So yours ia :

Keep the 100 then get an additional 10% based off actual point difference?
I think if one loses points, both should.
@Tharraleos Polemistis Are you interested in joining the ranks as well?
It works fine in my estimation. We have a fairly decent pool of people, so I don't see as many problems coming out of it.

We never really had that problem. So long as you're trustworthy, folks will be fine with a t. While you do have your option, I'm fine with either choice You could have posted them on the 6th or 7th so people could see them as well

Again though, tournament hosts get to decide basically everything .
Essentially. Yes.

A person would win 200 points from someone with 2000. 250 from a person with 2500
Ugh. Sometimes group thought is more trouble than helpful. However if people choose to eliminate the points for a loss rule, the points per win could be altered to a 10% gain. Thus there will always be a base 100 points for a win, but if you faced off against a higher ranked opponent and won, you might gain 110, 120 or even 150 points for that win. It might incentivize people to seek out the higher ranked fighters rather than continually fight the base 100 people and plod along.

This I am okay with. What say you lot?
Ultimately, I try to keep it as a group decision. So if more of the lot want the change, I'll make it.
It's a bit late now, but a system that Rilla used which I tend to agree with is having character acceptances private until the start.

For example, I may be unlikely to produce a character now which is particularly vulnerable to any of the character's posted thus far, to increase my chances of winning.

That helped WOTW a lot.
I would have been fine with the no points for losing. because if you lose before other fights are done, you still move up. Rush would have been #1 with 1025.
