"What will it take to save what remains?"

Plot
In 2001, an operation known as "Dark Winter" was launched, which was a real-world exercise that tested the emergency response to a bioterrorist attack or an outbreak in the United States? The operation was done on a large populated town in Oklahoma and it spiraled out of control within a few days and the operation predicted that a "breakdown in essential institutions," civil disorder, and massive civilian casualties would happen. It revealed how vulnerable the United States became and how the people have become depended on their lifestyle, security, safety, and a delicate and unstable economy. In 2007, a new Presidential directive was secretly signed that was put into law by President Bush.

This executive order, known as Directive 51, was created to respond to a national crisis such as "Dark Winter." Rumors of sleeper cells, shadow agencies, and covert operations relating to the directive were spread within the President's Cabinet. Seven years later, on November 23rd, the day known as "Black Friday", a virus spread through banknotes and then spread through human skin, food, and toys; it caused millions of people in America to become infected.

Within five days, the virus causes the United States to break down and fall apart. Cities and towns all over America were in chaos as the virus claimed its' victims. After the fifth day ended, President Obama signed and activated Directive 51 and it's classified units of highly trained, self-supported tactical agents known as “The Division” were sent all over America to prevent society from falling and restore hope. It's unknown if it will help calm the masses; but, they are needed more than ever as Quarantine zones aren't reporting back and many gangs are rising up to claim power in this mess.

The Division will make such that they handle America before it soon falls to themselves.

How the United States fell in five days

November 23th (Day Zero): Black Friday happened all over America at midnight as people rushed to the stores to get the cheapest deals, and marking the start of the Christmas shopping season. As parents are getting Christmas gifts early or getting theirs as the cheap deals lasted only the night time before they disappear.

November 24th (Day One): Hospitals all over America began to get people with sore throat. The panic has started in few numbers. The CDC starts to look into the cases at major hospitals. People rushed to get their flu shots early.

November 25th (Day Two): Hospital are full capacity of sick people and doctors are confused to why there are so many sick people. CDC gives a speech about how 'they're looking into it', with the help of WHO. Panic among the people is still growing as they started to ask questions. Flu shots soon run out as millions of Americans rushed to get one due to the mass panic.

November 26th (Day Three): Quarantine zones were established in major cities of America and people rushed to get into one. Panic is rising as protests pop up all over America—protest even happened in Washington DC. Resources (mainly food) were rationed as the stores began to run out of them. Transports were put into complete lockdown as they tried to limit the illness. Obama shut down trade with other countries and gave a speech about how America must work together for an unknown location. The borders of Mexico and Canada were shut down as people were forced to go back to America. During the day, the American stock market collapsed due to the shut down.

November 27th (Day Four): The report of the sick people in hospital dying started to surface on web sites and news networks as CDC and WHO tried to claim the people down. It didn't work as a riot started nearby the CDC HQ in Atlanta, two people died in the riot. Oil dried up—due to the shut down of trade—as people used it to get out of the cities and the country. Most of the quarantine zones are full as people tried to get to safely.

November 28th (Day Five): Hunger and despair took hold of the people as shelves became empty. The riots became more deadly as the riot at the Dallas Quarantine zones killed around fifty people. Everyone became a potential threat. Obama soon gives another speech about how he's getting help for other nations 'to ensure that America lives on'. During the speech, Obama signed Directive 51, that issued highly trained, self-supported tactical agents to be sent into cities all over America. Soon after, Britain and other European countries also signed Directive 51 and started to train them. CDC and WHO said in the statement that 'they are still working on a cure for the virus'.

November 29th (Day Six): Soon, the agents were stationed inside the quarantine zones to do the following things: establish peace among the people, prevent the fall of society, and restore hope among the people. Obama—among with other world leaders—established "The Division" to check on the agents as they are all over America. Their HQ is located in the now abandoned United Nations building in New York City. The leader, Alexander J. Campbell, established 'mini HQs' in military bases throughout America.

Avoid any grammar and spelling mistakes made. They will be fixed after we get done with it.
@Rare We still doing this, Rare?

Yeah we are. It's just that my internet is being fucking dumb.

I read all of the characters and they are accepted. I like each one of them and I hope that they drive the RP forward.

Now, onward with the OOC!
Don't worry! I am reviewing your sheets and see if they are good.

After that, I will be making the OOC.
Ay yo you full up?

Well, no really. I might expand this group of four to six or even eight- if people really want me to.

Also, Friday is nearby. You can still make one past that; but, I would love it to be done by Friday night right before midnight.
Well, me and duck are working on a collab. So that might take a while to make and post.

It will be interesting to read. :)
Okay, Friday is when character sheets are do. So, that should give you all enough time to do them.

See, I can do mAth.
Oi, Rare. What should I do about bringing Warren back? He doesn't fall within' the category of Scout, Heavy, or Medic. Plus, he's got HOWARD, and I'm unsure if you want that little robot this time around.

HOWARD can come back. As for the category, you could 'add' your own roles as long as they make sense.

Also, I have added and changed somethings into the timelines. Feedback is welcome.

EDIT: Don't be scared of the limit on how many players can be accepted. You can still post a CS and try to get in.
