During the thirty year golden age for Overwatch, humanity's best and brightest protectors, there was never a real shortage for heroes to help the world. However, there was never a shortage of problems to be fixed either. There was always a villain of the week in some corner of the world, whether it be Doomfist or someone else, havoc was always there for the men and women of Overwatch to step in and fix the problem.
Of course, Strike Commander Jack Morrison lead the organization, Gabriel Reyes was in charge of the secretive Blackwatch, but there were other teams across the globe.
Along with handling problems himself, Morrison was also in charge or organizing teams in different locations, and back in the day, there was a certain rag-tag group of agents that had caused quite a lot of trouble for the poor Commander.
This team was Gold Team, an advanced team of Overwatch agents both old and young in a brand-spankin'-new watchpoint on the island of Udo on south Korea, just next to the larger island of Jeju. This team, while primarily tasked with protecting the eastern coast of asia and the western coast of North and South America, they were known to be shipped around the world for bigger missions.
Gold Team was... certainly something, so let's go back ten years after the formation of Overwatch, all the way back to Gold Team's formation, and see how the team turned out from the inside.
