To answer your probable question, yes, the kimono always stays like that, and no, it never moves. Some would even say it's possessed.*eyebrow waggle*
personality: True to the nature of the Jorogumo, Erai is seductive, flirtatious, and risque. Aside from this, she tend to enjoy being near water, waterfalls or rapids in particular where she can set her webs and trap unsuspecting victims to devour. And she is hungry. Hardly ever satisfied with average food, and being carnivorous as she is, she can tend to slip up once she gets ancy enough for a meal. At one point she has caught herself acting nearly rabid on the occasion she hadn't eaten in weeks. Among other demons when not adjusting her assets for all to see, she is quick witted and easy to pass tongues with (in more ways than one). It is difficult for her to become attached to anyone, as she's spent her whole life seducing and devouring others, man and woman alike. However, should she become fond of someone, her frisky antics are put on halt and she would share with them, quietly, stories of her life.
history:
Erai was hatched from a clutch of eggs and scattered with the rest of her would-be siblings to make her way in the world. She learned to fend for herself in the wilds; steadily learning her abilities over time. Once she was old enough to discover her power to change from her demonic state into her human one, she spent much time in the bars of ancient Edo, luring young and old patrons alike to a more 'secluded area' beside the nearby waterfalls. If she did not kill her victims with her venom then she'd wrap them in her webs and drown them.
However, during one such occasion, in some rinkydink town not far from where she began, she had accidentally wrapped her threads around a stump instead of the man she wished to devour, and pulled it into the water instead. To her surprise, the people of the town worshiped her. Not that she'd know exactly why. A monument and statue were built by her waterfall commemorating her as a goddess who prevented drowning.
It was merely too ironic for the bemused Spider-woman, and she moved on.
Since then she has traveled all over, luring men and women alike to her chambers. Taking refuge in caverns and beneath large, empty trees. She continued this way, until her kimono, in the voice of Aitchi, spoke to her of a 'Black Wing Clan.' After minor consideration, she opted to join in.

Fangs, tipped in her own venom
Staff, on the end is a light crystal that aids her vision in the darkness. She has learned to fight with this staff but seldom does, tending to keep it on her back in human form and holding it for her demon form. When it is tapped onto the ground roughly, a bright light shockwaves from it, blinding her foes for a moment

Metallic, Venom tipped claws she wears at all times. Often concealed by her long Kimono sleeves. The claws have allowed her to push her hands into a mans chest and rip out his still beating heart for her consumption. The Venom is thick enough to produce hallucinations in adult men and dizzy a demon.
abilities (no more then two and within reason):
Webbing - Stronger than rope, stickier than a pool of molasses. Whether she tricks you into running into them or she shoots them at you to wrap you up in them, it has proven to be very potent in battle and trapping.
Venom - Naturally producing venom orally through her fangs, she can switch the potency up. The levels of venom vary by how long she has bitten you.
Fears:
Spiders Presence - Simply being around her demonic form can cause dis-ease, stress, and in especially weak minded humans, insanity
Arachniphobia - striking fear into the hearts of all those who bear arachniphobia, even killing some just from how frightened they are.
Spiders Scurry - Extreme speeds when she wishes it. This makes her quicker, and more agile than humans and some demons. Excellent evasion
cause for wanting to join: Good practice for seducing unsuspecting demons. Also, if they're going to war, that means there's plenty of corpses for her eating pleasure...~
Other:
-She enjoy sake, long walks on the beach, and oh yeah eating your fucking kidneys.
-Even though she is flamboyant in her sexuality the number of people she's had sex with is countable on one hand.
-She has never met not intends to meet any family members. Her mom could have eaten her had she not gotten away in time, and she enjoys her solitude.
-Known for spending her time near rushing water; she enjoys the sound of it, the one unchangeable thing in her life, and being out in the open with no one to bother her or worse, for her to bother.
-Rumors circulate her often but she is not the most infamous demon. Despite her seven centuries she STILL can't get over that she was worshiped as a goddess. Not in the sense that she's happy about it, more in the sense that 'Right. That happened. Humans are insane omg..."
-Surprisingly, she doesn't spend time luring in children, possibly the easiest form of a human to sway. Whether she simply finds children to be too bony to devour or if she just likes kids, she's never said. In fact, she has once swayed the attempts of a Kuchisake-Onna from harming a group of children, merely to spite the slit-mouthed woman. The children afterward were grateful, tugging on her kimono sleeves and asking her how they could be pretty like her. Needless to say when she sat down at the table to eat with the grateful families it was insanely awkward.
-Suzaku, the young woman possessing her kimono, was not seduced by the spider woman. She simply was near the water washing laundry when she fell in, and was trapped in one of Erais unattended 'fishing nets.' She drowned, unable to escape the sticky webs but bears no ill will against the woman she is now wrapped around.
-Tohru, the middle aged man in her kimono, was the only one who was seduced by Erai, finds humor in the fact that she wears him. He is lewd compared to his other companions.
-Aitchi, the elder monk in her kimono, was tricked into going near the waterfall after endless nights of people coming to him, claiming that a strange woman was seen near the falls. He went down, keen to purify the air of the evil nearby. However, upon seeing the demon form of Erai, whom was bathing in the calmer waters near the waterfall, he stepped back over a upraised treeroot in fright and fell to his death. He is Erais greatest asset in knowledge, and thanks to him she is able to pinpoint other demons and what their weakness could be.
-A spirit resides in her staff as well. His name is Iruei, and he was one of the few people Erai has ever bonded with. He was a warrior and taught her how to to use said staff before gifting her the light crystal when she admitted just what she is. She speaks softly to her staff and treats it fondly. Iruei is a quiet soul, but he will act to defend her if she cannot do so herself; moving on its own in her hands to continue on the best route of attack possible. Iruei was killed trying to defend her when she was discovered to be a demon.
his mental universe is like one of his video games where he was a hero and nobody else knew it and he thinks he an archangel in hiding among normal peasants believing he had to protect the world from a foul demon (the fire). He always thinks he is wearing divine armor while people around his wore cloths of their station like a noble woman's outfit or a peasant and so on from the dark ages while his backpack was his bag of equipment where he held his special 'white blade' of justice which in reality is an iron bar he found somewhere
is his literal personal demon. every time he sees a fire he thinks he sees the image of that demon their and tries to extinguish it before it can grow in power
