Bio

I am a man in my mid twenties who has been role playing since I was 10. I just recently moved to a new town to attend university, and I'm attempting to open up to new people, both in-person and online. I'm part of the official guild discord, so feel free to add me if you want. I love reading and writing, science fiction, and fantasy. In my off time if I feel like using my brain I enjoy reading classical literature. I recently finished Anna Karenina and have started Tale of Two Cities. I have also been slowly studying and learning French. Don't mind the low post count I normally do my RPing through private messaging.

YOu know, I've gotta say I don't get how that's going to be blamed on the Empire... they wouldn't even have anyway of knowing a mane had just been born... let alone anyway of kidnapping him from hostile territory when they aren't even really committed properly to Elsweyr... it's sort of being left to the North, with some supervision from a Governor-MIlitant and a handful of men. Nor do I get what it achieved, considering the south already blames the north for the death of the last mane, and the north blames the south... and the empire blames the elves xD I don't see how just adding another religious problem to a table where there has already been one which denotes all out war means anything xD

Elves want the Mane, and someone has to take the fall for kidnapping him. Dominion thinks Empire is good fall guy.
Lord General Walden of the Renshi
24th of Midyear
Senchal

Walden and the other members of his Renshi stood dressed in nothing but commoner’s rags and clothes, attempting to blend in well with the locals of this place. He knew the Khajiit had far too good of night vision to attempt to sneak through the city unseen, and as such they would have to hide in plain sight. They were in the city now, in the market. It was past midnight, though Walden wasn’t sure by how much. More Khajiit roamed the city at this hour then they thought, and this made them nervous.

Still, they walked through the city towards the slums, the poverty infested under bowls of the city. They seemed to intimately know the path they walked and where they went. Yet as they did this thing the moons of the sign slowly aligned, and the light coming down on the city from the black heavens grew slowly brighter, and brighter. Lord Estermont knew they had little time now to make their move, and he hoped the Captain of the Ship wasn’t a coward, or they were all dead men.

As they reached some unassuming raggedy shack in the deepest parts of the slums, it appeared if only for a brief second that a third moon would rise high into the sky, entering into this eclipse with its siblings. The light would grow bright enough to force any who would look to turn away, then quickly died down until it was only a large globe in the sky once more, seeming to radiate light. Walden kicked his boot harshly against the wood of the shack, and it exploded inwards with force.

Rushing inside, he found a Khajjit woman laying on her side in the middle of the floor, multiple cubs suckling at her tits. Both the mother and the cubs were still wet and blood, covered in juices. It hadn’t been very long at all.

“Hey! You’re not supposed to-“ Came the cry of a male Khajjit, the lion of the house.

Yet in one swift turn, Walden’s dagger would seemingly glide into his hand, and with a swift spin, the dagger found itself planted squarely in the throat of the giant pussy. Walden had a mask of nothing but cold, calculating, brutality. As if he was disconnected from his actions, and was capable of anything in the name of the Dominion. He knew he would feel bad for these later, killing innocents, abducting babies, yet he had to believe it was for the good of the Realm. He had no other choice.

Several Renshi stepped inside, and quickly found the cub they searched for, the mother made weak attempts to stop them, but she was so weak and tired that she wasn’t a serious issue. Walden decided to leave her alive, so that someone may take care of the remaining cubs.

’I may not be Divine, but I’m no Daedra.’ Walden thought stepping outside the house with his objective and men. They would walk briskly down the street, yet as they were about to turn, Walden saw several Khajiit guard go into the apparently burglarized shack. It wouldn’t be long at all until the entirety of Elsweyr knew what had happened.
They took twisting and confusing alleys through the city, constantly heading East, further out from the slums and closer to the docks and market. Yet as they exited the slums into the relative safety of the market, he found the ship several hundred feet away in the docks, anchor already hoisted and ready to set sail. Approaching this escape ship back home, he more heard than saw a group of Khajiit guard step out from behind them in a alley way.

“Hey, you! What’s in your arms?” Called one of the four Khajiit.

Sweating slightly, the young Altmer carrying the mane looked petrified, as if he had already been caught and sentenced to Death. The young Renshi and Walden locked eyes, and knew what to do. The boy took off towards the ship, while Walden turned around and threw his dagger in one swift throw. It landed in the eye socket of a Khajiit, and he dropped to the wooden dock immediately.

“Run!” Yelled Walden, causing the two groups to leap into action. The Renshi would sprint down the docks towards the ship, with the guards in hot pursuit. Walden was glad they had a mixed-race unit as well as commoner’s rags. The Southern Khajiit would have no idea who they were.

Yet as they reached the ship and leapt aboard, the Khajiit did manage to tackle and apprehend one of the fleeing Renshi, taking him into custody. It was a young Bosmer that they caught, and he fought wildly to free himself from their grip and somehow make it to the ship with his brothers. Several other Renshi prepared to go back for him, and Walden had the most brilliant idea of his life.

“Fuck the Legate! We need to go! NOW!” Walden screamed, pushing back the Renshi as the boat took off into the night. Turning back, he found the young Bosmer had given up hope for life. Though the Khajiit had managed to stop him from escaping, they couldn’t stop him from taking his own dagger, and slitting his throat with it before them, dying on the docks as well.

The Mane was abducted and the Southern Khajiit would think that the North and the Empire had done it. Not a bad night after all.
Lord Regent Orthos of the Royal Fleet
24th of Midyear
Alinor, Summerset Isles, Capital of the Dominion

Five shady looking Altmer knelt before the Throne of Summer, with the Lord Regent placed comfortably atop it. He looked serious and cold, like usual. The people missed the charm and youth of Aelid, not this staunch formality that Orthos brought, even if it was familiar.

“You lot are some of the most despicable, cunning, and slippery mer I have ever had the displeasure of knowing in all my days. Combined, you lot have more spies in the Isles than anyone else alive.” Orthos cleared his throat, almost as if in preparation for what he was about to say.

“I’m afraid it has come to my attention that this Dominion will never survive without an Intelligence Agency to coordinate both our strikes and resources. You five will be the Founding Fathers of the Order of Whispers. Have you chosen a Grand Whisper? “ Orthos eyed the kneeling men, waiting for one to take his place.

“I shall be he. My name is Kalanar, Lord Regent.” Spoke a younger looking elf, standing before him. He had devious and cunning eyes, with a subtle creep about him that reminded Orthos of those with ulterior motives. He was perfect.

“Grand Whisper Kalanar, I would have you begin establishing your Headquarters immediately, as well as establishing contacts throughout Tamriel.” Orthos said sternly, before turning to sit down on the Summer Throne.
When he had, the newly found Whispers were gone.

Actions:
-Newborn Mane kidnapped by Renshi agents, and then framed on the Empire!
-Order of Whispers is founded on the Isles.
How many days is the summit and what else is there to discuss? The Altmer retired to their room in anger today, but would return to continue discussions tomorrow.
>Implying anyone on the Summer Isles ever lifts a finger and all labor isn't done VIA Magick.

Pfft, poor humans. :P
We constructed a new fleet to replace the Valenwood one.
The Lord Regent of The Summer Isles; Orthos
23rd of Midyear
Alinor, Capital of the Dominion.

“How many ships?” Asked Orthos, sitting upon the Summer Throne. It had been a strenuous couple of days, especially after the reveal of the Elder Scroll and the information within the Aldmer Tablet. He hoped that Aelid returned soon, as there was much he was ignorant of. Yet still, Orthos knew that Aelid was needed at this Summit to construct Alliances if there people would survive long-term.

“We’ve constructed roughly thirty, Lord Regent. Nearly enough to replace what we lost in Valenwood when they captured the port.” The Merchant said with bowed head, yet with a hint of a smile. He seemed proud of his work, and he should be. Aelid would surely be pleased to report back from the summit to such advances and repairs.
“Good, you are dismissed.” Orthos said distractedly, watching as the Arch-Mage of the college arrived inside the Palace with several Mages. The Merchant saw and scowled, before bowing and taking his leave. The Arch-Mage approached the Throne, bowed, and smiled. He spoke.

“This is a troubling and wondrous time of Great Change, Lord Regent. Yet I fear the Arcane Society has much more to develop before the end. Yet we need guidance and advisors, as do you and the High King. With your permission, I would send three of my top Mages to Artaeum to find the Psijic Order. They have long been true friends to the Altmer, and I fear we need their expertise. Though the Island is gone, it left residual arcane traces. We would find it soon enough.”

“So be it.” Said Orthos, nodding to the Arch-Mage.

Coast of Senchal, Elsweyr

A single ship bobbed in the midnight black waves off the coast of the homeland of the Khajiit. The moon was high in the sky this night, and almost glowed in the sky with light. The city-port of Senchal had many candles and fires burning on its docks, and the small number of people aboard the ship waited eagerly. One of the largest, apparently the Captain, would round up his companions on the deck, and speak with them.

“Alright lads, tomorrow is the big day. We were sent here for one very specific purpose, and we will complete our task, regardless the cost. If our efforts come to fruition, perhaps we may even get rewarded for this! Tomorrow is a important day not only in our lives, but in the lives of our people!”

The small crew cheered as one, and then slowly dispersed after the speech. Many of them went to bed, drank, or even just sat on the ship, staring at the illuminated city on the horizon.

Actions:
-Valenwood Fleet is officially reconstructed!
-Arcane Society sent Emissary’s to the Psijic Order!
-Strike Force placed outside Elsweyr?

Hehe are they not still under construction after the Redguard came in and went all 'Muhahahaha, sink their ships!"? :P

Nah brah. I had a fleet of 300 ships. I lost 30 in Valenwood and sent another 10 or so as backup that the Redguard destroyed.

That leaves me with 240 ships in Alinor and 20 in Black Marsh that are Combat Ready.

Oh, and yes. I am constructing another thirty or so ships to get back at full strength.
