So, I'm on some sort of official and consistent schedule now. Which is nice, unless life decides to screw it up for me.

Bio

What's up, Rawk Flawk and visitors alike!

I... am the Master Gamer, rawkhawk64. This also happens to be one of my internet hidey-holes. I enjoy all manner of Roleplays, usually fantasy or sci-fi settings. I also do fandoms. I'll usually check out any Kingdom Hearts, Naruto, or Pokemon RP's. I'll also check out other fandoms I like, but those usually have to be done well.

As for what I do outside the Guild, the big one is streams. You can catch me at twitch.tv/rawkhawk64.

Hope to have fun RP'ing with you!

Kingdom Hearts: The Fate of the Worlds

Long ago, tales tell us of a great hero. He wielded a weapon called the "Keyblade", a blade that drew power from the user's heart. With his Keyblade, this hero traveled to the various worlds, fighting potent creatures of darkness called "Heartless", and protecting the hearts of the words from being devoured by the evil Heartless. However, when the time came for Sora and his friends to face the leader of the Heartless, they all fell in battle...

Now, several years later, the Heartless are at war with a group of Nobodies only known as Organization XIII. Both wish to grab the full power of Kingdom Hearts for their own. It is said that Kingdom Hearts is the heart of all worlds, and he who manages to unleash its great power will have power to rule the world... or save it. However, no Keybladers have appeared. Keyblade Master Yen Sid is believed to be dead. All other Keyblade wielders were killed in the start of the war...

However, a group of teenagers will find themselves transported to a mysterious tower... and there learn their fate.

The RP

This is your role. You will be one of these teenagers, who find themselves in the ruins of Yen Sid's castle. Some time ago, you had an event that is called a Dive to the Heart It is here that you each will have three things to choose from. Choose one thing to specialize in, and one to give up. Does not have to be like the original Dive (sword, shield, rod). Then, when the RP starts, you'll be caught up in a battle or caught as a victim of one of the two sides. However, you are whisked away at the last minute.

Before I forget, I should mention this RP is going to be practically player-driven. This means that the players will decide where they will go, what they will do, etc. As GM, I'll play important NPC's, bosses, and try to keep the story going forward in some way. I'll also present any sidequests the players can choose to do. Also, we will be visiting other worlds than the Disney ones. Perhaps you all will have a say in places you want considered.

Please use the following CS when making a character. Post it here first, then in the Character Tab after I approve it:

Have fun, and good luck Keybladers!
I'll have an OOC up tomorrow. Hopefully, we can get one or two more people.
Okay, cool. One more, and we'll have our Keybladers, at minimum.

As far as knowledge of the series, this is an AU that takes place after KH1. Sora did not defeat Ansem at The End of the World, and so Ansem took over.
So, I really enjoy those player-driven RP's, as it gives the player a sense of accomplishement, and allows the GM to focus more on moderation. So, I decided to apply this idea to one of my favorite fandoms: Kingdom Hearts.

The Story

Everyone knows the legend of Sora, the great Keyblader who traveled the worlds, fighting the Heartless. However, fate had a terrible twist in store. Sora, the hero, went to face Ansem. No one knows what happened exactly, but Sora did not return alive from that battle. The secrets of the Keyblade became lost after Ansem flooded the worlds with darkness. Sora may have saved the worlds, but he couldn't stop the ultimate evil from taking over. After Ansem gained the power of Kingdom Hearts, he used it to wipe the Keybladers form existence. Only Master Yen Sid managed to escape, but it is doubtful that he is alive after thousands of years. Ansem has only grown stronger, and people live in fear of the Heartless.

However, Ansem is not unopposed. Organization XIII has also grown stronger, and their leader is not happy that someone else has obtained the power of Kingdom Hearts. Thus, the Nobodies have declared war on the Heartless. It is not unusual to see Nobodies and Heartless fighting several battles. However, the war seems to have stalemated over the last hundred years. Fighting still happens, but neither side is able to gain a decisive advantage.

In this war-torn world, the people hope that the Keybladers of old will return. However, each day, their hope diminishes as no Keybladers appear...

The RP

That is where you come in. Depending on interest, I may also let people decide to be a Heartless or a Nobody. However, the central plot point is a group of normal people who mysteriously find themselves warped to a strange tower after being attacked by the Heartless/Nobodies. Or, they could be caught up in the middle of the fighting by pure bad luck. Either way, they find themselves in the tower, where the spirit of Yen Sid helps them realize they are the next generation of Keybladers. After very basic training, they are sent to quell the war and bring Light back to the worlds. If they succeed, they will be the next Keyblade Masters. If they fail... things can only get worse.

As I said before, if there's enough interest, I may let people be a lesser Nobody in Organization XIII, those who are relegated to the roles of field commanders. Same with the Heartless. That all depends on how many of you want a player-driven experience. As GM, I will be there to nudge things forward if I feel the need. I'll also play important NPC's (Organization XIII's main members, Ansem, etc.), as well as bosses. This is still a work-in-progress on the story, so any suggestions are welcome. Oh, and if this gets too big, I may need a Co-GM or two. So... any takers?
@Pirouette and I are working on a collab.
As for me, I'm gonna message @Pirouette to see if she wants to get together to whip something up between Finn and Erin.
Finnegan listened as best he could, but soon found himself listening to the voices in his head. He'd gotten the basics of the mission. He'd finally be heading out on a mission. He'd only been out on a minor mission only once before, but was usually left behind with his brews. Not that he minded. After all, he could usually count on Erin visiting him at least once a day, and she'd usually stop by right after she got back. Finnegan had grown to like and care for the Mediwitch, perhaps a little more closely than he cared to admit.

Finnegan pulled out his wand, running his hand across the length of it. An unusual wand due to the core, it seemed to suit him. After all, just as the Veela hair made for a temperamental core, Finnegan himself had become fairly unpredictable with his mood since his... "accidents". Finnegan let his thoughts roam free, the voices chiming in various things as his look glazed over and his body became unresponsive due to Alorra's question that she not be the Mediwitch to go to McCarthy manor. Finnegan felt a need to have Erin there, as she knew how to best deal with him. His thoughts ran free from that point, mostly trying to figure out what she meant by that wink. "Maybe she really likes you more than she lets on." one voice said.

To anyone who had been around him enough to see a catatonic episode, it was obvious he was unresponsive to any questions directed at him. If someone were to move him, he'd stay frozen in that position. To those who didn't know him, it might seem like he'd just slipped into a trance, or been hit by a curse of sorts.
Ooh, TitanPad! I haven't used it in so long...
I've added a paragraph under appearance to Finnegan's character sheet. Mostly, it's his homely appearance (robes and beard, mainly, as I realized after my intro post that the pic didn't have that much of a beard). So, just a heads-up. Also, gives you an idea that perhaps some parts of his robes might not match with the rest.
@Wayward

So, is he supposed to be the typical "Jack of all trades, Master of none"?
