Species: "an anthropomorphized Manta Ray" (That was taken directly from the spongebob wiki)
Specialties: Stealing, ability to still live after taking head off, and shooting destructive lasers from his hands.
Weapons/Skills:
Charming to an extent
Firing lasers from his palms
Convincing others to be 'evil' with him or at least mischievous

Background: An arch enemy of Mermaid man until he and his side kick Barnacle boy were put in a nursing home, Man Ray has been retired for a few years of his evil deeds ever since some twerps that figured out his weakness proved stronger than him. Still spry for his age and never really showing it, he has managed to get a job recently restocking the shelves at the local grocery store, occasionally getting into mischief with old arch-nemesis's like him.
