.” His hand pulls back and he points at it with a smile. “That's the equivalent of a promise wrapped in a contract topped with an oath.” His eyes fall once more. “I made such a pact with you as well, however mine was made with the spilling of my own blood, heh.” He smiles softly, scuffing his foot in the dirt as he waits for the angel to process it all. It was a lot to take in, so he supposes, and he wonders just how his Little Mouse will respond.
Ran stares at the little dream for a long moment before sharing a look with his brother. For the first time, they realize that maybe the Dream Realm isn't the well of sticky sweet love and acceptance for all that they've come to understand over the years. True, no nightmare minion has ever gone over there, before their little trip with Kaila, neither have they had a chance to speak with any dreams or dream minions over the years, however from what they have seen and overheard, these two seem to be exceptions to the rules. 'Perhaps that is why they enjoy being around Master Seishu. Well, for Inui it's natural, but Kit here. . .I wonder how much it really bothers him that he's not as loved and accepted as most of his kind are' Both Lan and Ran can tell it bothers him at least a little bit, but Rasha hides his pain well.

Their attention returns to the second story of the apartment, only smiling softly to themselves at the fairy's mad dash up to his friends. After a moment they take a step politely away from him so he doesn't have to school his energy as much, however he's rambling too happily to notice. Rasha leaps on to his head, silencing him, and after a few seconds he calms his pulsating energy down to a tolerable level. Inui takes a light breath, trying not to look at Rasha who seems intent on making him confess right then and there, and smiles happily at Rue's enthusiastic energies, a faint blush still coloring his cheeks. “That's great Rue, I hope I get to see them too some day. I learned something great too.” Rasha perks up along with Rue, but for different reasons. Swallowing hard his smile grows wider. “Even after things go back to normal, Lan and Ran say we can meet up as often as we want!”

Rue's eyes go wide and he squeals happily. Leaving his older brother to talk to the guardian Ran moves over to stand behind the little red eyed minion. He chuckles lightly at the over enthusiastic response to the news. Rasha looks at him curiously, however the positively glowing fairy beats his to the question. Turning his big bright eyes on to the younger brother he inquires quite cutely, “Is it true?”

Ran has to choke down a gag at the overdose of cute but he manages to answer without having to compose himself too much. “Why, yes. Dream minions and nightmare minions meet here on earth more often than one would think, and as far as I can tell, it wouldn't really matter what you are up to together, as long as you don't spend, like, days together. After all, I see that as quite draining on both of you, no matter what you are up to.” That lats part is said with a glance at Rasha, but it goes right over Rue's head who just seems happily focused on the fact that he will not be losing his new best friend to the nightmare realm, he'll just have to go through a little more work to see him.

High above Seishu steps out of a nightmare well on it's way to lasting all night, the man far from admitting his fear or getting over it. 'Poor guy. Ah well, at least I managed to plant a nugget in there for future aid' With a soft sigh Seishu walks right out of the building through an exterior wall, his wings snapping out to hold him in place. Looking down he spots the little group, the plant siblings moving in close now that they feel Seishu on the move. With a smirk Seishu swoops down and lands next to Enasi, encapsulating the two of them in his wings before sinking into a warm 'I'm back' kiss. After a few seconds he pulls back and slips an arm around the smaller male's waist and vanishes his wings, the tone of his smile quite obvious to all present save for perhaps Rue.
I am glad *Smile*
So, yeah, I gotta change that part. . . . . I'll edit and get my post up soonish!

Seishu's Bedroom

It's three castle stories high, you enter from the ground floor. There is one bed, canopy four poster, with red velvet for the canopy and curtains, super sized as to fit up to ten people. High high above it, 50 feet up, there is an alcove with another bed, just a set of thick mattresses, with a black curtain covering it. The alcove is just long enough and deep enough for the bed, and tall enough for Seishu to jump up and down on without brushing the top with his head, and the top has a mirror on it. The walls of the alcove have a strip of white luminescence that lights up the space when the curtain is closed.

When standing in the doorway, the wall on the far side is entirely made of windows, a few patches of stain glass here and there, and several of the windows not only open, but are large enough for Seishu to fly through. The ground floor window in the middle opens like a sliding door and opens on to a very small but pleasant garden with a single giant tree. The ground drops off not ten feet from the windows leading to a shear drop to the plains below.

The left hand wall is mostly made up of a collecting of huge screens, running seamlessly together so they can either display individual pictures, or one big picture with no lines showing. The screens rotate through all the pictures Seishu has taken over the years of various place on earth that he thought were beautiful, taking new ones and adding them as he sees fit, covering most of his time as guardian. The screens continue on to the roof, where most of the time it is showing the night sky overhead, however when he feels like it it will convert to any number of places on earth where he's left little orbs to observe things.

In the middle of the floor is a large round indent, like a four foot deep, ten foot wide hole, shaped with wood panels of dark red and lined with soft plush pillows and assorted fabrics. He uses that to lay, often with minions and nightmares, and watch the skies around the world, or show off the newest pictures he's taken. Sometimes he uses it alone to just relax.

The screens end about fifteen feet before the windows and that's where his tall Asian style wardrobe is in dashing cherry red, complete with various dragon carvings and fixtures, and across from it, between the windows and the hole, is his ever running hot tub, only turned off when sleeping. There are various fans mounted around the room to keep the air flowing and fresh, at least two windows open at all times, and the fans, from simple large leaves to more modern industrial sized once, run at all times, and are completely silent unless he wants to hear their hum.

There are various gadgets and trinkets on shelves and inside alcoves all over the wall the door is in and the wall on the right where the bed is, making it look almost like a museum save you have to fly to be able to see all the displays.
Heheh, well, Uwin took care of it for you :P And Joseph. I'm sure the kitchen staff can fill him in on what happened :P I'm just curious as to what our dear rebel leader will be up to all evening :P
Hey, I'm wondering, which do you think would be better; having the spell at the lake backfire, or having him perform the lay-line spell on the way back to Wren's house. I'm getting the odd sensation that Wren wants him to leave right away after the healing spell, but I also vaguely recall Wren telling him he could stay until he's completely healed, which will take another day. So, yeah, it's up to Wren. If he really expects Chall to leave after the lake spell, it's have to be that spell, and if he doesn't mind Chall coming back with him, the lay-line spell would make more sense :P
