Charles had just been walking as he head quite a ruckus. He had no idea what it was about, but the booming voice with an unmistakable accent Gave him a part of the picture. He knew on a small level how destructive Amber could get, and was hoping to get there before things got hairy. Fortunately, one of the other voices he heard as he was walking there was trying to calm the situation.
In the distance, he stood, waiting for a time to come in. When he felt that it was the time, the mayor of the town walked slowly and carefully to the group of gems and humans. "Hello?" He said, hoping to get their attention. "Can I help in any way?"
Sodalite had had enough. It was time for her to get out and calm her raging thoughts and level her rising temper. She left her room with haste, and began to pace around the main room in a quick fashion.
