@Relin Class-C (surprise, surprise!) actually has cannon fodder- err, npc students too so I don't a common room type deal would work. It'd have to be a dormitory building of some sort. Or am I misunderstanding this common room thing? I'm not a Harry Potter guy.

Yeah, the "common room" is like a lounge where everybody can mingle, but then they go off to individual dorms.

But, beneath his rough exterior is ultimately a kind heart.

History: Ty comes from a long line of hunters. Every member of his family, male and female, extended or otherwise, braves the wilderness and bests wild beasts to take home food. And they all have rugged physiques as if they’ve been genetically engineered for the task. To say he was the runt of the litter would be an understatement, and he was constantly bullied by his siblings and his cousins. His small size compared to his
family earned him the nickname, “The Cub,” quite derogatory for a family of hunters.

However, the Varen family used only a small bit of magic. Just a bit of augmentation to make them more swift or their eyes a bit more keen here and there. Ty knew he’d never be able to best them physically, so he trained in the one area they all neglected: magic. He saw it as the great equalizer when he discovered his beast magic. He could do things his siblings could only dream of. Problem was, they didn’t care. So, he decided to prove them wrong and become a hero. Then they’d have to care!

On Ty’s first day at Avalice, he issued a formal challenge to the first seat of The Miracle Seven, against pretty much everyone’s advice. But, he was adamant, and goaded the first seat into accepting the challenge. The fight lasted all of ten seconds, and nobody was surprised. Frustrated, but not deterred, Ty vowed to take that seat one day.

Magic: Beast Magic - Adaptation

Techniques:
Tiger Claw – Ty uses his beast magic to alter his arm into a tiger claw. As the name suggests, he can slash at enemies as swiftly and strongly as a tiger.

Sixth Sense – By channeling mana, Ty gains a heightened sense of awareness. He senses aren’t enhanced, per say, but he is more aware of the things he can sense.

Constrictor Limb – Ty uses his beast magic to alter a limb into a snake-like form. His limb can wrap around an enemy, choking them and crushing their bones.

Bull Charge – Ty uses his beast magic to alter his upper body, making it as hardy and resilient as a bull’s. With a sudden burst of speed, he can batter his enemy.

Tortoise Shell – Ty uses his beast magic to form a shell on a part of his body. Obviously, good for blocking.
