just to let you guys know. I changed the character sheet a little. I know some Pokemon only have a single evolution to them. so I'm allowing players to use a fan made evolution. I just need a PM for that as well.

Since its creation, Pokémon has been enjoyed around the world. Players all over have enjoyed exploring the games areas and collecting virtual monsters. The phrase “collect them all” has made many players spend hours trying to find every Pokémon. Only for Game Freak to announce another Pokémon game for players to collect all new Pokémon. For 20 years people have been collecting, trading, and battling with their virtual team of Pokémon.

Now, in 2016, Pokémon has become yet again a global phenomenon thanks to the now mobile game: Pokémon Go! Pokémon trainers young and old now convene around their cities and towns to catch virtual creatures once again. However, players of this new Pokémon game are unaware of what Game Freak is actually doing with this new mobile game. What players of Pokémon don’t know it that Game Freak has been experimenting with a digital world they’ve discovered 25 years ago.

Over the years, they’ve been creating these Pokémon games to help these digital creatures battle against an A.I. program known as The Dark One. This A.I. program has been creating many minions to help it take over the digital world. The players of Pokémon know them as Team Rocket, Team Aqua, Team Magma, Team Galactic, etc. Game Freak has developed these Pokémon games to help the digital creatures fight back against The Dark One. However, things have gotten worse and now Game Freak needs to do soothing drastic.

Over the course of several months, Pokémon players on Pokémon Go have captures, trained, and battled on their mobile devices. After several months, a select few find a strange item in their backpack in Pokémon Go. The item is called a Digital Ticket. Once selected, a text box appears and asks the player: “Do they wish to use the Digital Ticket?” If selected yes, the player suddenly disappears from the real world and ends up in the digital world of Pokémon. To help the digital creatures fight against The Dark One and become what Game Freak calls: a Pokémon Master.

Pokémon X Digimon idea

So since the crazy for Pokémon Go has become a phenomenon around the world. I thought I'd try to make a sort of crossover with Pokémon and Digimon. it's not going to be like Pokémon meet Digimon. it's more of a combination of both. Were the Pokémon actually can speak instead of saying their names over and over again. also, instead of the Pokémon evolving and staying in their evolved state. they can de-evolve after a certain amount of time like Digimon.

just want to hear some of your ideas and suggestions to make this a good RPG.

Pokémon: Trials of the Phoenix

This world has many wonders in it. Space, time, and the most wonderful beings on this planet: Pokémon. Since the beginning of time, Pokémon and man have lived side-by-side. However, due to the humans lust for power. They began fighting amongst themselves and in the end used their own Pokémon to fight their wars for them. To control these creatures, the humans created a brain washing machine called “Pokeballs.” Many humans and Pokémon lost their lives in the many wars and because of this: Humans almost brought the Pokémon population to the very break of extinction. In the end, before the whole Pokémon race was wiped out, the human race created a treaty to protect the Pokémon so none of this would ever happen again.

This, in turn helped the Pokémon population flourish after almost being wiped out. The humans however still couldn’t come to terms with one another. They feared that if the fighting between the humans doesn’t stop, they would resort back to using Pokémon to fight their battles. To keep from that future, the humans devised a plan to keep the warring powers from resorting back to Pokémon. This resulted in what is called Pokémon battles, where officials monitored each battle which was between two warriors who commanded their Pokémon to fight one another. Once one Pokémon had fainted or deemed unable to battle, the battle was over. These warriors where then called Pokémon trainers and the battles soon became known as Pokémon battles.

As the years passed, Pokémon battles became more televised and showcased the bond between humans and their Pokémon. The most popular televised event is the Festival of the phoenix. A Tribute to the legendary Pokémon Ho-Oh. During the festival trainers from around the globe come to test their bond between their Pokémon to win a Phoenix Feather, said to be one of the feathers from Ho-Oh itself. During this year’s festival, while the final battle commenced, a star shower rained through the sky. It was beautiful and seemed to encourage the trainers to battle with all their hearts. However, the next day after the festival, Pokémon discovered the human population simply vanished. Leaving no trace of their whereabouts. Pokémon who were in their pokeballs found themselves freed.

Its been three months since humans disappeared. Many of the Pokémon continue to search for them in hopes of finding them. Many have given up hope in finding their trainers and have abandoned their search. However, for all who continue their search. It seems something is pulling them towards Black Core Mountain. A dormant volcano that seems to be active as black smoke pours from its peak. However, what will await the Pokémon should they venture to the top. Will they find their trainers, or something much more sinister? Only Time will tell.

Background:
Charmeleon grew up in the Charicific Valley with his mother and brother who, when he was born had already evolved from a Charmander to a Charmeleon. He would always follow his older brother even if it meant getting hurt. When his brother finally evolved onto a Charizard he wanted to follow in his footsteps. So every day he trained and every night he wait for his brother to come home and tell of his adventures outside the valley. When he finally evolved it meant the world to him and he waited for his brother to come home, but he never did. He soon learned why. His brother had been banished from the valley for attacking humans on a nearby boat. When he learned of this he ran away from home and whenever a trainer tried to catch him he did all he could to keep from being caught. He found his brother along his travels, but it wasn’t a happy reunion.
