Royal Rumble! (Modern anime high-school super-powers? Oh my!)

Okay, I've put in Brutus' relationships with the three leaders. On his end, there's respect for King and his goal, but some skepticism of his origin. Other than that, if anyone in St. Laurel's (older students from before he left) or the Viglantes that wanna figure out any relationships, just let me know.

Okay, so I already have a CS idea. Dunno where to stick him. Might depend on if anyone wants to form any friendships or other relationships with him.

Name: Brutus Reinhardt
Nicknames: The Blue Thunderclap

Age: 18

Grade/Faction: High School, 3rd Year; but a Vigilante from St. Laurel's.

Biography:
Brutus grew up from a middle-class family. Both of his parents are college professors, and so Brutus grew up wanting little. To be honest, he really only had any sort of interest in mastering his powers, which were discovered to be electricity-based at a young age. This made Brutus a volatile child to be around, as he tended to deliver shocks to those kids that upset him.

As he grew up, Brutus' temper and volatility lessened. Instead, he adopted a more stoic and aloof personality, to the point of being called cold-hearted. However, this outlook has allowed him to control his power, and excel.

At about the time of his second year at St. Laurel's, Brutus began to notice King and the Vigilantes. By that, Brutus began to notice their actions. While not exactly buying King's full story, Brutus soon realized that there was perhaps a chance of a bigger danger arriving. As such, Brutus joined their ranks, gaining a reputation for doing his jobs and doing them well.

Powers: Blue Thunderclap
Brutus' core power derives from the blessings of the Goddess of Thunder. This power allows him to freely control electrons in any way, shape, or form. This has also granted him a complete immunity to electricity. He is also able to enhance his bodily abilties with his power, thus increasing his speed and agility.

1. Electro Dart- Brutus is able to fire a dart of electricity at foes. This ability itself doesn't do much to the foes, but is used in tandem with one of his other abilities. Foes hit with this ability are "tagged"
2. Flashfield- Alone, the flash field is capable of diverting slow physical projectiles from Brutus' body. However, if he has tagged a foe, then using his Flashfield sends electricity flowing directly into the foe's body, shocking them. However, he can only use this ability for no more than 20 seconds before overheating, and being unable to use his powers for a brief period.
3. Electrosphere- Brutus covers his body in a sphere of bright blue electricity. Contact with this sphere causes massive damage to foes, but rapidly drains Brutus of energy. Another drawback is that the range of the sphere is short, being only 1 meter in diameter.

Relationships:
Alto Ganze- Brutus had few encounters with Alto, as he only stayed at St. Laurel's for a couple of weeks during his second year before joining the Vigilantes. Brutus respects his power, as well as his academic prowess.
Clara Deimos Erdrigan- Brutus has never had the (mis)fortune of encountering Clara, and thus only knows her by her reputation. He has since reached the conclusion that he'd rather put of meeting her as long as possible.
King- While a bit skeptical of King's true origins, Brutus respects King enough to know that there is likely some truth to what he claims. Thus, Brutus has put forth his effort to aiding the Vigilantes, even if he finds his leader a bit distant. Then again, he himself is a bit aloof as well, so he really can't complain.

I'll be working on a CS. I'll likely be modifying a power from Azure Striker Gunvolt, as I've always enjoyed the way that series handles its powers.

Yeah, here's my CS. I got called into work while I was in the middle of it.

Agent Shadow

Name: Brutus (Codename: Shadow)
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Class: Team Rocket Grunt
Starting region: Johto
Appearance:

Personality: Agent Shadow, as he is known within the ranks of Team Rocket, is a calm and collected individual. Even in the face of loss and the ruination of his plans, he manages to keep his emotions in check. However, despite how he may try to appear, Brutus does have a small part of him that wonders how his life would've been different if he hadn't joined Team Rocket. This has led him to develop a nihilistic outlook on life. Since he has decided that his only course is to work for Team Rocket, Brutus has devoted himself fiercely to Giovanni and Team Rocket.
History: Brutus was practically born and raised by Team Rocket, since his parents had joined the group in their teens. As a young boy, Brutus showed an aptitude for both apathy and Pokémon battling. To that end, his parents basically groomed him to follow in their footsteps. This alienated Brutus from many of his school friends. While Brutus was in training, Team Rocket was driven out of Johto by a mystery Trainer. However, the Team continued to secretly work in the background. When Brutus was recruited, he quickly rose through the ranks of the Grunts. Now, having been stationed in the Orre Region, Brutus (or Agent Shadow, as most people know him) is one of the highest-ranking Grunts.
