Thomas A. Law - THE BLUE STAR
Thomas nodded at Peter absently, his own thoughts focusing on Linderman and how excited he was to be fighting her. It was almost like fighting his sister, except this battle was a lot more chaotic and had a desperate factor to it. His Unicorn rose up to its feet as he dropped the bullet riddled shield to the ground and pulled out his second beam saber.
The chatter over the comms were in his ears and with his mind taking a repose, he was capable of actually responding. "I'll back up samurai girl," he told the others before bursting off to enter the fray with the girl. He knew he'd be a bit behind his teammate melee attack, so he would wait for the teacher to retreat or press forwards against the woman before slashing down on her--making the battle a two on one. His expansive movements were erratic but precise, risky but worth the cost. For every blow was meant to leave the woman exposed in one way or the other. Even more so with samurai girl's help.

Several minutes passed as Jade gathered the strength to stand. He had no clues to go on, no idea where he even was. What planet had he had landed on during hte space fight, where did Orchid send him. And to make things even more complicated he felt the vague tingle of a portal's usage on him. Had he traveled through a portal on top of crashing on a foreign planet?
Damn, I can't be anymore lost even if I tried.
He raised himself over the strawberry field on a vortex of green wind to get a better view of everything. Other Gems were waking up as well, some of them seeming just as confused as himself. He narrowed his eyes on the closest one in hopes of getting some info, hopefully the Gem could help him out. He upchucked strawberrys and bushes into the air as he whizzed towards her on his tornado. He lowered down towards the--what seemed like pink--Gem until his feet touched the ground.
He grabbed the Gem by the shoulder and gazed at her frantically. "What world is this?"

Even in his anger he felt himself come to a complete stand still. Like before, his scarf had turn black and inky, painted over by the curse afflicting the others. The dank village became a gray zone once Gwen's request had reached his ears. She hadn't known the fucked up truth that followed the magic, so he couldn't blame her for the suggestion but still, he had never felt so much rage that it literally transformed into sorrow.
He took a single step back before turning to face her, though he couldn't help seeing the shadowed faces of his parents sneering behind her. As imaginary as it was, the flames that erupted off of him rose over the buildings with a star-like presence--here one second then gone the next.
"Fuck you, Gwen. Never ask me to do that again," he muttered. "I can bring the bastard back alive with my Dragon Slaying. I won't rely on that other piece of shit magic I have." Fire roared around him and embers flickers off like orange fireflies.

Well this seems to be the proper results of several sorta-good fighters coming together as a team for the first time. Gary thinks he's just better than everyone else, so he decides to lead the team. Thomas is all about his own ambitions, so he wasn't going to listen to any orders anyway; he gets lost in the combat. Peter is giving orders too lol. Alice is pulling support but not really follow directions, which is to be expected. Marie has yet to post yet.
Now that I think about everyone is just like "Imma do what I think is best!" Its good character development for when we all finally pull together as a team.
